If I could give 10 stars to Hays Plumbing I would! On an early Sunday morning, my water heater had sprung a leak. After calls to 3 other Plumbing Companies that listed 24/7 emergency services & no response, I found Hays Plumbing with high approval ratings listed on my community NextDoor app. On the first call, I was directed to a live person who took down my information & sent a representative out in 40. Chas was the service technician & I couldn't have asked for better service............he was personable, professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain the problem & the solution & future options. A new water heater had to be installed. Although the price was a little more than I expected, I couldn't beat the prompt, excellent customer service. This was the easiest emergency I had ever dealt with on a weekend. THANK YOU Hays Plumbing & Chas Miller!!

I saw a plug for Dignity Plumbing while looking at a review from a different Plumbing company...and I'm glad i did.  We needed a new water heater so i called and spoke to Nichole ( she is very nice and professional) and she had Jeremy ( also nice and professional) come out the following day and he took care of business.  They have a flat rate which includes all hoses and valves and they are cheaper than the companies you see advertising on TV.  We will definitely be using Dignity Plumbing in the future. Highly recommended!

I am so grateful to this company and will be using their services again. Chris came out to the house and was so respectful and kind. My kids were able to finish their nap through all of the work he did.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.

If you've ever found yourself in a tight spot (or with tight filters), look no further than WHAT Plumbing. I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. And after I had wasted enough money on filter wrenches, straps, and other Amazon best sellers, I decided to swallow my pride and bring in the professionals.

Enter the dynamic duo from WHAT Plumbing. They were friendly, professional, and they arrived within an hour of my call.

You know that old saying, It's a two-man job? Well, this was definitely the case. These guys weren't just swift, but they put in some serious elbow grease, spending ample time to carefully crank off our stubborn filters -- with the precision of a surgeon and the strength of the Incredible Hulk. I'll also admit, there was a part of me secretly relieved that it wasn't a total walk in the park for these guys either--affirming that I didn't simply forget to turn off a valve or switch somewhere along the DIY route.

Now, I'll mention cost. In a world where you often pay a premium for urgency, WHAT Plumbing was incredibly fair. Considering the amount of extra effort they had to go through, I'd say more than reasonable.

So, will I be calling them again? Absolutely. For their timeliness, efficiency, and for not making me feel like a moron who can't break loose his own filters -- WHAT Plumbing has earned a customer for life. If you find yourself up against a serious plumbing challenge, do yourself a favor and call these guys before going down the Amazon best sellers list. You won't regret it.

I needed a plumber for my kitchen sink on Thanksgiving morning. I had 20 people coming to the house and the first 2 plumbers I called would not come out. I called Instant Plumbing around 8:15 in the morning and Larry the plumber was at my house before 9:00, and he was done by 9:30. They were very reasonable and  Larry was great. They save the day.

So I'm not really a meat eater much but I decided to make a roast the other day. I took one bite of it and thought it was disgusting and put it down the garbage disposal. That was about four days ago. The garbage disposal broke immediately and of course I did what anybody else would do and got on YouTube to see if I could fix it myself. I did a few of the YouTube fixes all that did was make things worse. Not only was the garbage disposal plugged up... It was leaking from the bottom. I called a local plumber and without even coming out and looking at my problem he told me it would be about 400 bucks to fix. So I went to Plan B got on Amazon and ordered a new disposal and thought I would try their Amazon service too. After the Amazon service rescheduling on me twice I gave up and called another local plumber today. Moon Valley plumbing not only gave me a same-day service but sent out a qualified person who was kind and skilled. So within three or four hours from making the call to Moon Valley plumbing they've already been out here to install the new disposal and fixed everything and cleaned up everything and I'm on my way to cooking some good vegetarian meals after four or five days of not being able to use that side of the sink. Anthony Limon and Moon Valley Plumbing Saved My Sink! Roast$10, New Disposal from the Zon $100, Moon Valley Plumbing $154 and worth every penny. Next time they are my first stop even before YpuTube or Amazon!

American Plumbing was great. They patiently and carefully listened to the problem I described and came out to fix it within the hour. They quickly and efficiently replaced two parts, solving two separate problems at once, and explained what had happened in easily understandable terms. The price was fair, the service was courteous, and I will definitely use their services again!

Had a broken disposal and called around to several places. This place was the only place that was able to come out right away and they charged $75 less than the other places I called to install a new disposal. Would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Daniel with Masterflow plumbing is awesome! I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. Daniel took the time to explain each issue, in terms I could understand, and make sure all of my questions were answered. First time trying this company after having used another plumbing company for years! Happy to have made the switch! Everyone we encountered here was awesome! Alfredo did a great job installing a clean out access point for us and was really communicative throughout the whole process. The supervisor Jarrod was really helpful in explaining everything that needed to be done and why. He also followed up the day after the work had been done to see how it all went. So happy to have found this company on Yelp and would definitely recommend :)

From the time I called gold star mike was very nice on the phone and got out to is within an hour and was able to clear my main sewer line and then put there camera and inspection the sewer line and said I was in good shape. Thanks again for the fast response and awesome service we will definitely be using gold star again when needed

The owner was courteous and responsive from the moment I requested a quote. He set up a time for an estimate that would be convenient for me.  The plumber who came, Tony, was knowledgeable, personable, friendly and on time. Tony  gave us a very affordable estimate and worked quickly to finish the job- unclogging our sink and showing us how to properly clean the dishwasher that had had sitting water in it. This will now be our go-to company!

Such a disappointing experience! The work itself appears fine but everything else, not how I do business.
Facts:
1) Called them in panic due to pipe burst. Google search based, fail.
2) Crew came out, less than professional in appearance and attitude.
3) Their quoting process may as well been done by a 6 year old. They were throwing out numbers like it was going out of style.
4) Only reason we agreed is because we were in a panic mode. My mom was supposed to be released from the hospital the following day and we didn't have time / energy to deal.
My father was upset about the experience and got irritated with the folks who came out. He gave them a check that turned out later, wasn't signed. Over a month later, we received a threatening letter. I called them as soon as the letter arrived, tried explaining the background to the marketing directorwho didn't care about anything beyond getting a check. So regretting not reaching out to a friend for a recommendation v. blindly going to these guys. I'm all about repeat service but never again.

Not pleased with thoroughness of work. I was charged for an unnecessary service on an appliance that will need replacing. What a waste of money! I'll never use these guys again.

My water heater went out around 9 pm. I called Travis &Sons and Matt answered and indicated he could come
the next day which was fine with me. Matt came and gave me a fair price and proceeded to replace the water heater. I could not have been happier with the whole job from start to finish. I will us Matt from now on for all my plumbing needs
