Jay called me within an hour of posting my job (repair of the cabinet under my kitchen sink) and gave me a quote over the phone.  He also let me know what factors might cause that price to go up depending on what he saw when he got here.  He was able to come the next morning and the price was exactly what he quoted over the phone.  And he fixed a pipe under the sink at no charge. He and his helper were neat and efficient.  I will definitely use Jay again.

I've recently started a kitchen renovation project and found myself a little out of my element. After ripping down my cabinets and soffits I was left with a bunch of giant holes in the wall and an electrical mess behind the scenes. I reached out to PICH Company on Yelp and Joe responded that he could help me out with some patch work and a new light above the sink.

I'm really happy I ended up reaching out for him to come help me out. He came over and ended up running a dedicated line into my kitchen before adding a few extra outlets and a light box above the sink that I wanted. Because he's a licensed plumber, he was also able to fix a leaky gas line as well as the sink waste pipe that was quite old and leaky. The patch work turned out excellent also despite the mixed, awkward depth of plastering that he had to match up with.

The work is excellent and the basic, patch work I needed turned into something even better with me having far more faith in what was previously a very dated kitchen. Thanks, Joe!

These people are wonderful!  I called for an estimate and he not only called me back right away, he was able to schedule me for the next day to install a new hot water tank.  We also had them come back and fix our kitchen and bathroom sinks.  Again, they were able to schedule as soon as I wanted it.  Both Steve and his son are nice, informative and most of all highly competent. .  Oh, and their prices are good too!  If you need a plumber in the Cleveland area, call these guys!

Our boiler was having a problem with the igniter and was failing to work on New Year's day.  We placed a non-emergency call (outside temp was in the 40s - we could wait until the 2nd.  We got a call back on the 2nd and they had a window and sent out Joe.  They couln't have sent a nicer guy... really pleasant and polite.  He figured out the problems we were having quickly, took the time to explain and demonstrate, got the parts ordered and was back in 2 days and completed the repairs.  He ran into a few snags (old rusting pieces in our system) and had to run out to get unexpected replacement parts, but finished the job so we'd have heat that night.  I can't say enough good things about them, and will call them for any and all plumbing issues.

Five Star Plumbing responded quickly to our call for service. Kamran was  punctual and, after checking out the situation, explained what néeded to be done and what issues might arise. His price was fair and after completing the work, he waited to make sure there were no leaks. We are very happy with his work!

Kevin Swan is a class act.. and a lifesaver!  

After a clogged sink kept us frustrated and confused for weeks, Kevin came to our rescue.  He assessed the situation and gave us a detailed list of solutions, including estimated price. There was no pressure, only calm assurance and confidence that he could get the job done.  We hired his staff to come fix the problem and they did so.. same day!

My husband and I were both impressed by Kevin's professionalism, knowledge, and by the way he educated my husband during his inspection.

It's nice to know there are companies like WRP out there who will handle your dirty work with a smile.

After a terrible experience with another plumbing company , I called Butts plumbing. They fixed the problem quickly and at a much lower cost than the other company. The guy who came out was Colin and he was just a good guy all around, He was friendly and thorough and went out his way to do a good job.   Butts will be my go to guys for any future plumbing needs.

Their service was excellent, they replaced our leaking water heater the same day we called in.  Very neat, clean, and professional.  All work was explained and quoted to us before anything was done. We will definitely call again!

Wow! It's unbelievable to me that the ONLY review for Litt's is FIVE years ago! I'm leaving my review now, even though the job is not yet complete. I'm having a new vanity installed in my bathroom; the vanity is in awaiting for the top from the company Jerry, the owner, deals with to finish making it. When Jerry came to give me an estimate and draw up the blueprint for the vanity, he noticed that the old vanity covered the vent that allows heat and AC into the room. The new vanity now has a vent at the base. While awaiting the new top for the vanity, my ole sink was installed so I have something to use. I have called weekly for status of the top and Jerry has always been pleasant to me. To add to what I had done, our dryer lint output hose fell out and Jerry I asked if that was something that they could replace; Jerry had his guys out the next day and they did a super job. Normally, I get handymen, but my experience with doing so has only led to spending money for shoddy work. It's worthwhile to spend more money for peace of mind. I highly recommend Litt's and they're very busy duty this pandemic, doing an awesome job.

I stopped by Brown Hardware to find hot and cold water hoses for a washer and dryer after reading such glowing reviews about the customer service and was extremely disappointed when the service I received was curt, unprofessional, and begrudging at best. When I explained to the person at the counter that I was getting a washer and dryer installed the next day and asked what hoses I might need (a basic question that the good folks over at Home Depot had no issue whatsoever not only answering but politely directing me to exact hoses to complete the job) the person working at the counter literally said I don't know either while he stared at me expressionless. As I went to provide more information and clarify a few additional details hoping that would make it easier to assist me, he cut me off and just shrugged making it clear that he was NOT interested in or willing to help me at all. I've never had such unapologetically terrible service and the assistance that I received at Home Depot a mere 15 minutes later was glowing in comparison (which is truly saying a lot). Do your self a favor and find somewhere else to get your hardware.

Fast and friendly service. We called him first thing in the morning, and he gave us a reasonable time of when he would be there, and the price it would be for the labor and replacement parts we needed. This was no fuss, and he was very straight forward with us. He also gave us very clear instructions on how to fix our toilet in the future if we experience another issue down the road.

Worst Ever. We called this company after a pipe burst and scheduled him to come out the following morning. He came out, charged us $750 to repair the pipe and said he needed to come back a second time to repair the drywall (at an additional cost). When the insurance adjuster came to the house and called him questioning why he charged us so much, he stated, because it was a Saturday and it was cold. To sum it up: this guy will find any way to take advantage of someone with a plumbing issue.

Mobile home re-leveling, quoteed and scheduled, then ghosted me twice. Thanks for wasting my time!

In fairness I have to say I've never got to work with them, but really loved their work on Yelp pictures and was excited to hire them. I called them and never heard back and it's been over a month ago so that's why I answered this way when asked about my reaching out to them....

The worst company I ever worked with!!!
He promised he will be in our house 9 AM Monday and when i call the afternoon he asked me why is this Monday? Than promised for the afternoon and after NO show for the next day, but never showed up or even call back.
