Best Reverse Osmosis System Installation in Chandler AZ

We had an issue with our toilet so we put in to have a free estimate. Adrian came an hour earlier (in which he called ahead and asked). He fixed the issue and explained in detail what was going on! He also made us feel valued and had great customer service! I recommend this company and specifically this plumber!

I called and spoke to Tom who came out the following day to provide a quote for a water softener and RO. He arrived on time, looked at our space and went through our options. No pressure at all. We got onto their schedule almost immediately to have the water softener installed. Gerardo came out to do the job. He was so quick with the install, mindful of our space, dogs and left the area super tidy. I would totally recommend these guys! You can shop around and save a little money, but in the end you're getting a better product & service with these guys!

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

Replaced my water heater, installed bathroom faucets, replaced my kitchen faucet, installed two toilets and installed a new water softener. When I reached out to Anchor Plumbing for a quote on replacing a couple of angle stops on my kitchen sink, I knew almost immediately that I had found the right company for the job.  Not only was the price Dan quoted me very fair, I was more impressed by the amount of patience he showed in explaining to me what needed to be done, and why.  We setup a time for the service to be performed, and Dan called before he was on his way to let me know he'd be a few minutes early, which was greatly appreciated.  He was courteous, friendly, and did a great job.   He stayed a few minutes after he was done, to ensure there were no issues and that the job was done completely and correctly.  If you have any plumbing needs, do yourself a favor and call Dan at Anchor Plumbing.  You'll be glad you did!

I have no idea if their prices are the best (AKA cheapest) and I don't care. When you find a service provider you can trust, price becomes less relevant. (I think the prices are reasonable, to be fair.)

I just had service from Jason because of a leaky tankless water heater that they installed a few years ago. (He's also the one who replaced the water bib out front when it failed earlier this year.) It was barely out of warranty--of course--but Lawson repaired it for free all the same.

That's why I trust them: they're fair, stand by their work, show up when they say they will, and stick at it until the problem is solved. I've had work take several visits over two days, all with a single charge for the underlying problem. Every plumber I've worked with there has been competent, friendly, and clear.

(In the four years I've owned the house, I've had occasion to use them well over a dozen times on jobs ranging from replacing our entire house's drain system to repairing a fireplace gas leak to a slab leak to installing a tankless water heater to fixing a leak in the front yard to hydrojetting clogs. PRO TIP: get the plumbing video'd when buying an older house from a flipper. PRO TIP #2: don't bother suing a flipper over material lies in the SPDS unless someone got hurt--the lawyer fees can easily dwarf the out-of-pocket expenses for the repairs.)

Awesome customer service, was able to give me an accurate quote after I sent a picture of what I needed done. Came same day and did excellent clean work on changing my ice maker valve. Highly recommended

I do not recommend this company.... they tried to install a new water heater for me for $1700. Then when I had my brother in law speak to the plumber on the phone and explain to price he couldn't even explain how he came up with such an exorbitant price. So I told the gentleman I was going to shop around more and he said well what can you do I told him I had another guy that could do it for $780 and he said he couldn't come close but miraculously he could come down to $1400. I felt like since I was a women alone he was taking advantage of me. I still had to pay him$100 because he came out. Then he didn't even turn the water back on to my house when he left. After about an hour of myself trying to figure out how to turn it back on I messaged him and he did eventually come back and turn it on. This morning I had the other company on a Sunday morning come install a new water heater for $780. Don't get ripped off by this company

As good as it gets! I sent a request asking for help/quote with my garbage disposal via Yelp, and Allegiance was the first plumber to respond within minutes. They immediately sent options for appointments and arrived exactly within the time frame they scheduled. Garrod came out and was able to diagnose and fix my disposal within 5 minutes. As promised, the service call to diagnose the problem was complimentary and I asked how much the charge was for the time he had taken to drive out and actually get it working. He said it was no charge because it was such an easy fix. I'm blown away by his honesty. This is officially my new plumber and I am highly recommending them to friends and family. Look no further.

I have had work done on 2 houses by Lawson family plumbing, multiple jobs at each house. Every time there has been a problem, especially with their dispatch not knowing anything about plumbing and not accurately scheduling or letting me know what would be happening when the technician came. We've had leaks that then the quality control manager had to come out and fix, and had combative technicians (video captured by my Ring camera) when it came to additional costs that I refuted due to the technicians negligence. Today is the day I sever ties. I was told by dispatch that work would be done today we can do that, when in fact a technician came to quote me. I had cleared my schedule and allotted for the cost. The technician, came in, took pictures, and went to his truck for 40 minutes before I received a call from dispatch that the work was getting scheduled for the following day with a technician and a manager. The managers explained on the phone that there is always a quote first and the work done later, but another company came on short notice after I called them, gave me a lower estimate, and warrantees their work for 2 years vs 30 days that Lawson does, and finished in less time than Lawson quoted for more work (angle stop needed replacing, new company saw that need and took care of it).
