Best Residential Services in Colorado Springs CO
I called AZ Maintenance because I was having issues with my shower randomly turning on. Franklin answered right away and it was after hours. I explained my issue and he was beyond helpful and honestly and explained to me I could actually do it myself!! He even sent me a picture of the part I would need to buy. I was blown away by his honesty and how helpful he was. I technically did not hire this company but I absolutely would in a heartbeat!! It was a very stressful situation but he had me laughing by the end of the conversation! If you want an honest company call them!!!

We had a great experience with these guys. We had a few non emergency plumbing leaks that limited our use of the house. They came out quicker than I expected and immediately figured out what needed to be done and fixed it with no issues. Friendly and knowledgeable people. Would recommend them for sure.

My sewer line needed to be snaked and my home warranty company dispatched Travis with Parker Plumbing to do the job. He came out right away & got there before the scheduled time which was awesome! He was courteous, friendly & worked efficiently to clear the line in no time. Would highly recommend this plumber! I know I'll definitely use them again. Becky Cash

I received outstanding plumbing service from Rick of RMW Plumbing services!
With a leak coming into my garage from the ceiling where my kitchen is, I was really worried. Finding a new plumber to trust is not easy! Rick really came through 110%. Phone calls were answered, communication was clear and easy, and Rick came to the house as promised at the day/time agreed upon, and soon after my reaching-out for service.
Two words stand out to me after getting service from Rick and his small company: Trust and reliability. I'm so glad I now have a plumber to call when needed who I'm very confident will solve whatever issue I have with what I think is at a fair cost!

Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with many technical services. Fixxit is not only the best of them all but exceeds the standards of my top past choices. I totally agree with all the five star comments in the previous reviews.
Vince is extremely technically proficient and a skilled project manager. What really differentiates him is that he greatly cares about providing an efficient, cost effective solution to any problem you have. I have had difficult problems that others may have said there was no solution, but not Vince. He never gives up and finds innovative ways to make things work. I like the way he thinks through every minor repair or major project to ensure the fix is not only the best possible quality but also that it is at the best possible price. He is always thinking of ways to save his client's money and will recommend more cost effective solutions. Listen to him, he knows what he is doing.
It is a pleasure to work with such a smart, pleasant, professional and I have a long list of repairs and project that I will only trust to him!

Contacted Efrain, hoping he would be able to help us with a plumbing repair AND repair some drywall that had been damaged as a result of a leak. He was not only able to help us but did so quickly and repaired some additional drywall that had been damaged a while back. He was very responsive, on-time and professional in every way and his rates were very fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for services he provides. - Barry Cook

Man, I really hate being HAD!
Called on Saturday because the water line was leaking from our swamp cooler. We were told that the service call would cost $139... okay.
Tech told us that our line was leaking and recommended copper line. Told us he would call back with an estimate... fast forward to WEDNESDAY where we had decided that copper line wasn't in our budget, and we wanted to use the same plastic line. Sure, it'll only last a couple of years, but the plastic line kit at Wal-Mart is less than $20!!! We had to call THEM to get our estimate. No apology about the delay. Told us that we're not even in their system, because the tech hadn't submitted it, yet! What's worse is that she said that it's NOT uncommon for that to be the case (quite defensively, I may add).
5 minutes later the tech called us ( no apology for the 5 DAY DELAY for our estimate) to tell us that they ONLY use copper line, and that he could come today and install it for $695. No thamks... today it's going to be in the 90's... I'm out $139, and was provided nothing but mediocrity, excuses, defensiveness, and frustration.
DO NOT HIRE.

