Wonderful company to work with, courteous, on time, helpful, not pushy.
We met with sales person Jeff to discuss replacing our 25 year old Trane AC and were presented with best two options to meet our needs. We had Justin service our unit and he was fabulous. not only did he service our equipment he notified us of spiders in our crawl space. Kudos for bravery as well as service. We will purchase in the Fall, wouldn't do business with anyone else.

I saw a plug for Dignity Plumbing while looking at a review from a different Plumbing company...and I'm glad i did.  We needed a new water heater so i called and spoke to Nichole ( she is very nice and professional) and she had Jeremy ( also nice and professional) come out the following day and he took care of business.  They have a flat rate which includes all hoses and valves and they are cheaper than the companies you see advertising on TV.  We will definitely be using Dignity Plumbing in the future. Highly recommended!

Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

Trevor was awesome. He installed a water softener and RO system at our new home build. Prior to our appointment, Trevor was communicative via text and answered all our questions. During the appointment, he was on time, reliable, and did not rush through the install. He needed additional parts and took it upon himself to make the trip to the nearest Home Depot and did not charge us additional for the extra parts. He cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess.

I would definitely recommend WH&T and especially 5 star service from Trevor!

I called on Instant Plumbing and Rooter to do some work for me, and I wasn't disappointed.  This family-run business treats their customers like family.  They are PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, and did a great job for me.  The price was great, too.  They fixed our water softener system and did the plumbing for the new walk-in shower.  It looks great and works well.  They did excellent work and I would definitely recommend them to other people.

I learned about Moon Valley Plumbing just yesterday, when I called to file a claim about a broken water line into my house. Things went so smoothly with the warranty company and your fine plumbing company that I wondered if it wasn't all too good to be true. It was not. Alex was here right on time (a little early...he got to my house before I got back) and he got right to work. Within just a few short hours he had my water line repaired and he was off to make another Moon Valley Plumbing customer happy.

Rich at American Plumbing really saved us! Hot water heater went out and he made sure we had the part to fix it as soon as possible. I found this Plumbing Service on Yelp. I never use plumber's unless they have Registrar of contractors licenses. I called before 8 a.m. and they were here within a half hour. I had a slow draining toilet. He attempted to fix it for a minimum charge but was unsuccessful. The fix involved a more comprehensive solution. I paid more than the minimum but it still was reasonable for the amount of work done. This guy really knows what he's doing and he is fast. I highly recommend the service.

Daniel with Masterflow plumbing is awesome! I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. Daniel took the time to explain each issue, in terms I could understand, and make sure all of my questions were answered. We waited for nearly a month to write this review because Isaac was so darn NICE and seemed to want to help us and we wanted to give the main office time to contact us but they never did, even after repeated calls. My daughter's toilet in the master bedroom that she rents out in her older, small home on Mulberry Drive in SW Phoenix got plugged up on Dec. 18, 2021. Isaac came out and tried to clear it, couldn't do it, then said we needed to use water to blast it out. He went up on the roof because the older home does not have access points and was able to clear it.  Charged us $1189 for clearing the pipe and running a camera down to see if they could find the problem, which they did the next day. We paid for it and Isaac assured us that the amount could be put toward any more expensive repairs that needed to be made.

Apparently the camera showed a problem out near the road. Repairs would cost in excess of $5000 - 6000. My daughter has two toilets, and only one of them was backing up repeatedly. The renter was not putting anything she shouldn't down the drain. I asked Isaac, If the problem is at the road, why aren't BOTH toilets backing up? He said that maybe it was closer to the outlet near the road, which did not make sense to me.

My issue is two-fold:   1) My daughter has repeatedly asked for a detailed receipt showing what the $1189 included and has been assured each time that she would be sent one. None has arrived as of almost a month after the service. I tried calling and no one who has any authority is ever in the office.
2)  This amount seems exceptionally high for the work performed. Am I wrong? Do you have some sort of a price chart we could see?

My husband and a plumber friend who used to work many years for a rooter company came over a few days later, removed the toilet, and ran hot water for 10 minutes down the tub and toilet pipes with no blockage.

We would like to see the video of the problem with the pipes to confirm that an actual problem exists. If the pipe issues near the road are not actually what caused the blockages, we would like some of our money returned and an explanation of what they did and a receipt showing the work done. No complaints about Isaac, as he was trying to be helpful and just did what his boss told him to do.

Please contact us or my daughter to resolve this issue. I have called the office several times to try to talk to someone in charge with absolutely no luck.

UPDATE:  The delightful Albert from HR returned my call on Jan. 14, 2022, and we tried to figure out why my daughter did not get the invoice that she had requested several times. Turned out that someone had written her email address down wrong and within a few minutes, she received the receipt. Rooter Ranger also agreed to a partial refund for the work done because we had so much trouble getting this resolved and explained to us. My daughter is still waiting for a final phone call explaining what she will need to do in the future based on the results from the camera. Daughter swore she spelled out her email several times, but..... oh, well.

I sometimes think these reviews are faked or paid for, but I swear I'm legit and here to praise the honesty of these guys. I had another plumbing company come out to scope my sewers, and they told me I had roots everywhere and needed $6,000 worth of work. I wanted a second opinion, so a few months later Chris from Gold Star scoped it and showed the other guys were trying to con me. The pipes were fine, none of the root incursion the other company alleged. Saved me a ton of money and headache.

I had Dignity out to replace a leaking Hose Bib in front of the house. I contacted Jeremy through their website and he responded within an hour.  I explained what was going on and he said he can have a Tech out tomorrow, only I wouldn't be there.  So we scheduled for Friday at 4.
At 8am the Tech Pete called said he can make it out earlier due to a
Cancellation. We then agreed to meet at 12 noon. I was runnng late and called Pete to tell him I would be there at 1215, he gave me the Quote of 120$ over the phone,  I said go ahead and I'd pay him when I got there. 15 min later I pulled up. The new Hose bib was complete and installed.
Pete showed me what could be an issue later, gave me quotes to replace, but also recommended that if it's not leaking or causing issue, the I could wait without causing any damage. To which I opted for that. Christmas was 2 weeks ago and funds are low. Lol.  When time comes I'll. Have Dignity Plumbing out to sue the replacement.

I called ABC to take a look at a clogged garbage disposal. They were courteous on the phone and quick to schedule an appointment. The service men were kind and quickly cleared my disposal in under ten minutes. However they charged me $234. I could go buy a new high end garbage disposal for $175. They quoted me over $500 to put in a new one.
Ridiculous! I felt as though because I was a women they could just tell me any price and I would pay for it. Really disappointed by this kind of business model.

I called and talked with Carol who was amazing!  Got scheduled very quickly to fix a shower attachment that was leaking. Luis arrived and fixed it quickly after first explaining what he was going to do and the cost. Let me say, this guy went above and beyond!  After he fixed my shower, he proceeded to carry in all my Amazon packages which included a huge rug. Loved that!!!

Bob and his crew are great!  I have used them for years, always reliable, quick to respond and honest.
