My entire experience with the company went very well, from my initial communication with two ladies at the office, to clean-up by the two gentlemen who did the installation.
I actually bought two Energy Star water heaters myself, which qualified for nice gas company rebates, and asked several top-rated plumbing companies to bid on only the installation. Cody & Sons had the lowest price, so I went with them and never regretted it.
Two men (Phillip, a Master Plumber and his apprentice Cody) showed up near the beginning of the 2-hour time window (which is always nice). After seeing my old and new water heaters and the difficult accessibility to the installation spaces, Phillip quickly realized that they would need a third helper since the units weighed about 150 lbs each and had to go straight up into the opening at the pull-down stairs in order to clear the hatch springs.
They went right to work, putting shoe covers on and covering everything in the house that might get wet or damaged. The third helper arrived in another truck once they were ready to install the new water heaters. The installation went very smoothly. They cleaned the attic areas and the house so that you could never tell they were there.
They made sure that I was satisfied with the job in every way, and gave me a two-year warranty on the work. I've found that, when your company reflects your family name, you tend to take pride in your work and that was the case here. I would call Cody & Sons again in a heartbeat!

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.

I love this company! I am a comfort club member, so they come out quarterly to change my A/C filter and do maintenance. They installed the A/C, which has been great, and take care of all of my plumbing needs, too. As a single mom, I have been taken advantage of PLENTY of times in the past 20 years. I've always felt I was being dealt with squarely by this company. There have been times they could have gotten away with charging much more. Also, they usually give me the option of buying the new part or appliance myself that they will install since it is far cheaper to do it this way. My technician today, Jorge, gave me outstanding service!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Came home midnight 12-23 to a garage and hall way full of water. The water heater decided to give out while we were out. Submitted an online request at plumbing around 9am Saturday 12-24, (Christmas Eve) and left a voicemail with Jason.
I received a text instantly saying a rep would be with me as soon as possible. I received a second text 4 minutes later saying my time was important to them and someone would be with me momentarily.
Today, Monday the 26th at 10:48 am 9:22pm, I received another text asking me to call their office and schedule service. I asked what service? I had found another plumber through my son-in-law who came out and replaced the heater a couple of hours.
Their excuse was they were busy Saturday...
You know, I get it if you can't provide services because of a backlog, but I don't understand not responding to an emergency request at all until 48 hours later, especially when your website says you have 24/7 service, including weekends AND Holidays.

After 48 hours of no power, we then had 2 major pipes break which lead to water pouring from the ceiling in three different rooms in our house. We frantically searched for a good plumber to help and KMP literally saved the day and our house.
KMP was incredible from start to finish. The office was extremely nice and helpful and though they had to book us a few days out due to the overload from the storm, they promised if there were any cancellations they would get us in as soon as they could. They were AMAZING and got to us within 24 hours. John came to our rescue and, after assessing the situation, called in his two teammates Zach and Devon. All 3 of these guys were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us fix our situation. We could not have had a better experience - especially during such a stressful time. I had a leak in my living room,and I called Bakers Brothers ,big company and i see their ad on television, the tech showed up and said i would have to pay him $320 and $128 for every hour after 3 hours to locate the leak and after i said $128 is too expensive ,he said normally it wouldn't take more than 3 hours and of course it took him an hour or less to find it. He collected the $320 and came with some numbers to repair the leak, $1,600 if they have to dig and made a hole thru one area in the living room and if they can't get to the pipe thru it they have to dig another hole thru the master bath and it cost me $2,500. I thought it was bizarre to dig two holes to fix one pipe,anyway i said okay.Then the following week the plumber showed up in the morning and had absolutely no clue to what he was supposed to be doing..... i showed him the two areas where the tech made the marks and i told him to call the tech before starting to drill the area. He couldn't get hold of anybody and he started to drill now. after hours he said he couldn't reach the pipe and start drilling thru the master bath,he couldn't drill that deep and he said it getting late and he said some else is coming monday and left for the day.Now it is Monday BB didn't show up and i called the office they have no clue to what is going on, don't have anybody scheduled for the work that they have already started, i called the manager twice left a message on his vm and with the receptionist, didn't even bother to call at this time I'm very frustrated,no hot water,dirt everywhere ......and told the lady that I'm canceling you and I will find some else to fix it. The next day the tech came back and said i have to pay up to $2,000 more to fix the pipe. I said no thank you. I talked to the manager briefly and told him,to cancel it and told him about all the mess and the dirt rugs they have left and he said some will call me and come to clean up, of course no call and no show. And to find out later they didn't have to drill and make another big mess in the master bath unnecessary to get more money just a rip off...... it has been a nightmare .

Our AC does not cool properly and was not getting down to the level that we set it. I originally booked GO with a 0$ service fee for a few days after my request but had an earlier appointment. Melvin scheduled me and was very responsive and helpful they were just all booked up! I cancelled my appointment and realized there was still an issue so I requested it back and they obliged with no issue. Angel was our technician and he came out for a second opinion to check everything- though they found nothing wrong with the unit he was very thorough and informative on ways that could help our AC run better even with our builders poor design that leads to less efficient cooling than we would like. I would 100% use them in the future if more fixable issues arise or we would like to move forward with suggestions.
