This company was contracted by my Home Warranty company to repair my AC unit. They were scheduled to arrive 4 days later. On the day they were supposed to arrive, we got a call about 10 minutes from the outside time they were to arrive telling us they were running late - but will still show up. A half hour later, we got a call from our Home Warranty company telling us that Hays told THEM that they can't show up for another 3 days! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The Badger 5 is definitely an upgrade from the WhirlAway (?) that came with our home in 2020.  I had never even heard of a WhirlAway but I have had an Insinkerator installed in my previous home and was happy with my purchase.  Anywho, when the blade broke on the WhirlAway, I immediately contacted our go-to plumber @DignityPlumbing.  Estevan was personable, professional, and well-educated in all things plumbing! I wanted the quieter version however, my husband and I could not justify the price difference for the noise factor.  So, after Estevan educated us on the different models of Evolution and Badger, taking various factors into consideration (HP, warranty, etc.), we decided on the Badger 5.  We have had the Badger for  two months and cook at home on a regular basis.  We are happy with the quality, it is quieter than our previous garbage disposal, and it didn't break the bank.  I registered our purchase via the product warranty card's QR code with ease and happy to know Insinkerator backs their quality products with a warranty to match.  If you're on the fence on which brand to go with, you cannot go wrong with any model of Insinkerator.  I definitely recommend to family and friends.

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.

If you've ever found yourself in a tight spot (or with tight filters), look no further than WHAT Plumbing. I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. These guys weren't just swift, but they put in some serious elbow grease, spending ample time to carefully crank off our stubborn filters -- with the precision of a surgeon and the strength of the Incredible Hulk. I'll also admit, there was a part of me secretly relieved that it wasn't a total walk in the park for these guys either--affirming that I didn't simply forget to turn off a valve or switch somewhere along the DIY route.

Now, I'll mention cost. In a world where you often pay a premium for urgency, WHAT Plumbing was incredibly fair. Considering the amount of extra effort they had to go through, I'd say more than reasonable.

So, will I be calling them again? Absolutely. For their timeliness, efficiency, and for not making me feel like a moron who can't break loose his own filters -- WHAT Plumbing has earned a customer for life. If you find yourself up against a serious plumbing challenge, do yourself a favor and call these guys before going down the Amazon best sellers list. You won't regret it.

Absolutely a honest to goodness plumbing business. I am in real estate and closed on a home last week. The buyers called me this week to report their plumbing backed up and of course they were distraught because they were just quoted $2,500 from another plumber. I sent out two different plumbers and called three more w/ the prognosis from the other plumbers. With the exception of Moon Valley, all the other plumbers quoted $2K to $3K in repair work. Guess what? Moon Valley charged my clients $600 for the work. They had tree root in the pipe causing it to break/collapse. They knew my clients had a budget of $2K and didn't take advantage of them at all. Guess what else? I just sent your name and number out to my entire real estate office. Your honesty will be rewarded! Thank you!

We used American Plumbing and Rooter to replace our back flow prevention valve and some piping that had gotten corroded.  Neighbors had recommended their services. Rich was very responsive and was able to get someone out to fix the issue within 24 hours. The technician fixed the issue quickly and the cost was exactly as it was quoted. Three months after the service, one of the connections sprung a leak and Rich sent someone out the same day to fix and covered the cost. We are extremely happy with the work and would definitely call Rich for any of our future plumbing needs. Thanks American Plumbing and Rooter!

Had a clogged drain so I went on yelp to find someone fast.

Called Ron's company and left a voicemail. He returned my call in within 3 min.

He arrived at my house 1 hour later and fixed the clogged and charge me exactly what he quoted me over the phone.

I highly recommend Ron's services....Very professional and competent!

After a mysterious recent leak in our guest bathroom, we had Gold Star Plumbing come out to try to find the source of the water leaking out underneath the wall and into the hallway. While they could have charged us a lot of money to tear up the whole bathroom, they took a conservative approach and had two other companies come and seek out where the leak was coming from. Our insurance company was quite happy about that. It turned out the leak was very odd and easily fixed for less than $400. Their workmanship and follow up was meticulous. We couldn't be more pleased. We will certainly be having them back for any future plumbing problems.

Wonderful, awesome group of people. We had a main water leak and we called Dignity Plumbing. Estavan came over and gave us an estimate. Estevan is a very pleasant, friendly, easy-to-talk-to guy, answered all the questions we had and gave us an affordable estimate compared with other plumbers. The whole crew was very pleasant, very fast, and very efficient. If we could, we would give them 10 stars. The name Dignity says it all.

These guys really are the best of the best. From the owner all the way down. Work is top notch and reasonable for sure. The guys are all knowledgeable and friendly. Work is done in a timely manner and without hassles. Competent for sure. I won't go anywhere else. The owner is one of the best people around and will come out to make sure all is well.

I do not recommend this company.... they tried to install a new water heater for me for $1700. Then when I had my brother in law speak to the plumber on the phone and explain to price he couldn't even explain how he came up with such an exorbitant price. So I told the gentleman I was going to shop around more and he said well what can you do I told him I had another guy that could do it for $780 and he said he couldn't come close but miraculously he could come down to $1400. I felt like since I was a women alone he was taking advantage of me. I still had to pay him$100 because he came out. Then he didn't even turn the water back on to my house when he left. After about an hour of myself trying to figure out how to turn it back on I messaged him and he did eventually come back and turn it on. This morning I had the other company on a Sunday morning come install a new water heater for $780. Don't get ripped off by this company

My water heater went out around 9 pm. I called Travis &Sons and Matt answered and indicated he could come
the next day which was fine with me. Matt came and gave me a fair price and proceeded to replace the water heater. I could not have been happier with the whole job from start to finish. I will us Matt from now on for all my plumbing needs
