This company was running a bit behind but we're still able to make it before the end id the day. Zach installed a garbage disposal quickly. He was also pleasant to talk to and very professional. Thank you guys for offering a competitive price as well as a military discount.

From my initial call to the gentleman that came to help me out..... like a breath of fresh air. The lady that took my initial call was extremely helpful and her cheery demeanor took alot off my frustrated shoulders. Just as she was very quick and thorough, the service employee, Damion Lopez, was just as kind and quick with his service. He was informative with each step he took and why. He had my kitchen sink back to normal quickly. I will not attempt these fixes on my own any further. (Smiles) The fact that Roto Rooter does not charge a higher call out fee for evenings is a nice, financial perk. I called other plumbing companies that wanted what I was charged with Roto Rooter, just to come out in the evening OR they didn't even want to come.

We have used Port Plumbing from the beginning since we built our house in early 2000. Since then whenever we had an issue they were always prompt to attend to the problem in a speedy and efficient manner. During the hurricane they were the business that we knew would work with us and be as prompt as possible. We are now doing an addition to our house and once again, the service is excellent. Called about a repair with out looking at what needs to be done the secretary in 2 minutes of talking to her quoted $ 5,000 .

Update to previous review: Custome Filtration reached out to me and was very apologetic. They offered me a full refund, which I accepted, as well as offering to pay a third party come out and give another opinion. I appreciate them making the situation right.

I have used Lamar Plumbing for almost 10 years now and they can almost always come out the same day or the following day. The problems are always resolved with one visit. Definitely my first call for plumbing issues!

Call for a/c service and had a really good response from the service tech.
The tech checked my system and found the air handler had a coolant leak
and would need to replace the unit. No problem because the unit did have some age. He filled the unit with coolant and told me he needed to set up and appointment with the Comfort Advisor. The appointment was set up for 3:00pm the same afternoon (5/17/22). At 3:45pm no one showed and no one called. I call Mr. John Cizler who is the comfort advisor, he told me he had no 3:00p appointment scheduled. I really don't think this company is
concerned about customers. I overheard the service tech set up the appointment and confirm the time. A wasted day waiting. Unit still leaks coolant. Called another company for tomorrow morning.

Scammer. Takes advantage of older clients. Expects full payment for half ass job. Over charges and lies.

My husband and I paid over ten thousand dollars for an HVAC system that does NOT work. Shawn and his crew seemed like really wonderful people --  but they did not finish installing our HVAC system and this caused many issues, resulting in the system to completely stop working. With this South Texas heat, the home gets up to 90 degrees. We are depending on one window unit to get us by.

Shawn and the SLG team no-call/no-showed three times. They stopped answering our phone calls. Since they had missed 3 appointments and stopped answering, we had to call another company to get an idea of what was wrong, causing us to spend even MORE money to fix this non-working unit. I sent Shawn/SLG an email with a list of the issues, still nothing. I used my work cell (which I had never used before) to call Shawn, and he magically answered right away. He promised to get all of the issues from the email fixed the next day (7/16/20). Someone did come out (named Chris), but he had no idea what I was talking about when I showed him the list of issues that were wrong with the unit. He said Shawn had told him to just get it running.

We feel like we were completely taken advantage of.  Please, please, please do not support this business. I went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB and will pursue local media attention and civil litigation.

We lost our home of 25 years to a fire in 2017 so we decided to rebuild on our land. This company was referred by home advisor BUT  I do not advise using them at all. First when we called to set up a time to meet at my property to add on to our existing septic system, they left me waiting over an hour. Then we kept calling to see when they could do the job and the wife would never call us back even though she said she promises someone would. This went on for 3 months. Crunch time came and our new house on our property was almost done and waiting on us to complete the septic, so we had another company do it instead. SURPRISE everything got done in just a couple of weeks. That is the way it was supposed to go.  Infinity operatations was extremely unprofessional and were directly responsible  for delaying our move in.   They never did call us back even though they assured us every time we called it was gonna get done.

ZERO STARS! READ ALL THEIR ONE STAR REVIEWS! These charlatans totally botched a $14,000 install that voided my warranty! All of their promises were nothing more than lies. They claimed to be certified by the manufacturer to install my unit. In fact, they only had one person who was certified. The week after my installation, he quit the company, leaving me without anyone who knew how to repair my unit. I hired a professional energy auditor to review their installation. He told me everything about it was wrong. They just threw down a prefabricated pad on top of my old pad and leveled it with wood blocks! WOOD BLOCKS! The unit was oversized. The ductwork was undersized. My air return box was half the size of what it needed to be. The unit was so starved for air it started sucking in humid air from the outside, through my walls, through my addict and around door frames. My home was quickly invaded by mold. The back wall of my den, which was paneling, was totally warped and ruined by the humid air. That cost me thousands of dollars to get it repaired! My hall closet, which is my addict access, was totally overtaken by black mold. The unit sucks hot humid air out of my attic and sweats constantly on the indoor unit. Bodine Scott sent out their best tech to look at my unit. He stayed at my house for 10 hours scratching his head, having no idea what he was looking at. They charged me over $500.00 and told me I needed a new part. They said they would order the part and get back to me. THREE MONTHS went by and nobody ever called me! After multiple complaints. Their best tech returned to replace the part. Only, he did not replace the part. I had marked it with my initials. He pretended to replace it, said it had been repaired and immediately left. No testing whatsoever to ensure the unit was working correctly. After complaining again. Do you think they apologized to me? No, they told me they had nobody who knew how to repair the unit and they wouldn't be coming out to my home anymore. These people are shysters.

This company does not guarantee their work! They were hired to install a bathroom toilet and tub hardware at my residence. One month later they were called back to inspect tub water leak after first time use. In less than 10 min I was charged $123. They had the audacity to tell me not to fill the tub to the overflow drain cover or water would leak onto the second floor ceiling. Unacceptable is too great of a word for this company.

ABC does everything! From pest control to mosquito fogging my yard when it gets bad, all the way to landscaping and yard work! I have an interaction with dispatch almost monthly, and they are always courteous and helpful! They always go above and beyond for us and are great in everything they work on for us!

I explained at 930am that I had a leak that was causing damage and unable to turn the water off. I also mentioned that I was having trouble finding a plumber to come out today. I spoke to John and he said he could come today after lunch. It was the best I could do so I agreed. At 2pm, I still hadn't heard anything so I called him back. He now says, oops sorry, can't make it. It's now Friday afternoon and I still have leaking water and damaged floors and no plumber. I could've spent those 4 1/2 hours getting a professional here. If you have anything even remotely or potentially urgent, do NOT bother calling this guy. He couldn't even make a 2 minute courtesy call to let me know. Heck, even a text would've been better than nothing.
