Best Electric Furnace Repair in Dallas TX

Rescue Air and Plumbing Plumbing Service
We've just had Mike out for our malfunctioning A/C. He not only returned our after-hours call promptly, but also showed up within 15 minutes, explained the problem, and sorted us out efficiently and without charging us, well, anything at all due to the nature of the issue.

We will definitely be calling Mike and Rescue Air for our A/C and Heating needs in the future. This is a small, independently-owned business at its best, and it is so worth supporting.  We've had several A/C companies out in the past for various issues, have never been satisfied enough to call them back, and have been wishing we had someone honest, reliable, and prompt for our return business. Now, we have Rescue Air!

And we're throwing away all the other guys' numbers!

Force Home Services Plumbing Service
Customers BEWARE!
Have been a Force Home Services customer for some time now and even enrolled in their Comfort Club service program so that they could maintain my system throughout the year.  During their latest maintenance visit I was informed that I had a couple of capacitors going bad and that I should probably go ahead and replace.  OK with this suggestion, but once I received a price of $500 for (2) capacitors that combined I could have purchased for less than $75 and replace in less than 5 minutes, I now have no confidence that Force Home Services has my best interest.  Even made a call to the office to make sure this wasn't a tech issue only to be offered a $50 credit.  Doesn't quit address the issue when I am paying them monthly to service my units which covers (2) maintenance visits a year.

My opinion of the qualities of a good plumber are experience, quality work, and value pricing.  I have had five different plumbing companies perform services for me in the last four years and none of them would I recommend or use again.
I postponed several different plumbing needs while I searched for a plumber who met my basic requirements and was referred to Jeff at All Aces Plumbing by my neighborhood social network , Next Door Lone Mountain.  I contacted Jeff through his web page and described the for separate services which included replacing the Moen cartridge in the master shower, shut off valves for one of the other bathrooms and replacing the Moen cartridges in the lavatory sink, and re-piping the incoming main water supply to accommodate the installation of a water meter and relocation of the water softener.
Jeff asked that I please send him pictures to allow him to more accurately estimate the charges for the services which I did and he provided an estimate of $600 dollars and we set up an appointment for Monday at 08:00.  Jeff showed up promptly at eight on Monday and personally reviewed the multiple requirements, confirm his original estimate and began executing the tasks. I have owned a home all of my life and consider myself a fairly competent handyman around the house so I watched Jeff while he worked to see how he accomplished these tasks.  It was extremely rare, especially in this age to observe the skill and pride in craft that Jeff exercised while performing each task but writing space prevents me providing more detail. It took him five hours to do everything and when done the invoice was only $550 and while I was very insistent on paying him the original estimate of $600 as his work could only be described as exceeding exceptions many fold but he refused to accept it.  When do you ever witness that kind of transaction in today's world.  I have now found the plumber that I have been searching for.  If you use Jeff at All Aces Plumbing, I know you will find yours.

Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric Plumbing Service
I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

Spent about $1K on reconnecting a kitchen sink and two bathroom sinks after new countertops were put in - one of the bathrooms did not have the shutoff valve working and needed a little more work in the wall, but still just feels really high/expensive for about an hour of work.  Probably won't be using them again.

KMP Plumbing, Heating & Air Plumbing Service
Long story short, I needed two shut off valves changed out for two toilets. I know how, but didn't have the time or the right tool to remove the flange on the copper pipe, so we called KMP.  I went to work, and KMP came out and while they were there, I had my wife to ask how much it would be to change out the toilet flush handle (save me a trip to Lowes) and our bathroom faucets could probably use some new O rings as they drip a little when the water is turned on.  She called me about an hour after they got there and told me that she would not let them do the work, and paid them the 79 dollar fee.  KMP sent an estimate to my email.  OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS!  (See photo)  They wanted a hundred dollars to change out the flush handle!  This is a ten dollar part and a two minute job, IF THAT!  They wanted almost 500 to put in the shut off valves, with the hard piped into existing.... Makes it sound so hard, but it really just needed to be updated.  Again, another part that takes less than 2 minutes and less than ten dollars.  So then we get back up to the top, a 29.00 service fee....so I guess this was to get them to pull back into our driveway, on top of the already 79.00 we had paid them for this email.  THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace a couple O rings in the faucet handles!  THREE HUNDRED!  Thats forty two cents worth of parts and less than five minutes work.  And then they want to charge me to be one of the privileged to pay these OVER THE TOP prices for a membership!  Are you kidding me?!?!?!  I cant comment on their work, as they wont ever do work in my home at these prices.  I had Curlys Plumbing come out and for 250.00, I got both shut off valves and supply lines changed out.  I can do the other stuff myself.  Call someone else.  KMP has nice trucks and now I know why.....you're overpaying for it!

