Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Chandler AZ

Super fast and friendly service. Didn't try and sell me a bunch of extra stuff. Tech took time to thoroughly explain the issue and show me stuff about my house I didn't know. I didn't think service like this existed these days anymore, but it does here.

15 days later a/c issues came back. Rescheduling was no problem except they gave me a window of 12-2 one afternoon and called me at 1 saying they would be there at two. That sounds an awful lot like a 12-3 window. Had to reschedule for another day.

I had a tricky pressure regulation valve that I needed installed on a newly purchased home.  Lawson Family Plumbing was able to get out the very next day and do the installation within a couple days.  It looks great and is functioning perfectly.

Don arrived within the 4 hour window promised. He called ahead 30 minutes as requested. His quote was exactly as promised and his work was EXCELLENT !!

Look no further.... This is the company you want to use. On time, knowledgeable, and kind. Cesar was very helpful and explained what was wrong. Ask for him!!!!

If you've ever found yourself in a tight spot (or with tight filters), look no further than WHAT Plumbing. I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. And after I had wasted enough money on filter wrenches, straps, and other Amazon best sellers, I decided to swallow my pride and bring in the professionals.

Enter the dynamic duo from WHAT Plumbing. They were friendly, professional, and they arrived within an hour of my call.

You know that old saying, It's a two-man job? Well, this was definitely the case. These guys weren't just swift, but they put in some serious elbow grease, spending ample time to carefully crank off our stubborn filters -- with the precision of a surgeon and the strength of the Incredible Hulk. I'll also admit, there was a part of me secretly relieved that it wasn't a total walk in the park for these guys either--affirming that I didn't simply forget to turn off a valve or switch somewhere along the DIY route.

Now, I'll mention cost. In a world where you often pay a premium for urgency, WHAT Plumbing was incredibly fair. Considering the amount of extra effort they had to go through, I'd say more than reasonable.

So, will I be calling them again? Absolutely. For their timeliness, efficiency, and for not making me feel like a moron who can't break loose his own filters -- WHAT Plumbing has earned a customer for life. If you find yourself up against a serious plumbing challenge, do yourself a favor and call these guys before going down the Amazon best sellers list. You won't regret it.

We had a great experience with P&L for our kitchen sink repair. Got a fast response via Yelp and they were quick to come out as well. I felt pricing was reasonable and it fixed our issue within the 1 visit. Would definitely use them again

ASAP Plumbing and Air Conditioning are great!!!!!!  I live in California but own a rental home in Phoenix.  My tenant called me at 7:53 p.m., Tuesday evening, September 12, 2017, complaining about the heat and that the air conditioning/heat pump unit (3 years old) was blowing semi-cold air, etc.....  I went to Yelp, located ASAP, sent an email expecting to be contacted the following day; instead, I received a call @ 8:00 p.m., and Nick listened to my rendition of the problem and said, I can have someone there tonight or in the morning - your choice?  I was very impressed!  I grew up in the building industry in Phoenix, Arizona and, remember that no one comes out same day or following morning!  Anyway, Nick told me that his tech named, Mathew, would be on site by 8:00 a.m, Wednesday morning -- prior to Matt arriving, he called letting me know he would arrive at 7:45 a. m., which he did - he diagnosed the problem, all covered under Goodman warranty, picked-up the part locally, returned, installed in (1) one hour, recontacted me and said, I'm finished boss.  The service charge was $99.00, and my tenant called me and she said the nicest things about Matt, he was: Courteous, nice, knowledgeable, experienced, didn't make her feel stupid and, left the house with the air conditioning unit blowing cold air.  I went from living out of state with a problem too, problem solved and parts will be covered under warranty.  

These guys impressed me so-much-so that I am having them change one of the shower fixture cartridges wherein Nick volunteered a $35.00 coupon without my even addressing the matter.

I recommend, and will again use ASAP Plumbing and Air Conditioning.              

If you have a problem, do yourself a favor, call and ask for Nick or Matt - they're knowledgeable in electrical matters, too.

What a day..but i wanted to take some time to do this to say how pleasant the guy was from your company.just moved into our knew home for two weeks now. having some plumbing issues needed an estimate from your co. I just had American Plumbing & Rooter out for the second time - they were to my house within 20 minutes of my call and fixed my problem within 5 minutes.  My garbage disposal fix was discounted, because this company understands the importance of customer service.  I will continue to contact them for these needs as they are very fair - would definitely recommend.

My toilet stopped working on a Sunday morning. I called Ron. He was here within 1/2 hour. He removed and replaced all the tank parts and checked that all was in order. All for $125.00. Very pleased.

I have dealt with other Plumbing companies before and I've never had an experience like this one. I spoke with Chris on the phone many times while scheduling my service and he was very professional and very pleasant to work with. He was accommodating when I needed to reschedule even though it was same day and when they needed to reschedule me he was very nice and kept me updated on the process. Bill the service technician that came out to my house was very prompt, nice, and did a great job replacing some valves under my kitchen sink. The pricing was fair. Daniel with Masterflow plumbing is awesome! I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. My recent experience with Gold Star Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them 6-stars instead of 5 and here's why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in per code and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin's attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to them for potential future work. Today was not the first time I've used them, but I'll never use another plumber while living here. They're just the best and I trust them completely.

Do NOT use this company! They will ripe you off and the customer service is terrible. This company came recommended and I couldn't be more disappointed. On Thursday February 21,2019 the water in the bathtub of our main bathroom would not turn off. I reached out to our community Facebook page and this company was recommended. Plus a supervisor lived in the community. The company was responsive to my request, informed me of the $79 service charge just for coming to my home. I agreed to the charge and scheduled the service. The tech showed up just before lunch on Friday February 22nd. The tech walked into the bathroom and immediately knew we needed to replace the cartridge. The faucet was already disassembled. He removed the the cartridge and told me he would get the part. I was NEVER told the price of the part or labor cost. The job itself took less than 10 minutes to complete. Wess told me there was other plumbing work that we should do and suggested I schedule another job with him. He quoted me prices for future jobs. After he was done telling me everything wrong he finally told me I owed him $501 for the work he completed. I couldn't believe my eyes or ears at the cost. I questioned the part being super expensive based on the invoice. Wess advises he is not hourly and while someone could do the work cheaper it wouldn't be done with quality. I reached out to the company to discuss my concerns. Was promised a call back almost daily. It took 2 weeks to get a response by email and I was offered a discount off future work. My complaint was not addressed. Overcharged, deception, no integrity and terrible customer service. Do NOT use this company.
