Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Chandler AZ

Just the facts:
After reading this, also look at the PS that resulted from the owner's attention.  I was out of town and received a call that a heater in a rent house was not working.  Called Hays--first time I used them.  They told me that a service call was $70 plus repairs and that the technician would call to authorize repairs.  When the call did not come I called the tenant.  The technician had come and gone--discovered it was only the gas valve in the off position--turned it on, furnace was working, and left.  Got a call from Hays asking for $160.  According to the technician, the extra $90 was for the safety check.  I mailed a check so they have no cause for complaint.  
This does not square with all the previous glowing reviews.
Does this deserve one star?  Yes--they should have been more up front about the charges.

PS.  The owner called and admitted a mistake in the charges.  It has to do with what the technician writes down and this technician was new to the company.  A refund is being processed.  Will raise the rating another notch when received.  I will try them again and then Hays may deserve a 5 star rating.
PSS: Received a refund of $90.

Never called me back for water softener estimate after filling out web form.

We were out of town when the dog sitter called to say our hot water heater was spewing water all over our garage. She was able to get the water turned off, tank drained and electricity turned off to the unit.  Through our home warranty company we were put in contact with water heaters only. They had Don come out at 8 AM the morning after we arrived home.  We clearly needed a new water heater, but previous owners had built cabinets in such a way the tank could not be removed. Don gave us explicit instructions on how the cabinets should be moved. We contacted our handyman and he came out and moved the shelves.  Don came within an hour after he left and removed the old tank and hooked up the new one.  He insured there was no damage to the drywall - treated the area to prevent any mold growing - installed a drip pan under the new water heater and attached a drain so that any overflow would go away from the cabinets to the garage floor.  In addition to being an expert in this field, Don was an absolute professional.  In addition, the gentleman at the main office was courteous, helpful and insured everything was in place to get our water heater replaced. Thank you Don.  We will always refer our friends and associates to this company.

Called Zest plumbing as I had a back up in the drain from the washing machine. They quickly diagnosed the problem all for a fair price and started work the next morning. They were efficient, polite, and when they were done, everything was cleaned up immaculately.
I would highly recommend this company.

Trevor was awesome. He installed a water softener and RO system at our new home build. Prior to our appointment, Trevor was communicative via text and answered all our questions. During the appointment, he was on time, reliable, and did not rush through the install. He needed additional parts and took it upon himself to make the trip to the nearest Home Depot and did not charge us additional for the extra parts. He cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess.

I would definitely recommend WH&T and especially 5 star service from Trevor!

Just had my first experience with P&L Plumbing and it was a great one. This is the third plumbing company I've worked with in Mesa and this was by far my best experience. Kevin was great. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to do whatever he could to help. Our sewer got backed up due to a construction problem and Kevin was up front with me that it was likely due to a construction problem and he even showed up early the next day to attempt to get it working and meet with the construction company to explain the problem and why he believed it was due to damage in the construction process and Kevin didn't even charge me for that time. Highly recommend this company.

Liked the idea of getting a free diagnostic but there price was out of my range so I passed on the service. I finally found someone who was in my range and I come to find out the tech that had came out switched my wires on the fan so it would not kick on. Very dishonest I would say.

Awesome job as usual! William installed a new toilet for us and fixed our kitchen sink faucet. He was on time and was very informative. He always does a great job! Thank you

I woke up to discover a backed up sewer line in my house with the most disgusting water coming from my drain.  This was the first issue I've had with my house that needed a plumber, so I turned to Yelp for help.  Through the request a quote feature I was able to ping a few companies at once.  Phend was super prompt in getting back to me to find out my location and schedule someone to come over and check out the issue.  The owner, Pete, came out and was even earlier than was quoted in the email.  He was really nice and professional.  He assessed the problem and had it fixed before I knew it.  Luckily it just needed to be professionally snaked so the service wasn't even as expensive as I was afraid it would be.  He was able to recommend a company assess for cleaning up the mess afterward.  I will definitely keep their business card on my fridge for the next plumbing nightmare that springs up.  Thanks Pete!!

10/10 Experience!! This was probably the smoothest and easiest Yelp and service interaction I've ever had. We asked for quotes Sunday night when we saw our water heater leaking/dripping, they responded so fast and were at my house Monday morning (the next day) with a new water heater. Super quick and efficient, they checked my old unit and gave me updates I could easily understand. They were in and out within two hours, everything cleaned up and very professional. Will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors looking for a 10/10 service experience.

Bumble Bee plumbing was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I asked for a general quote when scheduling on the cost to install a new water softener to replace an old one. They would not give me any range at all. I expected it to be reasonable.  Replacing an old water softener to new one is a job done easily in less than 1 hr. I had purchased a water softener that was highly rated and recommended by friends who have high end homes and plumbers that I know. The bumble bee technician immediately talked down to me, because I'm a woman I'm guessing, gaslit me telling me that I not only bought the wrong size but the quality of the brand was not good and I should buy his brand that I've never heard of for 3x the price of any of the recommended brands and pay another $1500 to install it. So $4500 for a salt based water softener- not water filtration system.  I immediately went to return it and buy a larger size for the softener I had. My plumber friends said that the size I had was actually just fine.  I ordered a larger one just to be safe. I took the day off of work to be available for bumble bee. Any company who will not even give you a cost range is going to try to take advantage of you.

Daniel with Masterflow plumbing is awesome! I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. Daniel took the time to explain each issue, in terms I could understand, and make sure all of my questions were answered. The main sewer line on the house was clogged the other night, 3/20, around 8pm. I called around and the other plumbers that actually bothered to call back all wanted $400+ to come out and clear the line. I called Rooter Ranger after seeing the $47 drain clear offer on line, I figured there would be additional after hours charges, etc. but $47 sounded like a good starting point. The first person I talked to said it would be just the $47 along as there was access, which there is, and said the tech would call shortly. I got a call from the tech, Adrian I think, within 5mins and he was at the house with in 40mins. The tech was very nice and polite, worked promptly to snake the line, no up sells, no we'll have to come back tomorrow and charge more, which I have to admit I was expecting. He got it cleared and gave me the bill for $47!!! Great service, great company, they made a customer for life.

Cody was awesome. My situation was a bit complicated and not something he could work on however he quickly recommended me another company that could and was able to come out same day. I really appreciated his help and honesty, great service.

Fast efficient responsive. I had several quotes to have two toilets replaced. Dignity Plumbing was very competitive and I was able to book an appointment for the next day.(thanks to a cancellation). Jeremy arrived on time and was done in less than 2 hours. Very professional service and great work. I will definitely use them again.

I thought I might have hit lucky for once but NO.

They came on time, they gave a quote, he started the work, but then I noticed he seemed slow and then he said he was almost out of gas for the blow torch so it was taking a long time, but he kept on for another 10 mins then he called another plumber to see if he was close by to bring him some gas. The guy wasn't so he continued trying to make it work. By this stage I was worried that I was not going to get a decent job if he was unable to seal it with the torch, so I called the office. I guess the guy I spoke to thought I was another stupid woman, so he starts to treat me like so ma'am when did you call?  I answered this morning and then he said then you should be glad we turned out today! Really! I called four plumbers and they all offered today.
Then I get, so he'll come back to the office(Waste another 30 mins of my time) then he'll bring the gas back, finish the job and you'll be all happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No I would be happy if I was treated with respect, without so much of my time wasted.
But one thing we know is there are plenty of other plumbers out there to do the job and most of them are offering some sort of discount.
