19 year old A/C wasn't blowing cold. Shocking, right? Hays sent a technician out right away who gave us options to repair or replace. We chose replace. Bill came out with estimates and worked with our budget with no high pressure sales techniques. Installation crew was right on time, friendly and professional. QC guy also prompt and professional. Everyone from the office to technicians were wonderful and delivered exactly what they said they would. Honest company and would recommend them to anyone.

The Badger 5 is definitely an upgrade from the WhirlAway (?) that came with our home in 2020.  I had never even heard of a WhirlAway but I have had an Insinkerator installed in my previous home and was happy with my purchase.  Anywho, when the blade broke on the WhirlAway, I immediately contacted our go-to plumber @DignityPlumbing.  Estevan was personable, professional, and well-educated in all things plumbing! I wanted the quieter version however, my husband and I could not justify the price difference for the noise factor.  So, after Estevan educated us on the different models of Evolution and Badger, taking various factors into consideration (HP, warranty, etc.), we decided on the Badger 5.  We have had the Badger for  two months and cook at home on a regular basis.  We are happy with the quality, it is quieter than our previous garbage disposal, and it didn't break the bank.  I registered our purchase via the product warranty card's QR code with ease and happy to know Insinkerator backs their quality products with a warranty to match.  If you're on the fence on which brand to go with, you cannot go wrong with any model of Insinkerator.  I definitely recommend to family and friends.

Found a pool of water this morning (Saturday) from a pin sized hole in my water supply. On the recommendation of a family member, I called Lawson Family Plumbing. Jason was at my door in 2 hours and fixed the problem in an hour. Great service, gave me options and listened to my concerns. I will call them again!

I had a major leak that was difficult to locate the source of. WaterPros got to the bottom of it doing everything they could to remedy the issue. It turned out to be an hvac issue but they took care of all they could to prevent further damage until the specialist for that job could come address the problem with the hvac system. They are honest, hard working, reliable, and I trust their knowledge and expertise. I would definitely recommend their services and will be calling on them again for a water treatment project I have planned.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

Trevor and Dylan are amazing !  They installed our new water heater and softener system.  They also did a bunch of new emergency response plumbing we needed on our old home. They got each phase of the project done fast and clean!  It always helps when you hire owner operators like these guys!

Thanks to a great neighbor, we found William at Instant Plumbing!  William is the service person you always hope you can find - prompt, professional, knowledgeable, reliable!  His prices are fair, his skill is excellent & he leaves a room cleaner than he found it!!

Our water heater decided to burst the same day I was heading out of town. I called Moon Valley Plumbing at 7:00AM, was told they would have a technician to our house between 8:00 to 10:00am. I received a text that our technician was on the way before 8:00am. Our technician Anthony arrived before 8:30am!! Anthony was beyond awesome, he was totally professional, answered all our questions, and the work he did was that of a well seasoned professional. I would not hesitate to recommend MVP, the owner is a wonderful person and his crew is top notch.

Called at 7am because our water heater went out.  Talked to Rich and he gave me a few reasons why but basically asked how old the water heater was and that they now usually only last 6-8 years and that's with doing yearly maintenance which I failed to due. Jake came out around 8am and said Rich was following him with  a new water heater I decided to purchase.  Jake talked to me about what he was going to do and proceeded. Rich and Jake replaced the water heater and was done about 9:30. Rich explained to me about maintenance.  They are very professional but friendly. Easy to communicate with. Couldn't ask for better service and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Left a message for Ron because of a sewer smell in my house and he called me back within a couple hours. He was straight with me about what the problem most likely was, informed me of how I could take care of it myself and told me to call back if I needed help. Incredibly impressed with the honesty. I'll definitely reach out to him again with any plumbing needs.

Daniel with Masterflow plumbing is awesome! I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. Daniel took the time to explain each issue, in terms I could understand, and make sure all of my questions were answered. I had the pleasure of Mike and Brett come to fix a blockage we had in our bathroom today. They were very professional, on time, and honestly did everything they could to resolve the issue. Gold Star Plumbing will forever be my go to for all plumbing needs for my home. They are extremely helpful, priced fair, and quick the get the job done. I spoke with mike the owner when i first called and he was extremely helpful and answered all questions i had. Highly recommend giving Gold Star Plumbing a call you won't be disappointed!

Today was not the first time I've used them, but I'll never use another plumber while living here. They're just the best and I trust them completely.

I called their office because I had a question about a valve under my sink. I talked to a technician and he explained that it wasn't the valve, but a connection problem.  I'm not sure how much they saved me. I was happy that it was simple fix and he took the time to help me. I will definitely call them next time.

I had two major leaks in my house, and used a different company to repair them. The first leak was a reasonable cost to fix. But the second one was outrageous. After this company tried to sell me on repiping my whole house (for a measley $14k) and a new water softener ($4500), I said no way. I was referred to Cure All Plumbing by a family member, so I thought I'd give them a shot.

Ben came out to the house and gave me an estimate to repipe the house and a water softener for about 1/3 of the price as the other company. Immediately I felt ripped off by the other company, but very relieved I found these guys. A few days later, Ben and three other workers repiped my entire house and fixed a couple odds and ends. They finished this in just over one day, which was incredible. Ben was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was a relief knowing you could trust these guys, instead of the slimy salesmanship displayed by some of the shadier companies.

I highly recommend using Cure All, and will refer them to everyone I know. As I told Ben, they now have my household as a permanent customer.
