Embarrassing- but appreciated none the less.
Fast, efficient, reasonably priced AND conscientious.
Main sewer backed up.  Fred showed up with his colleague and went straight to work on a Sunday. Assessed the problem and jumped in.  (Have to say, I suspect very little could phase these two.)
Professional and extremely aware they're working in another man's home.  Tackled the sewer, sanitized the work area and then tackled the toilet (needed to be reset with a new wax ring). Without reservation- I would recommend Fred and his crew.  Will put them in my contacts as my go-to for plumbing.  Sometimes I wonder about the validity of five star companies on Yelp.

Matthew did a fantastic job installing our heating and air.  We bought a fixer and it needed everything.  They were nice, professional and fast.  The heating and air work great - we couldn't be happier.  In addition to this review we will recommend them in the future.

Unlike their comment below Anderson Plumbing is not resolving anything. I've left a dozen messages with management and client services Erin and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK!!! SINCE BEFORE THANKSGIVING!!! I've called and left a dozen messages and everyone is either out to lunch or somehow out of office. No one has contacted me and no one is resolving any issue. COMPLETE BULLSH*T!!!

Jerold of Pacific Drain & Plumbing installed new toilets for our home and did such a good job we requested him when we needed another plumbing repair.  He replaced the pressure regulator on our water line and replaced an old crusty gate valve with a new ball shutoff valve.  The regulator and valve were in a hard to access spot, under a low porch.  Jerold stayed cheerful even though it was literally a dirty job:-)  Pacific Drain & Plumbing's bids were less than other licensed plumbers and their reviews are top-notch - they deserve them.

This company sent us an advertisement to my recently deceased mother who has never lived in my home. They are paying someone to farm names and address'
I called them today to have them take me off their mailing list. If I receive one more thing from them amI will file a lawsuit

My advice is to shop around bill Howe trains the techs to up sell you they make a commission on everything the sell you.Case and point I had a clogged drain which they wanted my to pay 700 to clear the main .. I said no thanks called another company and had it done for 90$ they are crooks do not trust them in your home.

I have had both a few satisfactory experiences with this company, followed by a really terrible experience. Due to the inconsistency and the fact that they typically up sale at every visit and charge more than other companies in San Diego, the end result is average. I understand the business model that they attempt to establish but the cost is an issue for me and they came out 3 different times for a heater and could never diagnose the issue. I called another company and it was fixed same day. Most of the individuals or technicians have been relatively courteous. That is nice.

The assigned tech did a great job checking our hvac system and making sure it will be ready for summer. Took time to answer my questions and make recommendations based upon our needs.
