Faithco Enterprises Electrician
I had the company come in twice to do some work and the electricians were very congenial and easy to work with. I had a third project that I wanted them to come out and take a look at as electrical line running up at three got cut I assume someone backed into it make a long story short their estimate
Was $900 saying that they would have to dig the new ditch etc. etc. I called Mr. Electric  came out Excellent job for $ 350 was very disappointed with the Faithco as I had paid them lots of $$$$ business in the past and they didn't seem that interested in the project came out once With the $900 estimate. To say the least I was very disappointed as their staff was easy to work with but Mr. Electric  fixed it for $550 less than their bid.

Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric Electrician
I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric Electrician
I called Baker Brothers and two other plumbing companies to get a verbal estimate for a hot water heater replacement.  Randy answered all of my questions and assured me that there would be no additional charges. He set the appointment for the following day. Josh and Fredo arrived and did a terrific job and actually went above and beyond getting the water heater up to code.  They were professional and courteous and took great care to protect my wood floors. They answered all my questions and went through the operation of the new unit with me.  There were no hidden charges.  They did recommend a flood stop since the heater is in a closet in the house. While there was absolutely no pressure to do so, I knew it was a good idea and took advantage of it.  I signed up to have them do the yearly service for my furnace and air conditioner and, by doing so, received a substantial credit on my bill.  I'm extremely pleased with the customer service of Baker Brothers and will absolutely use them in the future and recommend them!

A #1 Air Electrician
LITERALLY almost killed my son!

Yesterday, Thursday, August 17th 2017, I called your company A#1 Air because both of my AC units stopped working. A technician named Mike came out that evening and looked at both units. He told us that we would have to replace a fan motor in one of our units and that the other unit's compressor needed to be replaced, but he ultimately recommended a full system replacement for the second unit because the price difference was so narrow. He claimed that the Carrier brand compressor, which is only 4 1/2 years old, wasn't under factory warranty. He claimed the registration was never even done, mentioned that the home builder must have not chosen to register the warranty so we weren't covered. To replace the fan motor with a universal fan, we were quoted $523. He then tells us that to replace the compressor in the second unit would be $2950. Then he says if we wanted to, he could replace the entire outdoor system for the second unit for anywhere between $3200-$3800.
It was close to 8 PM when he comes in and tells us that there was reversed polarization in the fan and that since the fan can only be wired one direction, we would have to replace the fan. Then he tells us that he happens to have a universal fan in his truck and that he can replace that fan that night for $523 and that we would have at least one unit working so we wouldn't be without air conditioning that night.
With the exorbitant amount of the total quote, we decide to hold off until we can get in touch with our insurance company.
We make arrangements to call Mike the next day once we've heard from our adjustor.
He tells us we owe $247, which is not the original $59 for diagnostic services. It seems he replaced an A 1 Air Repair Level 1 blower cap and that it would be an additional $188. He did this without our express permission.
He then proceeds to tell us that he needs us to call him as soon as we can to set up the fan repair asap.
Around three in the morning on Friday, we were woken up by our 8 year old moaning. Immediately he stumbles to the ground and vomits everything in his stomach. I pick him up and force him into a cool bath, and we start dousing him over and over. I take his temperature and it reads 103 degrees. I keep covering him with water over and over.
Later that morning, we decide we're uncomfortable with the quote and wanted to get a second opinion and that we would ring him back later.
At 11:29 am, Mike calls me and asks if we're ready to move forward with at least replacing  the first unit's fan. He pushes for a hard sale, but I don't budge. After I say no, he says, You're the exact opposite of most of my customers. Usually by now they're just ready to get their air turned back on. This struck me as a really odd thing to say.
Around 2pm, the second repairman we called for a second opinion shows up. We tell him what Mike has told us and that we want to confirm what Mike has assessed. The new technician takes us outside with him and inspects the unit. He's stumped because the unit with the broken compressor is missing it's start capacitor. He has to call Carrier with the model number to get the exact type of start capacitor needed to test the unit. Then the new technician looks at the second unit and discovers that two wires have been switched and that the fan that Mike told us could only go one direction has purposely switched so that the fan blows down instead of up. There is undeniable proof that Mike switched these wires. The fan had never blown down before. Mike is the only technician to have ever worked on any of our units up until that point and there we had direct proof that the wires were switched by Mike. I asked the new technician if he thought it was done on purpose. He said he believed that it had been because even a novice technician would have caught that mistake, so either Mike was so new at his job that he didn't even go to school or he purposely switched the wires.
The new technician bent, switched the wires, and the unit magically started working. The fan was blowing in the correct direction!
THIS MEANS THAT MY CHILDREN SUFFERED THROUGOUT THE NIGHT, THAT MY SON CAME CLOSE TO HEAT STROKE, THAT HE VOMITED, THAT MY TWO YOUNGEST CHILDREN SUFFERED FEVERS ALL BECAUSE MIKE WANTED TO GET AN ILL GAINED $523 FOR YOUR COMPANY.
Needless to say we were shocked and appalled. The new technician then told us that he called Carrier and that our 4 and a 1/2 year old compressor was INDEED covered by the warranty and that all we would have to cover is a few expenses and labor to get it replaced.

Basically, your company tried to get $4323 out of us dishonestly.

I confronted Mike by text (see attached) and he offered to bring back the start capacitor, though he claims it was broken.

Probably one of the most disgusting and dishonest companies I've ever encountered. Reading the other one star reviews, I now understand that this is common practice for this company's techs.
