Would not recommend! I had ABC Home and Commercial come out to my home to address my A/C unit on July of 2022, and less than a year later I continue to have issues. I've tried to have them finish/complete the job that I paid for a year ago and yet I'm being asked to fork out an additional payment of over $300 when I paid almost $500 last year. Needless to say I'll lick my wounds, cancel my monthly premium with them, and hire another company that stands by their work.

This company has been doing a lot of work for our widowed neighbor across the street. This morning 2 techs parked their truck and trailer right in front of my house, so b4 work, I went out to ask them for a quote on trimming the couple of trees that they were parked under. They took my name and number and referred my name to management. A lady with an Austin area code called me and gave me the hours til 6PM on weekdays.  I said I worked full time and would like to schedule something around 5PM next week. She then said a flat no, that the actual waiting window was from 4-6 which was the latest they could schedule for but that she couldn't request it for 5PM or after. That's a bit inflexible, so I told her I would find someone else.

Horrible service and communication. Most recently I had a Saturday 8-12 appointment; no one called, no one showed up. Their response, Oh sorry, I guess Brandon didn't make it, when would you like to reschedule?When they do come, they spend about 5 minutes spraying before they leave.  I have asked to cancel my contract, refund my annual service fee, and don't come back. This company has their hands in too many different endeavors and does none of them well. Look for a Local Company!!

ABC handles all our pest control and yard needs. We have used them for several years and they are always helpful and courteous! They're very reliable and efficient. If we ever need to reschedule or have them come out again, they are very accommodating. I'm sure you could pay less elsewhere, but I believe you get what you pay for. They have also done our Christmas lights for the past two years and we are thrilled with the way they look!

Polite and Professional service every time for everything!  Plumbing, AC, lawn mowing, tree trimming, even put up and take down our Christmas lights!  Not the least expensive but worth the excellent customer service!

Horrible customer service. I hired them to install Christmas lights. They were scheduled to show up last Tuesday. Didn't show up and didn't bother to contact me. When I called I was told the crew would be there on Wednesday. They did not show up until late Wednesday evening and then they did not have a ladder tall enough to complete the job. I was told they would be back on Monday. They did now show up and they did not bother to call. So Christmas lights on house are halfway completed.
I have called twice and asked to speak to manager of lawn and garden...still no response.

ABC does everything! From pest control to mosquito fogging my yard when it gets bad, all the way to landscaping and yard work! I have an interaction with dispatch almost monthly, and they are always courteous and helpful! They always go above and beyond for us and are great in everything they work on for us!

Horrible customer service ever.  Wish I could leave a zero star but not available.   Destroyed my lawn!  Had to tear up back yard due to bug infestation and never had the nerve to get back to me!  Never once did they take into consideration what I asked them to do in regards to mowing our lawn.  For the price they charge I shouldn't have to babysit and make it is done accordingly.  I guess with a big company your just a number.  Go with a smaller company.  They will appreciate your business

Formerly Pest Fog, it WAS a wonderful business. ABC is  POORLY managed out of Austin, Texas. Yes, where ever u r ABC will send they're people from San Antonio or Austin. ABC is the worst lawn care and pest care I've ever had. I called Jaime Guerrero 361-446-1655 left multiple messages he never called back. RUN, DONT think about it, NO. Don't call these people!

I was admonished by the Yelp community for such a harsh review! While it is true I tried to contact ABC Home Services on multiple occasions regarding inadequate lawn care services and was not able to speak anyone in charge, it is also true that I attempted multiple times to contact the person who did call and said he was on his way to my home to provide lawn service to stop and not to perform the work. However, I received no call back or contact UNTIL I got in touch with an answering service and did tell them to stop all further work from that date on. It was a few days later that I finally got an apology call from the gentleman mentioned above. Not a manager or an owner! Not from Austin or from San Antonio. That is the truth.

Furthermore I paid for comprehensive lawn, shrub and flower bed care for months and only received lawn mowing and edging. They were to clean and rake our courtyard which was specifically agreed to by the original manager who has since departed. The court yard was cleaned maybe twice in the last six months. My home was flooded by water due to our French drains being clogged due to the courtyard not being being cleaned. As far as the lawn work all the crews did was to cut and edge the lawn. The truth hurts and educates those who should be wary of businesses engaged in services less than what they purport to provide. My intent was to educate the consuming Yelp community in poor service.

My account is open to public scrutiny there are only two or three poor reviews of many.

Believe me I would have much rather received the services I paid for.
