I thought it was pretty Sub-par customer service.

I had a waterline and pump issue with my toilet and I contacted Ox Plumbing last night and Erik and Kevin came over to fix the issues today. They were so professional and completed the job in no time at all. I highly recommend Ox Plumbing, if you want quality professional service definitely give them a call.

A friend suggested that I try the Dukes of Air for my AC check up. I have never been comfortable with an AC company as you never now if they are being straight with you... Tonya set up the call and John showed up right on time. He put on booties to protect my floor and asked me how the system was working. He then proceeded into the attic and was up there for 30 - 45 minutes. He came back down and I braced for the damage... Your system is in great shape! was John's reply. He headed out back to clean and service the exterior units and gave us a clean bill of health!

Requested a quote via Yelp and got a response within minutes. Was out here the next day to look at our water heater and fixed within a couple of hours. Great service! Looking forward to doing business again in the future, thank you!

Fast response and estimate right in the middle of all that I'd received.  Within a couple of hours Matt had the old shower/tub valve out, the new one in & even straightened up the original off-kilter plumbing.  We went over assembly of the valve for after the tile was put back and we were done.  I feel confident sealing up this plumbing work and not worrying about unseen leaks.

We called 3 A/C repair places. Of the 2 who responded, we selected AHWA.  I compared quotes and approaches to solving the A/C not working problem. On both repair and replace, American Home was the winner.

When it came to the work, Mike, the tech was excellent. He arrived when he said he would, he explained every thing he was doing, recommended some possible alternatives that could save some money and once given the go ahead completed the job as promised, when promised (a motor and fan assembly).  

Two days later (on a Saturday morning) the unit started blowing warm air. I called the main number, explained what was happening and Mike returned within the hour. He found a failed compressor run capacitor (unrelated to the fan motor) he showed it to me, tested it in front of me and tested the new capacitor in front of me so I could compare readings.   He replaced it on the spot. He checked the specs on the A/C unit, wrote them all down for me (showing how much current the unit was drawing and that it was within specifications). As the unit is fairly old, and probably could do with replacing as Mike put it,   it was still a relief to discover it may have some life in it yet.

When it's time to replace it...they'll be my first call.

Perfect service! Was able to get scheduled immediately and they saved the day! Was on the last leg of a bathroom remodel when I ran into a plumbing issue and they fixed it perfectly! Cannot recommend them enough!

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

They arrive in a service van with co.pano logo in large letters. Techs wear business wardrobe and are courteous and knowledgeable. A complete estimate is given before any work is started. Work is completed in a workmanlike manner with respect to your surroundings. I recommend this company especially to senior citizens. Kudos to Cameron for his fine service.

Had issues with a broken faucet that would constantly drip. Called up plumbing 2.0 and they were able to help me asap. Ian figured out the problem instantly and not only fixed my faucet but also noticed that the pipes under my sink had a small leak. He tightened and secured everything below and since then the sink works perfectly. Ian's a very efficient worker and was great at explaining and answering any of my questions and concerns. Very impressed with the company that I've actually had Ian come back to help install shower heads and a toilet. The company is extremely reliable, honest and has great customer service. I highly recommend using this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs.

over charge get second bid charged me $265.00 for a cartridge cost about $25 to $40 and 15 min. to install. shame on me for using cure all plumbing and shame on you if you use them. be smart call a real plumber.

Had a leak from the kitchen drain pipe that caused leakage on the outside of the house, dripping from the stucco. They arrived to fix it the next day for a reasonable price. They were masked and courteous. I would do recommend them.

My wife and I bought our first home and needed some quick repairs on a bathroom sink to replace some old parts. Called around and got some pretty high quotes then got in touch with Pink Plumbing. They quoted based on the job, not hourly rate and the price was more than fair. They had Lou come out very quickly and he did an awesome job and was extremely professional and friendly. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

I have used Freddy's for years and have always been happy with the level of service and professionalism.  He is an expert at what he does. Communication is great. Price is a good value. I will continue to use and recommend

I had a similar experience as another customer trying to get a NEST installed.  I called precision and explained my situation: I had recently bought a NEST, but my current thermostat is wireless.  So I would need to have a wire run about 4 feet directly above the unit and installed to the unit and the thermostat.  The service agent said that the wire installation would be included in the $60 service fee and installing the NEST would cost $175.  Pricey, but I decided to do it.  They technician showed up as scheduled the next day and I showed him the unit and the thermostat and explained the situation.  I then had to leave for work, but was available by phone.  He called about 15 minuted later and explained that he would need 'a couple of installers' to come and install the wire and that it would cost $625.  I was completely shocked. I was also confused because I thought that service was included in the 'service fee' and thought he was the installer.  There is no way, just absolutely no way that running a wire all of 4 feet should cost $450 and require 2 people to do it.   Clearly I wasn't going to accept a 300% price increase from the already pricey quote I received.  After I told the technician that I wasn't going to pay $625 to have the wire installed he wanted to argue with me about paying a $60 service fee for which he had no basis to collect.  No service was provided.  If he thinks he gets $60 for ringing my doorbell and walking around for 15 minutes then I am changing careers.

I am certain that I adequately explained the situation to the customer service agent and got a quote based on that information.  The technician did not find anything different than what I had described.  So, either the customer service agent doesn't know the business or this was a bait and switch.  Though about 2 stars because he was on time, but decided on one because he was rude on the phone and walked into my house with really, really dirty shoes.

I spoke with Sandra and while she was polite, we didn't get anywhere.  I offered to allow Precision the opportunity to be true to their word and perform the work at the price they quoted and she declined to do so.

Sandra, I made it crystal clear in my initial phone call  that I have a wireless thermostat and that the NEST would need to be wired into the unit and again explained and showed the technician exactly what work had to be done when he arrived. There was no diagnosis needed or performed.
