Two stars for the friendliness of the tech who came out...other than that?  Needed a sink replaced-I have a garbage disposal and water purification.  I was buying everything-sink/faucets/hardware....just needed someone to take out the old (drop in) and replace with my stuff. $1450.00 estimate...nuff said!
Follow up:  Had another service come out and replace and install AND replace the water valves...$500.  Hays said it would take all day...took three hours. Moving to one star also-why try to rip people off?

Had a small issue in the house I rent.  My landlord sent OX. Eric/Erik not sure, found time to run over and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes!  Thanks again.

Called to schedule an estimate for an AC replacement.  Unfortunately I am out of their service area but I was so impressed by the professionalism of Tanya that I felt the need to write a review.  It's a wonderful surprise when someone takes the time to provide assistance when they already know they aren't able to serve you personally or sell you anything personally.  She gave me some great information and advice, which she certainly didn't have to take the time to do, and I really appreciate it.  Seems like a company with a lot of integrity.

We had a plumber come out that was sent by our home warranty. He immediately started justifying why we had no problem. Our water, Luke warm, was as good as we could expect. We then contacted Lawson Family Plumbing. Chris figured out what our problem was within 15 minutes. We had problems locating the part we needed, Chris found it for us & arranged it to be held until we could pick it up. Chris came back & within 1/2 hour we had hot water. He was professional & personable. He has earned our loyalty & trust. I will recommend Lawson Family Plumbing to my family & friends!

Seven years ago AHWS installed our softener and Big Blue unit. We have maintained this system through them, with yearly check ups and all necessary and required maintenance. Our last system service was in Jan 2023. This morning 4-12-23, at an unknown time their plastic filter split/burst. It proceeded to spray water at a high pressure, un regulated with no fail safes for hours while we slept.  Our whole house flooded in the night.

We contacted them immediately (while juggling insurance etc...) and when a technician finally came he stated We have no way of knowing this will happen.  We understand that accidents can happen, and that products can fail beyond a one year warranty. However if a plastic filter is capable of causing that much damage American home water services should have knowledge like A) Recommend product replacement dates B) Integrity inspections C) Emergency cut offs or regulators that are installed at the time of the units installation. They were in charge of this system from day one and let this happen. If they did not inspect our products throughly, they are not inspecting yours.

If unit splitting happend to us it will happen to ANYONE with a big blue filter. Even those that did maintenance regularly.

I'm currently in the middle of a easily $200,000k plus water damage insurance claim. My family and I will now have to stay in a hotel because my house is now uninhabitable.  They also charged me for the removal of their product that ruined my home.

I have had other companies out to fix many plumbing issues and these guys are by far most responsive, and ver honest with their work.  Also very polite.  Great work!!  Keep being the good guy in the industry

Very quick to communicate, answered all questions was upfront with pricing and quote without needing to do the whole dog and pony of sending a tech first. on top of that came is as one of the cheapest quotes out of the 13 quotes I got and was able to come out the quickest.

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

We had two old toilets replaced after 23+ years of usage. We bought upgrades at Lowe's ( American Standard Champion models); Our tech, Ben Thomas was very efficient and honestly performed an excellent job. We are very happy with the service provided and look forward to future projects with this company.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.

Very happy with these guys! They came out within 24 hours. They were very nice and took the time to explain  what our plumbing problems were. Roots! They even cleaned up the roots and took them away. Something our last plumber left us to do... Then they told us how we can keep this problem from happening in the future.

My experience with Talbot Plumbing is novice yet amazing!!! From my first interaction with Trevor, I felt at ease. After about an hour of back and forth with my husband, we called Trevor back. He came within an hour. This was late at night too. He was so professional from the first phone call to the end of the transaction. A beautiful model of what service should be like. 1st time user of this company and very happy with the results. Their technician Brett arrived early for the 8 am appointment. He quickly assed the problem with the two bathroom sinks and remediated the problems. The cost of the service was more than fair and he completed the job in less than an hour. I initially had to work with Jayson to get the work done the right way. I should have known at that time that I should have gone with another plumber.  A little over a year later I am having the same isssue. I have been communicating with Jayson and Cure All Plumbing trying to get the work done properly but they refuse to stand by their work. I highly recommend selecting another plumbing company to work with.
