Best Sewer Services in Colorado Springs CO
I called AZ Maintenance because I was having issues with my shower randomly turning on. Franklin answered right away and it was after hours. I explained my issue and he was beyond helpful and honestly and explained to me I could actually do it myself!! He even sent me a picture of the part I would need to buy. I was blown away by his honesty and how helpful he was. I technically did not hire this company but I absolutely would in a heartbeat!! It was a very stressful situation but he had me laughing by the end of the conversation! If you want an honest company call them!!!

I've had John do two plumbing repairs in my condo (circa 1974) and installed water valves so I didn't have to trouble the HOA to turn off the water. John did fantastic jobs with the repairs and, he and his team did an amazing job with the valves. The condo complex has older plumbing and John never gets passed by that; I've given the company information to several other friends in our complex.
He and his team are professional, prompt, and reasonable.

Blown away by the customer service and value! Nick came out, examined our situation, fixed it, and made the whole process pain-free and didn't charge us an outrageous amount! Even showed up on time and was very courteous in making sure his mess was cleaned up before he left. Highly recommended!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Excellent service and price. I called with an issue two previous plumbers could not fix. Between the two that couldn't fix it I paid a total of $785.00! They both told me that because the snake kept getting stuck at 65 feet and they couldn't get through any further that I had a collapsed pipe or major tree root damage and would need extensive repairs. I waited days on each company to come too. I called Doc's on a recommendation and he was at my house in under 30 minutes. I told him the issue and how much I've already paid for my still yet unresolved issue. He said he'd try and if he couldn't get through the blockage, he wouldn't charge me. Guess what! He and his co-worker did get through! They got through to over 110 feet and cleared the blockage. He also told me I do not have a broken pipe and as a matter of fact it wasn't my roots it was from the roots of a neighboring tree. His prices are reasonable and his a very fair and kind man. He said we're neighbors and will be here anytime we need him. Wonderful service and now my forever go to guy.

Mikal with Quick Drains was super helpful. He responded quickly to my request for assistance, and even helped me try to troubleshoot the issue myself. The issue persisted, so he came out and took a look. He was professional and courteous, and took care of our issue. Would definitely use this company again.

We have used A Plus Sewer Drain and Plumbing on a few occasions. They are always prompt and trustworthy. In a industry where it is difficult to find good contractors, they always go they extra mile to be professional. We recommend them for anyone needing a plumber, will always use them.

We called Affordable Plumber to get a quick estimate on two items (pipe leak and water pressure) after an inspection. Patrick squeezed us into his schedule the same day and address both items quickly. Not only did he fix both items but explained what the issue was and what he was doing each step of the way! He was polite, efficient and friendly! Hands down this is the best experience we've ever had with a plumber! Highly recommend!!!

Ryan was everything one would want in a drain specialist. He went out of his way to help me out when I was in dire need of help and made sure the job was done completely and correctly. Really nice guy with fair and equitable pricing. I will be calling him for my drain/plumbing issues from now on. I highly recommend Ryan and Front Range Drain.

