Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Dallas TX

I called to make an appointment to have Pablo come out during the week with a hot water issue, thinking our hot water heater was going out. Within 15 minutes of leaving the message my call was returned and he was leaving his last job heading home, but graciously offered to stop by and look at our problem. Within 20 minutes he was at my house and within 5 had already diagnosed the issue, even offering to stay and fix it today.

Where I really felt the most comfortable is he didn't pull a price for the job out of thin air. He had a sheet with all services and prices and showed me exactly what I needed and how much.

Great service, extremely friendly and even more helpful. We will definitely be calling anytime we have an issue in the future.

There are just not enough stars that truly indicate how good and efficient Legacy's service is... from Meghan in the office to their field technicians and supervisors. I thought I had a major problem with my water heater, but Canon, a field supervisor took my case, diagnosed it and solved it in less than 35 minutes. It only needed a washer replaced in the valve. And he adjusted a few other things 'just because'. The commitment to excellence runs throughout this company! I think that's their true Legacy!

Responsive, good work. Fixed a small leak in our kitchen drain while they were servicing our tankless water heater. Have used them in the past, will use them again when we need a good plumber.

The sweetest technicians, Ryan and Cameron came out to look at my parent's leaking shower faucet and basically said we just needed to replace the handle and didn't charge us anything for the service call! Prompt reliable service!

Unbelievably great service. Our AC went out while we had family in town, and I had food poisoning. Within hours Roman came to check the system, and showed us all of our available options.

The NEXT morning at 9 am Jr was here to install the new system. By 5 pm everything was up and running.

We previously had a nest system. The new Lenox system was slightly different in size. Jr was unbelievably thorough in touching up paint and making sure everything was seamlessly swapped out.

After the hardware was in he walked us through the set up. I could not be more pleased with the service or the people. Truly a wonderful company.

There is so much to be said about Schrader Plumbing.  We were like most customers, impacted by the Texas winter storm.  Over two weeks we searched and called various plumbers for parts and advice on our issue; quite exhausting with all the different information out there.  Found Schrader while doing a Yelp search.  Damien was able to come out the next day to assess our situation.  He was super nice, knowledgeable, and professional.  They were able to get what we needed and resolved it all on the same day.  Other plumbers were either not responsive or super expensive.  I understand all plumbers are super busy at this time but the attention and care is what made all the difference in the world.  Also the receptionist Sharr (I think that is her name) was awesome and professional as well.  Love the workflow with the text messages and profile pic/description of the assigned plumber.  Nice touch!  Thank you Damien and Schrader!

We had 2 leaks under our slab and they came and rerouted the pipes in our attic!  They were reasonably priced and did a great job!  The plumbers were awesome!

There's a reason Professor Plumb has 70 five-star reviews. I developed a slab leak right before the freeze happened in 2022, which means everyone was calling with an emergency.

Blue came out within four days of me calling him, knocked all the work out in a day at half the price of my other quotes and made sure I knew what I was getting into. He explained all my options and what I could expect.

Reached out to several plumbing companies to help with a suspected broken pipe at my grandmother's house. Checked everything and explained his findings in detail for me & my grandmother. Put her mind at ease and was very thorough, even double checked without hesitation when I asked some questions. Everyone I worked with at Dean's Plumbing treated my family fairly and with respect. Will definitely call them again when plumbing assistance is needed.

Had a hot water heater that wouldn't stay lit (gas). C&W Plumbing backed out of their scheduled appointment with only 4 hours' notice, so I called Absolute.

Brian came that afternoon. Great attitude and professionalism. He tried 2 ways to repair based on the manufacturer's directions, removed the repair that wasn't needed, and only charged me for the repair that worked. I'll call Absolute first next time!

Helped with a slow draining drain. Very responsive and very nice. I had some confusion over billing and he was quick to help.

We called at 7:00 at night because our sink was clogged from potato peelings. Wes was here in 30 minutes and gone in an hour.  Super polite and professional.

Christopher has all of these 5 star ratings for a good reason.  He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed my issue and fixed it quickly and didn't leave a mess.  I could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and he replaced my old parts with better materials than were used in the original construction.  All of this, and I would have expected to pay much more than I did.  

I will definitely call Christopher for any plumbing needs that we have, and I will also recommend him to anyone needing quality service at a reasonable rate.

Solid guy. I was unable when he came over so I had my brother work with Michael when he arrived. We had an issue with our shower fader and unable to unscrew a retainer for our stem value. He took care of it fairly easily and my brother said he was very friendly and answered all questions. I would recommend and will likely call him for future concerns.
