Best Bathroom Remodeling in Cleveland OH

Jay called me within an hour of posting my job (repair of the cabinet under my kitchen sink) and gave me a quote over the phone.  He also let me know what factors might cause that price to go up depending on what he saw when he got here.  He was able to come the next morning and the price was exactly what he quoted over the phone.  And he fixed a pipe under the sink at no charge. He and his helper were neat and efficient.  I will definitely use Jay again.

These people are wonderful!  I called for an estimate and he not only called me back right away, he was able to schedule me for the next day to install a new hot water tank.  We also had them come back and fix our kitchen and bathroom sinks.  Again, they were able to schedule as soon as I wanted it.  Both Steve and his son are nice, informative and most of all highly competent. .  Oh, and their prices are good too!  If you need a plumber in the Cleveland area, call these guys!

Our boiler was having a problem with the igniter and was failing to work on New Year's day.  We placed a non-emergency call (outside temp was in the 40s - we could wait until the 2nd.  We got a call back on the 2nd and they had a window and sent out Joe.  They couln't have sent a nicer guy... really pleasant and polite.  He figured out the problems we were having quickly, took the time to explain and demonstrate, got the parts ordered and was back in 2 days and completed the repairs.  He ran into a few snags (old rusting pieces in our system) and had to run out to get unexpected replacement parts, but finished the job so we'd have heat that night.  I can't say enough good things about them, and will call them for any and all plumbing issues.

His price was fair and after completing the work, he waited to make sure there were no leaks. We are very happy with his work!

Awesome experience. I called in the morning to set up an appointment to get a pressure reducer valve and to check some of my own amateur hour plumbing skills. I was immediately impressed by the level of service and attention I got in scheduling an appointment for the next day. An hour later they called back with a cancellation and were at my house within the next hour.

Had Butts plumbing out to replace kitchen faucet and fix a problem with the bath tub. The plumber Tom was friendly and did a great job. New what had to be done and was super efficient. Great job. Would highly recommend.

Probably the best experience I have ever had with a plumber! They went above and beyond to get my pipes back in order. I have always used my cities sewer department and Roto Rooter in the past, the 24hr availability is nice but the pricing can get outrageous and the last visit at my house the professionalism was seriously lacking and inappropriate. I got honest answers and realistic prices and will be using them in the future for all my repairs and maintenance.

A couple of my neighbors recommended Litt's so I felt pretty good about having them redo my bathroom.

They were professional while the project was getting started.  They gave us reasonable options (cabinets, sink, colors, etc.).  The prices were OK.

I was initially happy with the work that Litt's did.  Then the shower surround started leaking.   The walls were installed incorrectly.   We found this out several months after the job was finished.  Unfortunately, since I didn't have another bathroom available at the time, the repair had to wait.  Aaarrgghh!

When Litt's finally did come to fix the problem, they chipped the shower surround and the grab bars.  We complained because the guy doing the drywall was doing a terrible job, so they sent out another, more conscientious, worker.  He finished the job and we are showering once again.

I have a feeling that if Litt's does the job right the first time, everything will be fine.  If anything goes wrong, bad things may happen.  Use caution.

Old school customer service at it's best.......the moment you walk in, you're kindly greeted and asked if you need any help finding what you're looking for.  And these guys have everything you need, and know exactly where it is.  I wish there were more stores, no matter what kind of store it is, that followed the example set by the crew at Brown Hardware.

Fast and friendly service, with reasonable prices.  Hopefully I won't need them anytime soon, but if I do, they will be my first call.

Worst Ever. We called this company after a pipe burst and scheduled him to come out the following morning. He came out, charged us $750 to repair the pipe and said he needed to come back a second time to repair the drywall (at an additional cost). When the insurance adjuster came to the house and called him questioning why he charged us so much, he stated, because it was a Saturday and it was cold. To sum it up: this guy will find any way to take advantage of someone with a plumbing issue.

Mobile home re-leveling, quoteed and scheduled, then ghosted me twice. Thanks for wasting my time!

In fairness I have to say I've never got to work with them, but really loved their work on Yelp pictures and was excited to hire them. I called them and never heard back and it's been over a month ago so that's why I answered this way when asked about my reaching out to them....

The worst company I ever worked with!!!
He promised he will be in our house 9 AM Monday and when i call the afternoon he asked me why is this Monday? Than promised for the afternoon and after NO show for the next day, but never showed up or even call back.

My mother called bemer to replace her hot water heater. It was very accessible and an uncomplicated install. He tried to charge her $1200. Not a fair price by a long shot. Be warned
