Best Home Remodeling in Chula Vista CA

We have been using Plumbing Plus for a few years now since we had a bathroom remodel done by their sister company Remodel Works. I have to say they have either gotten too big or they have a few not so good hires that have happened since we used them last. We decided to do a small remodel of our guest bath (toilet, vanity and light with new paint) I called 3 weeks in advance to make an appt for the Plumber to come install the vanity top (sink and faucet) and the Toilet. I made sure to have all of the parts there for the appt and called to confirm the work the day before. The Plumber was on time but upon seeing the amount of work he had he said we would have to reschedule. I argued that we at least needed to have the toilet installed that day. The soonest he could come back to do the was a week and a half later (this is holiday time, but still unreasonable) I did call and talk to the service manager today (Monday) and he was able to give me an appt sooner but I'm not sure I will ever use this company again or recommend it to anyone I know.

Fast response and great communication.  Very flexible with schedules.  Prices were fantastic, with excellent job quality.  Highly recommend.

I Wanted to share my experience with Mr. Paul Courtwright and his company: Element Construction and Restoration.  When I found a house with great bones in the Carlsbad area - I started looking for a contractor that could help take my ideas and create finished living spaces.  Meeting with Paul -  he came across as honest, smart, with a good sense of humor - qualities I find very important in the construction/remodel world!  Those qualities stayed true during all the time I have worked with him. I wanted high quality work and explained my ideas and budget to Paul,  and that I was ready to start as soon as possible.    Paul solved some challenging technical problems and hired strong and dependable craftsmen /women to complete the work.  I have a beautifully updated kitchen, two full bath suites with electrical, plumbing and lighting updates as well.   Paul put up with my errors in the process and was patient and good-humored throughout the planning, permitting and build-out.  I had a great experience with Element and will continue to hire Paul and his company as needs arise.  Element Construction and Restoration receives my highest recommendation.  Give them a call!

I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service that you guys offer, I had quite a few things to be done like installing a fan with remote, Installing the carpet transition strips, Install a range hood and install an over the garage storage racks and Install curtains, oliver came in and breezed through the entire list of tasks like a whirlwind and did a fantastic job, The only one that he had not done before is the storage rack and that probably took him a wee bit more time as he had to read the instructions to install, I'm sure he hated that :). But it was done at such good speed and precision, I have nothing but only good words to say about you'll. Particular thanks to oliver. Intend using you'll for a few more things around the house sooner than later. Thanks again.

Martin came out at gave me some great advice after discovering that I had a rare type of leak with my kitchen faucet.  There was a miscommunication on my part, I was supposed to have the faucet already, but did not.  He did not charge me for the time, and was extremely friendly despite my mistake.  They are very thorough and honest, and I originally chose them because they had the best quote, so the price was very reasonable.  I would recommend them to anyone!

After our 13-year old water heater stopped working on Friday evening, I was elated to find this company. They scheduled an appointment on Monday morning but offered to come by on Sunday. Luckily, they had availability on Sunday midday and quickly installed a new water heater within 2 hours. Not only were they friendly and professional, but they also had the required water heater in stock, making the process seamless. To top it all off, they charged half the price quoted by the plumber we contacted before them. We now have hot water once again and I will definitely call these guys first if I have another issue!

Jerry, his Dad, and Jesus are fantastic. All hard working, trustworthy, and very skilled. They're great painters, painted our whole house.  They can also handle pretty much anything else including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. They have been doing work for my family for years. Highly recommended!

Farhad did a great job repairing creaky floors on the second floor of my home. He was communicative and punctual. Really easy to work with.

Lickity split - Gabe is the The Guy! He came and took care of 2 plumbing issues as well as other handiman items.

Will be using him again for sure!!
