Tech cool did an awesome job. Reached out to many companies, I knew what needed to be done but everyone wanted to charge me for an inspection to diagnose my problem. This is a technique to get you to pay overpriced quotes by them saying they will deduct the inspection from the cost of the repair, not tech cool. They came out quoted me the job using pictures I provided and stuck to the quote. Not only was the quote fair but it beat out the competitors. I wasn't looking for the cheapest quote just the most honest and I got the best of both worlds from Techcool. They have earned my business moving forward, they didn't try to pressure me into a maintenance agreement or try and up sell on other services. I highly recommend their company.

We don't really write reviews- maybe 3 in 10 years, but these guys are AMAZING! Prompt, EXPERT @ diagnosing on the phone and TOTALLY reasonable! We were hysterical (ok I was-- hubby stayed sane)- this morning with water coming out of our ceiling kitchen light fixtures!! These guys (the dad, Howard) assessed it over the PHONE! He sent his son Sean right over -- & he and a partner had it FIXED in under an hour. We are in shock. Price was way less than we though it would be with labor and parts. You could see they were working fast - which kept our expenses down. We can't recommend this company more highly.. or we would do so. You just can't go wrong here...

A Affordable Plumber is affordable, professional and quick. 3/13/23
Walt, the plumber, was effective and nice.
Cody, the apprentice, was good.
They called me before they came to the house and we're reliable.
I will have them back again sometime.
I don't think they take credit cards. They take cash, checks or venmo.
Thanks Patrick for coordinating.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

We are so very pleased with the service we received from Josh. He is polite, courteous, prompt, and didn't feel sale-sy at all. He fixed our leak quickly, and it ended up costing less than what the deductible would have been through our homeowner's insurance, so we didn't have to make a claim. I will definitely use him again (if the need should arise - but let's hope not!) and refer him to friends and family. Thanks for the excellent service, Josh!

I contacted Alex and made an appointment, 4 days later he came to check our pool for leaks. He and his Son were so polite and friendly. They got right to work and checked the plumbing system. They were so professional and explained everything they found. He even pointed out things we could fix on our own. I would definitely recommend this company. He was much cheaper than most companies I contacted. Quick, trustworthy and financially affordable. Thanks guys, I enjoyed our interaction!!

Precision Air & Heating is literally the worst. Do NOT, under any circumstance, let these folks into your home.
I had a 4 year preventative maintenance agreement with Precision. My 2 A/C units were running great but I had a free PM call to use. Bad mistake. The Precision tech inspected both units and the air handlers and said everything was running well, but suggested we get the evaporator coils cleaned, which we did, and paid for. Literally 30 minutes after he left, our running well system showed a red light COOLING SYSTEM FAILURE. I shut down the unit and Precision said they'd send someone out the next day.
A new technician inspected the check/warning signal and the unit. In the middle of his inspection and diagnosis, he said a fuse had just blown and there was a complicated wiring system that now needed repair.
Once he fixed these two problems (which apparently did not exist the previous day and/or were not identified by the previous technician), he pointed out that the upstairs unit was (suddenly, after their initial service) performing poorly (a split of only 7 degrees and a lukewarm coil). He said the previous technician's judgment or assessment of the splits was wrong and suggested that the unit needed freon, quoted me a price, which I agreed to, and then added the freon.
Imagine my surprise when he handed me a bill for rewiring a complicated board and replacing a fuse that were fully operational before he came to my house!!! I felt I had no option but to pay him to get him about $300 to get him out of my house.
I called Precision. No response. I called again, and they asked me to send a letter. I did. No response. That's it, I'm done.
As I see it, the first tech made errors and/or damaged the fully-functional system, and the 2nd tech made more mistakes (and charged me for them) in trying to correct them. If the 1st tech did not make mistakes, then why did these never-before-seen problems occur immediately after he left? If the splits were bad yesterday, why did he not catch it? Why was I charged to fix the damage done by the 2nd tech who tried to diagnose and correct the problem? I was charged for their shoddy & destructive work.
Both techs sold me hard on re-upping my soon-to-expire PMA. In fact, the 2nd tech quoted me a even higher price than the 1st tech did a week earlier. I guess they just make up these numbers as they go... Crazy.
More amazing is that the 2nd tech continued to push the new PMA after I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction at his service and my disbelief at being billed for their mistakes.
I don't want anything from Precision, I just want to let people know that nobody should let this company do ANYTHING to your cooling & heating system.