I have their family plan, which means they are suppose to come out and check my AC, electric and plumbing FOUR times. nobody has ever come. the family plan is a waste of money. the one time I had scheduled for AC to come out, they had to reschedule and I was nearly late for work. I wouldn't recommend this place.

A #1 Air Plumbing Service
Today Sam and Colton from A#1 air spent the better part of the day in my house helping to replace my AC evaporator coil, plenum, and also level my unit.  The original unit installed by Tempo when my townhome was built was NOT level at all (so much even I could see the issue after Sam pointed it out).  It was causing mildew and rust to build up inside my unit.  I have to say Sam and Colton worked SO HARD today wearing masks the whole time and covers l over their shoes.  They were patient with my questions and meticulous about the work performed and made sure no mess was left for me.  It was incredibly hot today and the equipment they had to carry up to my attic (on the 4th floor of my townhome) looked insanely heavy.  But these two guys never complained.  They were friendly and helpful the ENTIRE day - even though I'm pretty sure they worked through lunch HAD to be exhausted.  They patiently explained the new unit to me, made sure I understood how it worked and where to pour the solution to keep the drain from clogging.  Before installation (previous visit) Sam did a great job taking pictures and showing me the problem inside my unit so I could understand the true current state of affairs inside my unit (that I couldn't normally see) and make an informed decision without pressure from him about my next steps. They even helped me with my questions about which motors controlled the airflow to the three different zones in my house.  I am extremely picky about Customer Service but these guys were so honest, so hard working, and just all around helpful - I'd totally have them back to help with all my HVAC needs in the future.  Five Stars all the way for A#1 air - and it's folks like Sam and Colton that are why I've been a customer for so long.

Xtreme Air Services Plumbing Service
I hired this contractor to serve some rental properties.  From the beginning it was a disaster.  Over the course of a year, they performed several jobs for me:

1.  Install an interior air handler.  They overbid it by $1,200 and then installed it incorrectly and just left.  They knew the job wasn't finished but after three days of nobody coming to finish the job and I had to call them several times and threaten to sue them before they finally came back out.  Then it still didn't work, and the tech told me the thermostat should have been replaced at the same time.  It took several calls to the service manager to get them back out to finish the install.

2. During a quote to replace an interior air handler, they asked if they could have their plumber come out and propose a bid on the apartment's water heater.  He quoted my wife over $1,200 to fix it (I later found a plumber who did the same work for $200) and when my wife began to ask questions, he became very aggressive with her and the AC techs had to intervene.  I told her on the phone to ask him to leave.

3. I had purchased an annual service contract for them to come out and service for AC units.  So I took a day off of work to meet them.  After they didn't show up and several calls, they finally called me and told me the weather was too cold and rainy for them to do the work.  This was 2:00 pm.  The weather was sunny and 70 degrees.  When I called Jake, the service manager, he seemed agitated at my complaint and told me they would refund the service contract cost...that they didn't want to do the maintenance work.

4.  I had a condenser unit go out and when they sent the tech out to diagnose it, he lost all of the security screws to the security cage.  I had to call the service manager Jake, eight times to get it resolved.  He kept setting appointments for a tech to come out and source the screws and replace what he damaged.  Finally after missing two appointments they simply gave me $50 to replace the screws.  But before he offered to reimburse me, he wanted to sell me a condenser, which had already been replaced by another vendor.  (it took almost two months to get this resolved.)

I've dealt with bad contractors before, but never to this extent.  Poor work quality and even worse service.  I'm glad to have moved on.

Called this company yesterday as we are needing a plumber ASAP.  We spoke to someone and they said they would call back in a hour to let us know what was available. After waiting a little over an hour my husband had to call back only to be told they would get back to us with a time. Here it is next day at 9:04 and still have not heard back. Poor customer service.  Will not be doing business with this company.
