Best Reverse Osmosis System Installation in Chandler AZ

Hired to check on what was leaking under my sink. Replaced garbage disposal which was a good price. Removed tankless hot water heater, installed two sink faucets that were already purchased, replaced a broken shut off valve under on of the sinks. Paid over a 1,000. For a few hours of work.

We have been using them for 5 1/2 years. We have a large soft water machine and a reverse osmosis system. They are so professional, honest, on time and reliable. Higi who came to our house for a service call the other day is fabulous. So knowledgeable and has been with company for years. If you have a question or a problem the owner will answer the phone in the middle of the night for an EMERGENCY. A++++ company. My husband is in real estate and always tells his clients about them. Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.

Wonderful, awesome group of people. We had a main water leak and we called Dignity Plumbing. Estavan came over and gave us an estimate. Estevan is a very pleasant, friendly, easy-to-talk-to guy, answered all the questions we had and gave us an affordable estimate compared with other plumbers. The whole crew was very pleasant, very fast, and very efficient. If we could, we would give them 10 stars. The name Dignity says it all.

I have to say that working with Forest at Neighborhood Plumbing was awesome.   Unfortunately we had a pipe break in our house which was a huge nightmare and a mess, but Forest was amazing.   Him and his team was prompt, efficient, professional, organized, polite, thorough, genuine, friendly, I can go on.   He was terrific to work with.   I highly recommend him if you have any plumbing needs.    He was very communicative with me on the entire process and kept my stress level at a minimum which was extremely helpful considering the situation.   He is exactly the type of contractor you want on your job!

We had the main water pipe to our from the meter break in the middle of the night and Lawson was able to get a tech out to in a matter of hours even though they were booked that day. The cost was reasonable and the service was amazing. Great company to work with and I will use them from now on for all of our plumbing needs.

This is our 2nd time to use this company. Employees Wes and Spencer did an amazing job. They fixed our backed up sink and used state of the art technology to diagnose the problem.  They were safe, on time and quick I highly recommend this company and these 2 employees.  The cost was not outrageous and you get excellent quality.

I emailed (via yelp) this morning for a quote on a leak detection, to which they responded in three minutes.  They honored a complimentary inspection, showed up exactly on time, and helped diagnose our problem.   Although we are not moved into our house just yet, we will be calling once we are up and running to have them fix our irrigation system.  This experience from start to finish (so far!) has been exceptional.  Amazing customer service!

As a first time homeowner, my first plumbing problem in my house was scary and stressful. I took to yelp to look for recommendations on which of the many plumbing companies would be most affordable and trustworthy. Lawson Family Plumbing lives up to their 5 star review!

From the first call, the ladies at the front desk put me at ease with their cheerfulness and flexibility with my schedule. I did have to wait a few days for someone to come out but luckily my toilets were still flushing.

Kevin, the technician, ended up coming to my house a total of 3 times. The first time was to unclog my main sewer line. He pulled up a bunch of roots that had infiltrated the line. I was able to use the yelp/Groupon deal which helped ease the cost of that first experience. He let me know he would need to come out again to camera the line to see exactly where the roots causing my problem were and that the main sewer line would ultimately need to be dug up and have a section replaced.

He came a second time to run the camera and found the spot that was causing all my problems. He emailed me a video of what they found. I didn't look at it until the day before he came out a third time but found it was not the video of my pipe.  I mentioned it and he said he'd follow up and have someone send me the correct video. Not a big deal to me, but would like to have it on hand.

At this point, I already felt like I had spent an arm and a leg on the process so far. When he gave me the quote for the final step, which was to dig out the section and replace it, I was in tears. This quote included a discount associated with the previous work from the camera.

I'd much rather spend $1600 on a Hawaiian vacation or literally anything else but the tube that transport poop out of my house...  but it needed to be done. Just to be in the safe side, I asked a few friends familiar with plumbing work if this quote was unreasonable. They both said it was a really good price for the amount of work it would take to access the area. One of them even suggested i ask if they would offer a discount if we dug the area out ourselves. I contacted the company and said they would be willing to offer a discount if we dug the hole ourselves.

It was a TON of work and literally took about 10 hours of intense digging to access the area. Digging out the area ourselves saved us half of the original quote. This was hard, intense labor that would be worth 100% of the hundreds of dollars they were going to charge us had we not been willing or able to do the work ourselves.

I am so grateful to Lawson Family Plumbing for their honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism. They were accommodating with my schedule and budget and completed the job with the highest quality work.  I will be using this company again in the future and will be referring them to friends and family.
