Best Pipe Installation in Albuquerque NM
Prompt response to Request for Estimate, scheduled for a Mon a.m. repair, even though it was a holiday (Memorial Day), completed repair in less than 2hrs, and stuck to the estimate that had been provided. Was advised by Tech that I would be notified via email with invoice; received email same day advising that IF I didn't pay by end of day, there'd be penalty charge -- would have been nice to have understood that up front ... but, all in all, will use again in the future.

Ten days since they were supposed to come, my heater is still not fixed. To make matters much worse, I can never get a straight answer about what is going on or when they are going to come back. They have stood me up five times. What a nightmare.

This company gave a completely bogus opinion about our older home in Santa Fe, saying it needed $10,000 in plumbing repairs due to failing connections to the sewer line. After getting another professional opinion(s), their claims turned out to be unwarranted, misleading, and unscrupulous. Shame on this company.

I am currently living out of state and I had a leak in our rental and Donner Plumbing came out within a day to fix the leak. I was very pleased with the customer service and the speed of which the job was completed. The price was great as well. I will always use Donner Plumbing!!

We needed a water heater installed and we were able to get same day service for half the price of other companies. They were on time and courteous. We did provide the water heater which was ok with them. Some other companies won't let you. It was installed quickly and is working.

This company has been out to my house three or four times in the last two months to try to fix my evaporative cooler. They replaced my flex hose with copper for the line going into the cooler because the technician claimed they didn't have 3/8 inch flex but he just wanted to charge me for the copper because of course they have 3/8 inch flex hose. He replaced the drain valve and that copper line and the solenoid and it fixed nothing. I can't call them again because they didn't fix it. And the first time I met the one plumber from this outfit he told me that abortion and vaccines were a plot to kill the rest of us off so the elites would have enough resources on the planet. OK so that's a crazy person.

Cory did a great job. He correctly diagnosed the problem and now my mini split units are whisper quiet. He is polite and professional.

Guy & son showed up on time, did what they said they would do quickly and very reasonably. Another outfit was here a week before and pronounced that they could not clear my drain and needed to break into the wall and replace alot of pipes at a larger quote. They will get their own review here on yelp. Highly recommended!

As a general contractor I have dealt with many subcontractors over the years. As the saying goes, It takes all kinds. One that I have stayed with since 2004 is Kyde Crawford, of Redline Mechanical. Kyde and his crews have plumbed eight custom homes for me. The quality of
their work has been consistent and outstanding. This company stands behind its work. In
2015 Redline plumbed a 5 bedroom custom home for me. Due to a manufacturing flaw, all
the hot and cold water cut-off valves had to be replaced. The matter was in litigation with no resolution imminent. Nonetheless, Kyde came out and replaced every one of my valves at no charge and with an excellent attitude.
If you are looking for an experienced plumbing contractor who will not short-cut quality and
who will stand behind his work, you owe it to yourself to consider Redline mechanical.

Marcos did a service to my kitchen sink- super nice guy. Will use again for future plumbing issues. Thanks!

They were repeatedly HOSTILE AND THREATENING over misunderstandings. They forgot to turn our gas back on before leaving. (Which was why nothing was lighting, which they were aware of.)
Stay far away.
Stay far away.

I called my home warranty company HWA to report that my evaporative cooler wasn't working and they assigned me to Ashcraft Mechanical. After performing a quick Google search for the company and saw the sole review they had, which was on Yelp with 1 star. To say the least I wasn't too enthusiastic about using them and decided to call the home warranty company to have another company assigned to assist us.
After 4 days of waiting for HWA to find another company we decided to use Ashcraft despite the review. During their first visit to evaluate the problem, the techs were on time, polite and very efficient. They told us the problem with the cooler and the it would require replacement as it wasn't worth it to fix. By this time we had been dealing with the high heat outside and it was even hotter in our house. The tech managed to do what I couldn't do, get the cooler to limp along and provide some cooling while they did the quote and submitted it to HWA. HWA sat on the quote for a few days and after repeated calls the quote was approved and we called Ashcraft late Thursday to let them know as they had been calling HWA also. Their office staff was incredibly polite and said they needed to confirm and would call us back. In less than 5 minutes they called us back and asked if we would be home the next day, which was a Friday. The techs showed up around noon and in less than an hour and a half they removed the old cooler and installed the new one and had it up and running.
I know the other review used HWA also, and felt that Ashcraft was the cause of the issues they experienced. But in my family's experience, it was HWA that caused the delays and issues not Ashcraft Mechanical. I would highly recommend Ashcraft to anyone, while advising those same people to stay away from HWA.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLUMBING COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH.
DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE THEY DID TO ME.
The plumbers they sent were completely clueless.
The lead plumber, upon arrival asked DO YOU HAVE A PRV? I informed him that I do not know what that is (I am not a plumber). His response was THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE.
I called them to install a water flow unit in my toilet tank.
Once installed I was informed that now the water line to the toilet tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. The plumber told me to shut off the main water line for the whole house, which I did. With the new water line to the toilet tank installed the plumber told me to reopen the main water line for the whole house. Once reopened
now we have: NO WATER FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE!!
Additional plumbers showed up at the house to assess the problem. The lead plumber (WHO IS CARRYING A GUN UNDER HIS SHIRT) said that the VALVE for the main water line for the whole house was bad and needed to be replaced. They replaced the VALVE and still: NO WATER FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE!!!
The lead plumber stated that their must be ice stuck in the water line from the water meter to the house. I told him that can't be because I had water in the house at 11am this morning PLUS, it's 56 degrees out and was 38 degrees last night. The lead plumber used an air compressor to blow out the line. When that didn't work the lead plumber provided water and asked that I boil it on the stove with me telling him again that it can not be ice in the line. After pouring hot water down the line still: NO WATER FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE.
After this FIASCO the owner of the company came to my house and advised me that I WILL HAVE MY DIGGERS HERE IN THE MORNING AND I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU FOR THAT.
With that the plumbers left and NO WATER FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE overnight.
The next day the diggers arrived and found the problem...
the PRV (remember that question) valve failed and they removed it an now I have water to the house thanks to the diggers.
It should be noted that the lead plumber had a GUN UNDER HIS SHIRT which I saw numerous times while he was working.
I have a license to carry a gun. That said: I have rules I put in effect for myself. I never go into anyone's home or get into anyone's car without them knowing that I am carrying. They have the right to know who has what in their personal space. I find it totally disrespectful to not give them that information. What if there are kids in the house???
I knew I was being over charged on the bill. When I told the owner that fact, he immediately dropped the bill by hundreds of dollars! That's the oldest trick in the book that many used car salespeople use.
I told the owner that I agreed to a bill for a certain dollar amount via the phone. However, your written bill shows my quoted dollar amount PLUS TAX but a Tax dollar amount is not displayed on the handwritten bill.
The owner said: NO TAX!
I advised the owner via a text message: Starting July 1, 2019 both in-state and out-of-state companies doing business in New Mexico became subject to a new State Tax law initiated by House Bill 6, signed into law on April 4th.
THE NEW LAW REQUIRES TAX TO BE DISCLOSED ON NEW MEXICO SALES RECEIPT.
I never heard from the owner again.
It should be noted that one of their phone numbers listed on their company letterhead is a NOT IN SERVICE phone number and the other listed phone number has a full mail box each time I called.
OVERALL, THEIR COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM WAS AN EXTREME LETDOWN.