Response to ownder's public comment to my review:
How many times did I ask you if I needed to pay you anything? How many times did you say you would invoice me? When you came on 4/26/22 to help I asked you how much for that day as it was not planned, (we waited your availability) and I paid you that day with a check prior to you even invoicing me. I also paid your requested deposit on 4/26/22. I thought you had purchased 2 toilets, and did I not reach out to you to ask you if I owed you for a 2nd toilet? (You told me it had not been ordered.) If you think I owe you more money, minus the cost for toilet installation which is paid and not done, then you need to bill me so the bill can be reviewed. When you had me on the phone yelling at me and I was in tears starting to cry I told you, I can't talk about this right now. I am hanging up now. Goodbye. Then you texted me trying to argue with me telling me, I don't appreciate you hanging up on me. I am the customer. You had me in tears because again you were telling me I had to back up deadlines because of you. This was the 2nd time you attemtped to fight with me via texting. Mature business owners do not make their customer cry. And if I was a man, you would not have done what you did do to me. Others I employ on this remodel have complained because you put them behind and they had to clean up your work mess. I myself hauled the crating wood, bands, etc from the bathtub (which you could not get into the house for 10 days) to the dumpster. You left that for me to clean up. I myself scooped and put dirt and concrete debris from the bathtub installation into a large orange builders' bucket. This filled the bucket and I hauled it to the dumpster as you just left the trash instead of taking it out yourself. I did this so the tile person could work without having to clean up after you again. You removed the toilet and then put it in a bedroom. I had to pay someone to take the toilet out to the dumpster. You and one other person are no longer working on my home as not reliable. Everyone else is happy. I pay right away. What a shame that when a customer asks you to keep your time commitments that you believe the customer is too demanding. Perhaps if you showed up when you commit to being at a job you would not think the customer is too demanding and rude. Do you really want me to type out every date you said you would be here, and you did not show up? I think you will be very embarrassed if I type all these dates as well as the dates you didn't even bother to let me know you were not coming and then did not respond to phone call and/or a test. It is not demanding trying to coordinate others work around someone who does not show up. Perhaps if you don't bully a female customer and the customer has to tell you goodbye and hangup the phone you wouldn't think the customer was rude. I am not demanding. I am kind and I do not yell or shout. And in fact, I had consideration for your personal situation, and tried to work with you. You arrived one day, when not expected, and while I was talking with another plumber. I was trying to decide if I was going to change so I could get the work done. You saved me the trouble as you came the next day, again unexpected, and told me that I was not a good fit for your company. Note, for weeks instead of getting a different plumber I tried to be loyal to you understanding your personal situation. And here I thought I was being flexible agreeing to allow you to work one night from 8:30pm to 12:30am and another night 9pm to 11:30pm. And here I thought I was helping you when you told me you were too busy to keep the deadlines but if I allowed you to work in the evenings, you'd get my job done by the deadlines. I stand behind my review.

I called B & L plumbing to fix a leak in my kitchen based on mostly good reviews. They sent Rob out.....BIG MISTAKE!!!! He did not investigate to find the leak in the bathroom , he assumed that it was the shower and charged my insurance company $680 to replace a drain and remove tiles from the base of the shower. He replaced a drain that didn't need replacing and he didn't do anything with the tiles. It turns out that the plumbing in tub was the was the actual problem. Rob was supposed to follow up with me to give me a quote to address the real problem, after waiting 3 days to hear from him, he never followed up and I still have a leak in my kitchen. I'm paying to have a different plumber address the issue. Bad business!!! I would not recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.

So grateful for the prompt and efficient fix to my plumbing problem. I would highly recommend this company. Best plumbing service by far!
Colorado Springs, CO 80922
This is the best, by far, plumbing company I've used. The do have the $85/hr rate, but it was incredibly fair compared to some of the free estimates that I got. The guy got here on time and did quality work. I saw the review about the hourly rate being a little inflated, so I was worried when the guy Told me the lady back on the office would send me a bill. It was higher than I thought it would have been but still [significantly]!cheaper than the free estimates. All in all, if you need a job done, call Herman's. Just plan on about 20% higher than doing the calculation yourself.

Eric did a phenomenal job! He answered my questions. He was nice and polite. He helped make sure that we were comfortable with our services. Will definitely use him again! So glad that we have hot water now for our shower! Would definitely recommend him to my friends!!

AHS sent Silver Eagle Plumbing for a service request to replace a water heater. They were absolutely NOT responsive to my phone calls and messages. Only once did they call a day and a half after the service request was placed, only to schedule the initial diagnosis.
During the diagnosis, I requested three separate quotes to get prices and an understanding of out-of-pocket costs I would incur if I chose to upgrade our water heater. It took three business days for them to FINALLY give AHS the initial diagnosis so we could get started on replacing the water heater. At this point, we were well within a week of having no hot water.
After that, we received information that AHS was provided claiming multiple code violations of around $400+ that would have to be taken out of pocket to correct. So, instead of going with Silver Eagle, we opted to cash out and hire another company to do the work (in a much more timely fashion, no less!).
The contractor we hired were timely, well priced, and when asked about the code violations, the company we hired stated that there were zero code violations, and even the subsequent inspection and inspector agreed! The only thing changed was the water heater, no valves, no pipes, not a thing!
Then, a couple of weeks AFTER we had our new water heater installed, Silver Eagle Plumbing FINALLY emailed me asking me which quote I would like to move forward with. Unfortunately for them, I had already moved forward with another company that actually was concerned and took care of me.
So, all of this is to say: STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM SILVER EAGLE PLUMBING. They are not worth your time or effort.
