Daniel Jennings was great.  Replaced hot water heater and fixed other issues from a prior plumber.  Highly recommend.

Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open.   He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.   Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

Jerell came out and was very professional. He was sent to us for a plumbing problem behind our dishwasher. Allison and White property management had him come out. But now they say nothing is wrong , I would very much like the report from Jerrel if possible, because these guys are giving us a lot of trouble because of this situation and nothing is getting fixed. Can you please help? Our address is 1013 12th St. NE in Hickory. He left his number with my son, but when we called it said mailbox was not set up. We could really use your help.

Diyan and his partner did an amazing job servicing our home after a pipe burst and on another 2 separate occasions for toilet leaks.

From the first visit, his experience and expertise was immediately obvious as he noticed right away that previous contractors had installed the incorrect pressure fittings under our sinks. He detected and fixed the leaks within a couple hours and also outfitted the hot water tank pipes with several temperature barriers after he noticed they could become a safety hazard. He also walked me through the work he completed and explained why he did so.

On another occasion, he replaced our 12 rough in toilets with more appropriate 10 rough ins after they began causing leaks. Diyan and his partner were courteous, explained the problems clearly, were right on schedule, and left the bathroom cleaner than they found it.

For those of you that are less than comfortable having technicians come to your house while you are alone, rest assured that the CPM team will give you a call before heading over and send a text with the full name and photo of the technician coming to your location.

Dean is a criminal. I used to work for him in the past and he refused to pay me for the work I did for him and proceeded to threaten myself and my family. I had to file a police report again Dean since he was threatening violence towards my family. He also did some work for my clients and did a terrible job and left things unfinished. I am shocked that Yelp allows them to continue to use this page because he formed it under a false name. Do not do business with him. I have seen instances of him taking down payments and then walking from the job. He has had multiple plumbing businesses and just starts new ones once his page is closed down.
