Embarrassing I haven't written a review of Bee and Pablo but he's absolutely my #1 - reliable, great quality of work at very reasonable prices. Only downside is all of the above, which makes him always busy and difficult to schedule.  Other than that, can't have more love for this guy!

They did a great job  I needed my hot water heater and garbage disposal replaced. Enoch was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be using them for more plumbing to be done.

Update: The owner contacted me to discuss the review. We have come to an amicable solution. My experience is mixed. Pros: They responded promptly. The service tech was generally pleasant and professional. Though he was struggling with the equipment to do the job. Cons: I was charged $249+ tax for less than 30 minutes of actual work to locate gas lines in a small portion of my back yard. To be fair against my better judgment, I did agree to the charge before work began. I just think what I was charged is waaaaay beyond the service that I received. Ultimately, they did get the job done. Be prepared to pay a lot for it.

I own a salon, & salon sinks can be tricky but after three weeks with a sink with no water pressure when the hot water was turned on, & making appointments with other plumbers who never showed,
1. O'Bryan showed up when they said they would (my team wanted to applaud them when they arrived!)
2. gave me an estimate
3. ordered the part
4. immediately followed up when the part arrived
5. & got the job done!

Jeromy solved our issue & we're thankful for him & the team at O'Bryan, they are officially our go to guys for our plumbing needs.

I'll add, all team members of O'Bryan showed up looking professional in their matching overalls & behaved one a very professional & polite manner which was great as we were working on salon guests at the time,, gave us an estimate online, which streamlined the process, both Lydia & Amber who called us with updates were both equally professional & friendly!

Worst experience ever.  Not only was I charged a huge amount of money.  The service was terrible.  Oscar was the plumber who came to my house.  My gas line was leaking and needed to be replaced.  This was a huge job and I kick myself for not getting bids from other people.  But I was desperate!  It was freezing outside and my furnace is gas, so I had no heat.  Their work did not pass inspection with the city of Dallas - which left me with DAYS more freezing temperatures in my house.  Not only that, the plumber lied about trying to reschedule the inspector to come out again. Fortunately I called the inspector myself and found that they had not even tried to set up another inspection.  They also tried to make me pay an additional $300 to have the inspector return.  And this was because their work was not up to code.  If you want your plumbing to meet code restrictions, do not hire this company.

Water heater went out on a Sunday evening. Matthew was the only company that reached out on a Sunday night. Had the water heater changed out by noon Monday afternoon.

Uriel and did the job. He also followed up whenever I called!!! I highly recommend pure plumbing.... the office people were super nice too!!!!

I moved into a new place and needed to replace a garbage disposal.  I called Schrader Plumbing and was told there were no available appointments till the next week. Star (I hope I have the name correct) offered to call if there was a cancellation. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Star letting me know Matt was available to evaluate my concern. Matt was great! No only was he very knowledgeable about plumbing but he was also GREAT with customer service.  I feel that I received an excellent service in a timely manner for a fair price. I will not hesitate to use Schrader Plumbing in the future!

This company is EXCELLENT if you ever have a job you need done right!  They are better than any plumber I have ever called.  Christian was professional, knowledgeable and very up front on the pricing.  He answered all calls and questions that I placed to him.  We were delayed on our job due to the winter storm in February but it was well worth the wait.  I would recommend Accurate Leak & Line for any major job that you have that requires going under the slab of your house.  We have a lot of plumbing issues at my location and will use them again in the future.  Thanks for being such a GREAT company to work with!

I had a toilet bowl that wouldn't fill and some loose hardware in my shower. They came out within an hour after I called. They send you texts to let you know that the tech is on his way with his name. They also do a very comprehensive follow up to make sure you are satisfied. The tech fully explained the problem, the cost, and the repair needed. The cost was fair. The lady who does the scheduling is very pleasant and helpful. Everything is automated so you know the company keeps up with technology.

Had a technician B.W. Initials come and install new bathtub and stand up shower fixtures. Quoted a price and had to make two trips to the store to make it work properly. Didn't uncharge for the trips to the store, ended up buying the same thing I had but the package for everything needed was $80 and didn't charge us to for it. Stayed with the original quote. Didn't take the new ones we ordered, said to return it to recoup your money. That is incredible service you never see anymore. If needed again will 100% use this company. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you need a plumber for changing out 40 year old fixtures to keep the retro look and they can find what you want. You'll get it and it works perfectly. Called Dean's Plumbing due to a leaking bathtub faucet, and they came onsite to give a free estimate.  Tony Brown was the professional that was dispatched.  Tony was punctual for our appointment and provided me options to fix the job.  The job was completed and we are happy with the work.  
However, I also want to compliment the fact that Tony and his partner took extra precautions to social distance themselves from my family and me during this repair.  He requested that I use my own pen to sign for the bill, they both wore gloves and masks, and they limited their interactions with us.  I chose Dean's Plumbing because they had good reviews and it is a veteran-owned business, but I will choose Dean's again because of the experience we had with Tony.  

**The extra precautions regarding sanitation were so important due to the COVID 19 pandemic.

I had an emergency need for a plumber last night after hours of course. I called the ones I knew and they lacked any element of willingness to send someone out and two promised to call me when their plumber finished the job they were on. Neither called back as promised. I got a recommendation for Absolute Plumbing in Flower Mound. I called and was promised a return call shortly. I got a call back in 2 minutes. The plumber and co-owner (with his wife) Michael Le Clair came out. I am deleting all other plumbers in my contacts! He was highly professional, informative, knowledgable. The job was done with the skill of a tradesman who takes pride in his work. But there is a bonus to his character. He is an ultra-marathon runner who likes to combine his races with charity runs. He raises funds for a group that raises & trains service dogs for disabled Veterans rebuildingwarriors.com . The dogs are then given free to the Vets. He is behind this venture with a vengeance. I don't normally go out of my way to endorse businesses unless they are above and beyond the rest. If you have plumbing needs, I can't recommend Absolute Plumbing of Flower Mound enough. Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Post foundation repair test completed efficiently and professionally by Esteban and Joe. Appreciated the call prior to arriving.

Had a stoppage in one of the bathrooms which required a clean out.  Very quick response and came out the same day.  They showed up on a Sunday ahead of time and had the issue taken care of in no time.  I can't really comment too much on the pricing as they came out on a Sunday, so I would think I probably paid a bit more.   But given the quick response time on a Sunday and uneventful work, I cannot complain. They were up front about the price before they came out and did not charge a penny more.

Fair pricing. Good service. Would highly recommend. They replaced some toilets and a shower faucet for me.

Had a toilet and shower backed up...called around 8am and had someone here by 1030...Tyler was very professional and efficient! Will definitely use them again if I have problems.

Called them about a toilet we couldn't snake on our own. Came out within the hour and took care of the problem for us. Would definitely use again!
