Best Leak Detection in Chandler AZ

I am very happy with the quality of service I received from this company.
I had a $6000 HVAC installed on my roof a couple of months ago. They showed up on time, were respectful, installed the unit in a timely manner, and had a very competitive price, (I got six bids for the job). After the initial installation, a quality control person came out and inspected the installers work. Then, six weeks or so later they came back to do a another maintenance on the unit. Nice job Hays!

The Yelp project portal sends your information to multiple providers who are all very helpful.   For this project Techcool responded most quickly  amongst providers   Their online quote based upon simple and exact details was honored  and confirmed via call.   Their availability was the quickest and arrived on time for the job   Jorge and German were prompt, efficient and finished the small job with greatest efficiency (fast, simple, clean, professional).  Price was reasonable in my opinion   I will strongly consider for future projects.   Did I say they provided a one year work warranty and made sure we verified all work was satisfactory?   Highly recommended

It's so difficult to get a company to show up when they say let along not take your savings.

I actually got a live person on the phone at 9pm
Set appointment for next day.
Than after I hung up I realized my house was hot!!
Come to find out a/c until wasn't working.
Called back and the same person had a tech come out within an hr.

Well it gets better...
Guy shows up fixes my a/c replaced part to get a/c back running and didn't take me for a loop.
I'm very pleased with this company.

Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters, provided great service! We contacted them about a leak in our water heater and Rich gave us AMAZING guidance and service. Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.

Had a pipe burst in the backyard. Kevin came right when they said, fixed it for a reasonable price, and had it all wrapped up in 30 minutes. Will definitely use 'em again. :)

Had issues with a broken faucet that would constantly drip. Called up plumbing 2.0 and they were able to help me asap. Ian figured out the problem instantly and not only fixed my faucet but also noticed that the pipes under my sink had a small leak. He tightened and secured everything below and since then the sink works perfectly. Ian's a very efficient worker and was great at explaining and answering any of my questions and concerns. Very impressed with the company that I've actually had Ian come back to help install shower heads and a toilet. The company is extremely reliable, honest and has great customer service. I highly recommend using this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs.

Leak Hunters was fantastic. I found the company through Yelp after receiving an incredibly high water bill. The price to detect a leak is exactly what the market value is (I called about 3 different places and they all charged the same based on the specialized equipment that is used). The guy that owns the company was able to fit us in rather quickly. He was extremely personable and professional and was able to identify the exact location of the leak very quickly. He explained things to me at my request while he was working so I could become a better educated home owner. He also explained how our timer settings worked on our sprinkler system (where the leak was identified), helped me change them, and educated me on the various plants in our yard that would likely be the biggest issues for root damage to pipes. He definitely went above and beyond and we will most certainly use this company any time we have a leak.

over charge get second bid charged me $265.00 for a cartridge cost about $25 to $40 and 15 min. to install. shame on me for using cure all plumbing and shame on you if you use them. be smart call a real plumber.

They came and installed my sink and hook everything up. He did a great job. Was in and out and had no leaks or any other issues.

Contacted Chris today for an estimate for an issue with a tub spout. He asked me details about the issue and mentioned it could be a simple fix, with instructions on what to try first. His estimate, if it was going to be a more complicated job, was more than fair. His advice worked and he ended up saving me time and money! I initially posted this review back in August 2017. I was immediately contacted by ASAP threatening to SUE me for my review. I explained exactly what happened as I did in my review and all the blame was put on the person that had come to my home. I did agree the guy who came out did everything wrong, was then told I should change my review to reflect that ASAP did nothing wrong. I did not do that because the guy worked for them, came to my home and ended up costing me a ton to get it fixed. I was writing a different review and looked over past posts and ... my review was nowhere to be found on ASAP PLUMBING!

I had a new A/C unit put in my house in 2009 and have had it serviced every year since then. I have never had any problems with my unit, but feel that's because I use preventative maintenance.

This year 2017, my normal A/C guy was super busy and being it was just a maintenance service call I went with someone local that had been recommended on our Ahwatukee board.
My husband and I were sitting on the couch having a conversation when the tech went to out back where our unit is, He was out there for maybe 10 min. he came in and went up to where the air handler is, spent maybe 10 min up there and comes down. Comes over to us and says everything looks good, BUT you need to have a Run Capacitor replaced soon. I said soon, what does that mean and why? He mentioned some numbers that made no sense to me and then said and, you have a leak in your air return in the attic. I'm thinking to myself, well that does not sound like everything is ok to me. I asked him if he can send me an invoice of what needs replacing or repairing, he said sure.

I did not notice anything right away. My house did feel hotter but it was during that really intense hot spell we had here in Phoenix so I figured my A/C unit had to just work harder.
My bill that month with SPR was over $325 and I have never had a bill that high since living in this house. I chalked it up to the excessive heat.

A few weeks later while I was at work I had a friend go by and pick up my dogs, he calls and says you have a problem with your A/C it's really hot in your house! Wonderful, I am a Paramedic so I would not be home until Saturday morning. I call my REGULAR A/C guy to come check out my A/C unit. He is not here for 2 min when he says come out here I want to show you something. My system is bone dry of freon. We both kind of looked at each other wondering how is that the possible? I told him I had a guy out to service it just 2 weeks about and he said nothing about freon, but he did say I needed a part replaced soon. I remembered I had the invoice he sent me.
I find the invoice and bring it out back, he reads it and says this makes no sense. He opens a side panel and shows me the run capacitor that ASAP wanted to replace, says 70 on the side, there is a fan capacitor by it that says 7.5 on it. ASAP said my RUN CAPACITOR should be running at 7.5  He hooks his meter to both showing me that both are working exactly as they should. The run capacitor he wanted to charge me $534 to replace does not even run 7.5 microfarads, the fan capacitor does, but again both ARE WORKING EXACTLY AS THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO WORK. My guy goes into the attic to look for this leak he was talking about, can't find any leak. I VIDEOTAPED ALL OF THIS BY THE WAY. After much searching, we find the leak. It is in the bottom of my unit outside. There are 2 copper pipes that cross, there is a factory placed foam type insulator placed between the 2 pipes so they do not rub or touch. This foam had been intentionally pulled away from the 2 pipes, allowing them to rub and cause a small leak, slowly draining all my freon.

Now I can not say for sure that ASAP did this, but no one had touched my A/C unit other than the tech that came out from ASAP, PLUS given the invoice that was sent to me for repairs that were not even needed and a leak that was never found in the attic, I have to wonder why in the hell would I think he didn't cause this problem hoping that I would call him to do the repairs? The evidence speaks volumes, in my opinion.

I now have my A/C back working better than ever, minus $1000 in repairs that did not go to ASAP.

Dealing with a warranty company is not easy for anyone but abc seems to have a big head owner that hangs up on customers.  
They installed a new tankless water heater,  the next day I smelled gas and called them being a weekend the said be out Monday morning,  no word till we called and they were trying to get hold of manufacturer,  then said it would be the next morning and would send someone out and be able to talk with representatives a
T that time.
Today they call and said they had to have a gas specialist come out and it would be next week.
When I told them that was too long to wait the owner said they could do it for 3500.00 dollars.
He told me as the owner he doesn't go on calls and hung up on me.
