Best Electric Furnace Repair in Chula Vista CA

Just had the AC unit installed a month ago. They had the best price compared to 4 other quotes I got. But now I would hire them without even asking for a quote. I don't think I ever witnessed such scrupulous attention to detail,  work ethics and can-do attitude. It was not an easy installation, since I wanted to move the condenser unit out of the way and there was very little room in the attic for the coil. But the guys really went an extra mile and did an excellent job every step of the way. They also pointed out and fixed a few early construction mistakes - changed the heater support to metal legs instead of 2x4, replaced the incorrectly installed flue pipe (yes, now I know what it is!) at no extra cost. After the AC installation I also called for a quick favor on a small plumbing leak and they took care of it the same day. Just call them already, you'd be glad you did.

Very professional and safety was number one especially with Covid. They took great care in following distancing guidelines which we appreciated with my elderly mother living with us.

Had a Navien tankless water heater fitted by Evo Air and have to agree with the previous five star reviews. Dealing with Ivaylo was a pleasure as he was very informative and extremely compeditive in his pricing. When it came to the site visit and installation Dino did a fantastic job, the City Inspector even commented on it!

You will be in very good hands if you use Evo Air

I call for them to chec my Hvac as it is cooling down the house but not as before, and a guy came and  told me that the system is woring ok but my condenser is to old and recomend to change it, the next day anothe guy came to my house and quote me $32,000 to change the unit.

They do something to my HVAC that now it do not cool down at all

Ed came out to clear a mainline stoppage, he did an outstanding job! Very pleasant and knowledgeable, got right after it. Also discovered a lav drain stoppage and cleared that as well. Give this plumber a raise! Thanks!!

I didn't even make it through the first phone call, let alone actually book a service. As a new homeowner, I had a few things I wanted to get checked out in my home and would have brought this company quite a bit of business ranging from plumbing issues I have to a needed AC tune-up and a hot water heater maintenance with some other things in between. Jasmine, who answered the phone needs a crash course in customer service. From the second she answered the phone with the most deadpan hi, my name is Jasmine, how can I make you smile today? To her raising her voice at me when I started to give her my list of requests, it was an unpleasant experience. I had five things to call about. Five. It's not that overwhelming. I get it that plumbing and HVAC issues require two separate visits and services, but to be nasty about it is uncalled for.

When I explained to her that the company advertises for plumbing, heating and air conditioning and I'd like to address those issues, her response was Ma'am, I'm TRYING... before I just hung up and called another company. You know what they did when I told them I have multiple things? They said no problem, let's talk about the plumbing requests first, then we'll get to the other concerns. No attitude, no talking down, no raising voices. The call with Jasmine from Anderson lasted 5 minutes exactly and I got nothing accomplished. The call with the other company? 8 minutes. All concerns addressed, services booked and no attitude.

You will not get my business when your front line who represents you acts like that. It paints a bad picture of what to expect with the rest of your company.

Thank you.....thank you.....thank you!  So last week our AC stopped bowing cold on the HOTTEST damn day of the week.  Called Sherlock (our kids went to school together) and they sent a tech out.  They said he would be there between 12 and 2.....called.....showed up at 12:15!!!   Excellent start.  

      He hooked up all sorts of stuff.....and told me there was no leak.  He hooked up more stuff and said oh you have a bad Capacitor!  $225 part and that was the charge.  They waived the Service Fee since I chose to have them fix it.  He installed it and it he AC fired right up.  We were back in business.  

      Friendly service.  Quick service and best of all LOCAL service.  Thanks again Sherlock!  You made me a happy camper
