Best Water Softener Repair in Charlotte NC

Had an issues this morning of hearing water behind an electrical outlet and called Julian's and they gave me advice on what it could be (to save time and money). Minutes later I noticed a little bit of water coming from my outlet. I called them back and Jason immediately came over. He found the source was coming from upstairs and fixed the problem for my neighbor and myself. 10/10 would recommend!

Got quoted on 5/11, service scheduled for 5/13. Plumber had to leave early on 5/13 due to family emergency, which is understandable. Came back on 5/16 and worked all day but couldn't finish because he didn't have all the parts he needed because of a truck swap; said he'd come back 5/17 @ 8:30am. As of 10am he's still not here and not answering his phone. Three trips and unresponsive for a simple job? C'mon now, had high hopes because of the glowing reviews.

Edit: They went the extra mile to make it right.

Great service on a Saturday. Communication about when they could have someone here was excellent. We had water backing up in tubs, toilets and sinks so were in a real mess. They got here when promised, quickly figured out that roots had blocked a pipe in the front yard, and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. The price was very reasonable. We highly recommend ERPlumbing.

Was referred to this company by our home warranty provider for a kitchen sink leak. Called when they said they would, Showed up on time, went beyond what I expected. Work looks real good and is dry with no leaks. Came in a clean truck, cleaned up any mess and took old parts with him to dispose. Took care not to track any leaves inside. And super friendly to my overly curious 7 year old and his offers to help. Would use again.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! I am a rental property owner.  I received a couple quotes from local plumbers to replace a hot water heater nearing it's service life.  One highly reviewed plumber that I used before, and Eco Home Solutions.  Eco Home Solutions was far more responsive and cheaper, but the level of complete communication and professionalism made the choice easy.  
My elderly tenants made for some challenges coordinating with scheduling, but Eco Home Solutions completed the project with satisfaction and compassion working with, and around my tenants.  
I will call them when needed in the future. And I am confident to recommend them to you.

All For One Plumbing has taken care of a few issues that I've had and they are fast , reliable, and efficient. I've had my water lines replaced from my well to my house and I now have the best water pressure since I've bought my house. Definitely will call them if I have any other plumbing needs....

I've used Three Way for several years and over 3 major jobs replacing master bath fixtures, a grinder pump, and a hot water heater.  Every time we've used them they have been responsive, fairly priced, and done a good job for our family.  The last time however, they really showed me why they deserved a 5 star rating.  

After having our hot water heater replaced in last 2019, and having loved it for about a year and a half, we began to find that hot water was sporadically not available.  Called in Three Way to take a look since it was still under warranty and they were out within a day to look.  After about an hour of checking, they determined that part of the brains of the heater needed to be replaced.  They contacted the manufacturer and had the part shipped to me directly where it should arrive in a matter of days.  Of course Murphy's Law kicked in, and literally a day after that the hot water heater stopped working completely and we were facing several days of cold showers waiting on the part.  Unfortunately, the day came where the part was expected, and it never showed.  After contacting Three Way and letting them know, they reached back out to the manufacturer, and when they were unable to get the part tracked or any type of assurance that it would be to me as promised, Three Way did something I never expected.  They showed up with a new system completely and had it replaced in less than 3 hours.  They stood behind their work, even when it wasn't THEIR work that was the problem.  Been a long time since I've had a company that was willing to truly go above and beyond, but this is definitely one of those companies.

I had an appointment today between 4pm-6pm and this company  never showed up or call to cancel. This was not professional & I'm disappointed because this company was recommended. Poor communication.