The company was part of my home renovation. I have a litter that said all work met inspection requirements but the work was aweful. I have constant back ups due to the way the pipes were put in and they even left piping in a drain causing backups.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your time or money with this company. They hold a shop vac up to the vent cover and claim that's cleaning the vents and ducts. I got up to look at my vents and they were covered in dirt and dust. None of the vent covers had been removed. I had to spend time scraping paint out of the screws to the vent covers to even get them loose and then had to use a utility knife to cut around the vent cover to get them off. I had suspected that the job had not been done, there was still black dust on my counter tops, stove top, and bathroom vanity that was blowing out of the vents. There are 7 vent covers in my house, NONE OF THEM WERE REMOVED! I ended up with a respiratory infection from doing the job that Furnace Universe claims they did. I've reported them to the BBB. They make excuses as to why they didn't do the job correctly. There was never any equipment or brushes that were sent down the duct work to clean as they claimed they were going to do. Imagine if I were an elderly person with health problems and trusted that they did the job they were paid to do and never checked the vents. It sickens me how dishonest this company is about the job they are going to do. When contacted about horrible job, all they do is give excuses as to why they didn't do their job. The tech Eric claimed that he found out his brother had passed away just before he got to the appointment and thats why he didn't do the job properly. If that were the case then he should have called and said I've had a death in the family, im going to have to re-schedule, sorry for the inconvenience. It wouldn't have mattered because they didn't have the right equipment to do the job they promised. He said that he would give a refund, which we have yet to see because these guys are scam artists. Do not hire them! Please look at the photos after they cleaned it, this is what you're breathing in after they supposedly clean your vents and ducts.

This is a terrible business, and they are crooks. Their equipment broke while attempting to drain a pipe in my front yard. They return to my place close to 10:00pm at night with an e-form to sign for permission to get their equipment. In the process, they say it will cost me about $5,000.00. I'm signing, believing it's permission for them to collect their equipment all the while saying that I need to discuss this new fee as it was not my fault that their equipment broke. Two days later, they showed me an updated contract, one that I had never seen but containing my e-signature, saying that I will pay $5, 500.00 for their mistake. Added to this, their boss would not return my calls until I submitted a poor Google Review. He then contacted me to threaten me to take down my review but not address their extortion nor the added damage to my yard.

Mr. Nance is not licensed; however, when he quoted the job, he seems really nice and clean cut and he really did seem like a stand-up guy, so I decided to hire Mr. Nance instead of a licensed contracted who actually quoted the job at a lower price.
My biggest mistake was not inspecting his work. I trusted that he would do fine. So, when it came time to pay him, I did a quick walkthrough, but I didn't bother to closely inspect anything.
After I had paid him in full for the job and he had gone, my wife and I found that he had made some pretty massive mistakes and not completed quite a bit. Took about 20 hours of work for us to fix everything.
Mistakes:
-the biggest mistake he made was drilling a hole right in the side of my main plumbing stack. It looks like he forgot his stud-finder and was trying to find a stud as there is a line of holes drilled across the wall. That repair was pretty costly
-when Bill installed the shower pan, he filled the spacing around the drain pipe with mortar. (the extra space is required by regional building code). the shower pan had to be picked up again and the mortar scraped out of the area.
-the tile that Bill put in was not anywhere close to even. I bought Bill really nice tile spacers, but evidently, they didn't do the job. There was variation of almost double the width of the spacers in some places.
-the trim was not even, and it was placed too close to the door on the edges around the door. He also straight up didn't trim the bathroom or the back side of one of the doors.
-the edges of the counter weren't cut even close to straight. I will have to remove the countertop and recut. the end caps also weren't placed on the counter.
-two of the doors that he installed wobbled. I had to remove the trim and place more shims and nails to hold the doors solid.
-the threshold on one of the doors was fastened a quarter inch above the floor and not well. I had to reinforce it to keep it from moving up and down.
Incomplete work for which he was paid in full:
-he fastened in the shower base, but just left the shower walls loose. He also didn't connect the shower drain, so I had a big black pipe sticking out of the floor of the shower.
-he didn't connect the drains on either the kitchen sink or the bathroom sink.
-he didn't trim the bathroom at all--I had to do that.
-he didn't trim the back side of one of the doors.
-the drywall work I paid him for was only partially complete.
-it was detailed in our contract that he would dispose of waste. However, there are tons of baseboards and full black trash bags in our yard. We had to fill an extra trash can for the next two weeks.
After the fact, the only thing I asked Bill to cover was the repair of the drain pipe that he drilled a hole in. If he had, I probably wouldn't have left this review. I know it's tough out there, and I really don't want damage anyone's ability to make ends meet. But, that was really the last straw for me.
