Best Toilet Installation in Chandler AZ

Our 13 year A/C stopped working last night, or should say the Blower stopped working.  I can do some A/C stuff, so went up on the roof, but couldn't get it working.  Called Hays at 7 AM, they said someone would be there between 9 and 11 AM.  They called back at 7:30 AM and asked if it would be ok if the guy showed up between 8:15-8:30 AM.  Of course I said no problem.   They were there at 8:25 AM, So time estimates where dead on!

I explained what was going on, we went up to the roof and they did a quick test to bypass the thermostat.   It worked, so I went back down and set the thermostat to on, it worked again.  They also recommended switch the fan motor for LOW to HIGH.  I inherited this A/C when I bought the house 3 years ago.  What great guys to explain how it was hooked up, I said let's do it. What a big difference that made in the house, really blows now, covers the rooms better (1954 house)!  They checked the freon, cap, etc and said it all tested good.  

They also told me, if it happened again most likely it means it's the circuit board, which I believe, he tapped the relay's on it before bypassing the thermostat.  The Circuit board is showing some burnt spots etc.  They did not recommend to replace it at this time, it might last 5 years, it might last 2 days they said.  If the issue occurs again, the board probably needs replaced.

They charged me standard $69 service fee, and 1/2 hour of labor.  Sounded right to me!  I cannot stress how great it was to find honest A/C service techs.  Hay's is my new #1 A/C company!

Had a small issue in the house I rent.  My landlord sent OX. Eric/Erik not sure, found time to run over and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes!  Thanks again.

WOW, I have never had such great customer service with a AC company.  I have a unit that I needed checked out on a property I purchase that has been sitting vacant for about 5 years. I wanted to have someone check it out. Long story short Dustin from Dukes recommended I replace the unit due to the number of issues.

However he also gave me the option to repair what we could tell was wrong with the unit (everything) Since Dukes offers only the highest quality parts and replacement I was looking at about 5600 to replace the unit.. I decided use another company that installed a 4 year old unit for the same price for just the repair cost Dukes quoted me. I took a few weeks to shop around and find a used unit that was in way better condition than my current one.

Even though their prices seem high for new units I do not feel like I was being ripped off, based on the quality parts Dukes uses the price was reasonable.

Requested a quote via Yelp and got a response within minutes. Was out here the next day to look at our water heater and fixed within a couple of hours. Great service! Looking forward to doing business again in the future, thank you!

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

Affordable Plumbing was referred by our home warranty service. We have used them twice, once for a warranty item and the second for a non warranty issue. Each time they have been very professional and have done a very good job and a fair price. Ben was the person dispatched for each service and his customer service skills are excellent. Explains everything in great detail and cleans up after as if the house was his. If you need a plumber this is the company to choose.

Pat upgraded all our outdoor hose bibs, and our gas shut off to the grill. The original fixtures were old and worn out. He did a great job, with quality parts, and at a good price. Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.

I received a quote from this company to have four faucets installed. I spoke with Aaron who was very professional and his quote was lower and more reasonable than anyone else I contacted. Their prices and professional attitude made them a company I would highly recommend.

Had issues with a broken faucet that would constantly drip. Called up plumbing 2.0 and they were able to help me asap. Ian figured out the problem instantly and not only fixed my faucet but also noticed that the pipes under my sink had a small leak. He tightened and secured everything below and since then the sink works perfectly. Ian's a very efficient worker and was great at explaining and answering any of my questions and concerns. Very impressed with the company that I've actually had Ian come back to help install shower heads and a toilet. The company is extremely reliable, honest and has great customer service. I highly recommend using this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs.

This is our 2nd time to use this company. Employees Wes and Spencer did an amazing job. They fixed our backed up sink and used state of the art technology to diagnose the problem.  They were safe, on time and quick I highly recommend this company and these 2 employees.  The cost was not outrageous and you get excellent quality.

Ok let's be honest, when you schedule an appointment to get your water heater replaced and only have your wife home to meet with the repairman you don't expect to not have it cost a fortune. Kevin not only responded on the weekend, not only came out first thing Monday morning, but didn't overcharge us for an unnecessary part! This company is reliable and honest! I will tell all my friends about Kevin and his crew! Other contractors quoted $1600-$2000, but Kevin came out and immediately identified it was just a thermostat and just replaced that part! A HUGE thank you to Kevin and P&L! Thank you guys for taking care of my water heater needs, you guys have a customer for life and I will tell all my friends about you guys.

Aaron came out and took a look at our AC unit, as it wasn't working.  He took great time and attention to troubleshoot the issue.  He spent 20 minutes talking to us about the issue and our possible options.  

Precision wasn't the first company we called, but it surely will be the last, because they were great.

We had another company that was referred to us from a friend.  That company came out and took a great deal of time troubleshooting the issue.  Precision Air recommended that we NEEDED a new unit.  Our unit is only 4 years old.  The other company found the root cause of the issue, and it was not the unit itself, but a value that was creating a blockage.  

Precision Air also told us we didn't have enough coolant to run the unit.  Again the other company actually checked to see how much coolant we actually had, and then added in the amount of coolant we needed.  That ended up being about a half a pound.

Precision Air was recommended a $8000 cost to replace our AC unit and add coolant.  None of that was the case at all, and the total cost to get our AC running again about about 15% of that cost.

I feel I was purposefully mislead to get more money out of me.  Upon further investigation, it turns out many companies work on a sales base system.  So the service people make the most money if they produce more service.  I don't know if that is how Precision works, but they assured us we needed $8000 worth of work, when we really didn't.

That isn't good at all!  I'm glad we were able to find another company that was honest, experienced and knowledgable so we paid what we really needed to pay, and only had fixed was we needed to be fixed.  It's not cool when companies mislead people just to get the most money out of a customer.  That is what I feel Precision Air did to us now that everything is said and done.
