Best Air Duct Installation in Chula Vista CA

This is our second AC unit with this company. We used them in 2008. We upgraded and had our second heating and air system with them this year. Everyone from the owner, the office staff and the installation technicians were great.  THA is a wonderful company because they pay attention to all the customer's concerns.  It was an expensive project for us, and we had lots of questions. We did our research and checked other companies. But again we chose them. We are very happy with our unit and feel confident that these people back their product and their work.

I am so pleased with everything ! Evo was on-time, very professional, safe and pleasant ! He explained everything in detail at the consultation and followed thru with all he promised. I explained my urgent situation, and he installed the very next day ! Couldn't be happier..would highly recommend  !

Just had a great experience with Anderson Plumbing. I had an issue with a leaking faucet of a built in wall bathroom room sink. Two other plumbing companies came out to my condo, assessed the situation and said they would be unable to do the job - as the shut off valves were frozen and behind this awkward ceramic add-on part of my sink. And I didn't like having this running water from the leaking faucet, worried it may get worse. Luckily the technician from the 2nd plumbing company recommended I give Anderson Plumbing a call for this type of issue.

Well let me tell you, Mary Jean Anderson and her team don't play - they really did wow me by resolving this situation that had 2 other plumbing companies befuddled. Dylan David and his assistant came out to my condo and efficiently diagnosed the situation and took the steps to repair it / replace it that same day. I am so relieved to have this situation taken care of. Thank you Anderson Plumbing! I most definitely shall repeat business with this company.

Man. Just when you find a service you think you can count on they let you down.

I had a slow toilet issue I wanted Pacific to look at - called in on a Tuesday and took an 8:30am Friday appointment. I really don't know why I'm having so much trouble with services keeping their word lately but when I book an appointment in advance and tell my office I'm going to be a little late to handle something at home I really need people to show up on time.

Anyway here we go...8:50am rolls around and no one is here. I call in - maybe they're running a little late - and it was clear I wasn't on their calendar at all (who did you speak with?, etc.). The woman on the phone promises to have someone here by 9:20am which would have been a reasonable 'save'.

At 9:50 - now an hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time - a guy calls and says he's wrapping something up and just going to start to head in my direction.

I call the service off because at this point I realize it will be probably like 11am before anyone shows and then who knows how long to do the work. Unable to take the entire day off from work to handle this I have no choice but to cancel the entire thing.

Had really good luck using this service once before, but now they've really screwed my day up and I'm no closer to having my problem solved.

Really frustrating, and now probably will shop for someone else on principle when I attempt to reschedule all this for another day.

The team that came out to install my unit was very professional and friendly. They came in, did their business, and left. Most importantly, they cleaned well after themselves. Would def recommend these guys.

Terry has helped us before with the annual air conditioning check. This time we also did our water heater flushing through him. He was very accommodating to our schedule and was able to arrange for both ac check and water heater check on the same day. Overall, it was a very good experience working with AiRight and Terry !!

I had to call a plumber for 2 different apartment units in less than a week.  Both times I called Bill Howe.  Both times they came at the beginning of the 2 hour window and did great work.  Fast response time and excellent service!  Thanks Bill Howe!!!

I called Anderson Plumbing and was greeted in a very warm and friendly way by the Dispatcher. I believe her name was Stephanie.  She got my information and kept me updated. I received a text with the picture of my technician. I ended up texting back to cancel the call due to an emergency. I received a really nice text back saying to hang in there. My dispatcher canceled the call. I really appreciated the very friendly service from this initial point of contact. First impressions make a difference and this was certainly a great first impression. I will use Anderson Plumbing for my next plumbing issue for sure!

We had Sherlock Heating and Air Conditioning replace both our furnace and our air conditioner about 6 months ago. Our furnace wasn't that old but we wanted a matched installation so we upgraded both. We are still very happy with that decision. Very professional installation team that easily warranted a 5 star rating on their own; they truly went above and beyond. They are what makes Sherlock a good company to do business with. What we didn't like was the sales push. The rep came out and pointed out a bunch of reasons why we needed to replace everything. We had already done our homework and knew what needed to be replaced and what didn't. But to be fair, we do feel the sales person earned our business suggesting discounts we could apply for and helping to get the pricing where we needed it to be. Everything after the sales cycle has been great especially all the follow up from Sherlock. Excellent company overall and we have recommended Sherlock to our neighbors.