These guys are great! I called about a leak in my kitchen (in the wall). Spencer came out and provided me with a FREE estimate and several different options. He also strongly recommended I call a water mitigation/restoration company to come make an assessment and even gave them a call to get them to come out. Long story short, I had the water restoration guys come out and then called Spencer back to do the plumbing fix. He squeezed me in the same day I called him and kept me in the loop as to when he'd arrive. Once he was at my house, he told me what he was going to do, about how long it would take and how much it would be - and he was correct on all fronts. Great service, Great quality of work & very fair pricing! I'll be using these guys again and specifically be asking for Spencer. Thanks

Had a leak at the main supply to the house they were able to come out the same day and fix it as well as replace the shutoff valve and all the old piping around it. Communication was great including, really like the text notification system they use. They were quick, knowledgeable and professional, I would definitely recommend.

I own a rental house in Chandler and when my tenants called me and told me that the sewer was backing up I immediately called Pink Plumbing because I had used them at another one of my properties. They went out right away to check the problem and called me with the news. I needed a sewer line repair. They kept in constant contact with me and explained every step of the process in great detail. Not only was Pink Plumbing professional and affordable but the crew made sure to leave my property in better condition than before they arrived.
Hands down the best and only plumber I will use! Great job guys and thank you!

If you need a quality plumber for small jobs Freddy is your man!! Our kitchen faucet broke (cracked internally) and needed replacement ASAP. Went to Home Depot on a Saturday morning to purchase a Moen pull-out faucet and a sales associate directed me to Home Depot's service department where they connect customers with third party plumbers, electricians, etc. No plumber in their local network would come out on a Saturday and no sales associate would quote a standard price range for installing a kitchen faucet. They kept giving me vague ranges from $200 and up. Keep in mind the Moen faucet was under $200 so paying more for installation just didn't seem right to me. Very annoying. The Home Depot service lady said its impossible to get a plumber to come out to you nowadays without charging a minimum $100 just to show up.
Enter Freddy. As we were standing in line at Home Depot my girlfriend quickly searched her i-phone for local plumbers and after speaking with a few she contacted Freddy. He was straight forward and easily quoted a more than fair price range of $60 to $90. This sounded too good to be true but we took a chance anyway. He showed up at our downtown loft a couple hours later as promised (on a Saturday) and removed the old faucet and installed the new one, all well under an hour. He also tweaked our recently installed garbage disposal (installed myself) because I forgot to push the switch in to let the dishwasher water line go through the disposal, a trick plumbers know about. Before this trick the dishwasher was emptying into my sink through the overflow valve on top of the sink rather then emptying correctly under the sink through the disposal. In a few seconds he fixed what I could not figure out with my limited plumbing knowledge and he educated me on the entire process.
Speaking with him its obvious he has vast experience on numerous jobs and is a friendly guy looking to make an honest dollar. He also has a verbal agreement to return and fix anything installed if problems occur within 5 years. I will use Freddy for any plumbing related projects going forward and HIGHLY recommend him.

Very happy with the work done for me. Nick responded to my inquiries within minutes, and offered pricing/ suggestions to help me figure which water softener and RO2 system to go with. Jason was extremely professional with the install. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need!

If I could give a lower rating, I would give zero stars. I have been a long time loyal customer of ABC (over 15 years!). In the past I had always been happy with their work until Feb 2014. I called them to replace my 15 year old water heater which had finally died. While they came out the same day and did replace it, they trained a new person on my installation and I have had nothing but issues since that time. I paid over $800 for the installation, not receiving any discount in labor for having someone train on my installation.
The crux of the issue with the new water heater is that the pilot light constantly goes out (3-5 times a week!!!) and also does not ignite immediately when I go to relight it. They have come back several times since the water heater was installed to try to fix this issue. The last time they came out they had the audacity to charge me a service fee of $90 plus charge me for parts and labor to replace the entire pilot light assembly even though it has never worked properly since installation. I was told that if I had bought the extended warranty then some of these fees would be waived. Since the water heater has never worked properly for any period of time, I think they should stand behind their products and services to make it right.
After the last $375 bill to replace the entire pilot assembly, they said if I continue to have problems that maybe the wind was blowing out the pilot light... seriously??!! The last water heater never had the pilot light go out from the wind in all the years I had it. As a matter of fact, the pilot light never went out on my old water heater until it died. I sit here this morning waiting for the tank to heat as the pilot light is out yet again (fourth time this week) and took about 5 minutes to get it to light.
Needless to say, this poor service and terrible inability to fix something they had a trainee install has lost them a loyal customer for good! Unless you want to be drained of money and take cold showers, my suggestion is to use another company.
