The owner Mike is rude and very unprofessional. When I asked if he could make a appointment other than 8:30 am, he was extremely nasty and actually attacked me personally! WOW! Be careful not to rub this owner the wrong way...he just might unleash the real side of his fake niceness! Show his true ugly self ... And then turn around blame you!

Water heater started leaking.  Called them to come out and they put in new one same day.

Mike has good communication, is very personable and easy to work with.  He came out of his way on a Sunday to inspect the necessary work and gave me a free estimate and very reasonable quote.  He returned to do work as promised  and repaired a fitting between my downspout and bubbler. I am pleased with his work and the whole transaction.

I had Nick install a new gas line for stove and water line for a fridge as well as put in a range hood and dishwasher.   He was fast, professional, and I could tell he took pride in his work.   I was impressed and would definately use him again.

Great, fast, and honest service.  A down to earth group of guys that really pay attention to the details.  They were right on time and pretty reasonably in their pricing.

Arrived home to find my lawn rolled over with heavy equipment and completely trashed and dug out, with nobody there to claim responsibility. Thankfully a neighbor that was also effected was able to let me know PCD Plumbing was responsible. Upon contacting, a random guy called back and played dumb, stating the guy that would know is on vacation. A later call revealed that these clowns dug up my property trying to find the main associated with a neighbors property across the street. No knock on the door, no request for permission to dig, no explanation or courtesy whatsoever. Upon further pressing for information, the guy capped an attitude and said well technically you don't own the sewer main. SO you can just destroy my property that I just had landscaped a few years ago and have no recourse? I think not. Lawsuit pending. Don't go anywhere near these clowns.

I was in a real jam with frozen pipes at my old house that I rent out.  I spoke with Gino Zirpoli on Saturday and he was at the house the next day ( a Sunday night).  He was responsive and showed up on time.

He knew exactly what to do to solve the situation, as well as ideas to permanently solve the problem (including inexpensive fixes that he would not benefit from).  

Gino seems very trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.  He was fair and reasonably priced.  It's hard to find a good, reliable contractor, so was relieved to work with Gino.

We own a rental property in downtown Niagara Falls. After reaching out to approximately 5 plumbers I received 3 no call backs, 1 refusal to come to NF, and 1 plumber made us an appointment but pulled a no call/no show. I then called Quality at the suggestion of a friend. It was after 7pm so I had to leave a message.
The next morning I received a call back from a very polite young lady who took my information & set up a Saturday morning appointment. As I live a bit away I asked her to please call me before their staff was leaving so I could meet them there without having to wait. They did just that.
I met with Russ, the owner, at exactly when he said he'd be there. Russ was polite, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable. He performed the repair & charged me a very fair price of under $70. I am so impressed that I've asked for & received another appointment to have them make repairs at our new home. If you're looking for a no nonsense plumber who'll show up, do quality work, and clean out your pipes but not your wallet, this is your guy.

This Company did absolutely outstanding work at a moderately reasonable to average price. Out of seven places that gave quotes, they were the lowest in cost by far. Service was fast, friendly, courteous, and superb without a doubt!  We had a water heater expansion tank replaced, a complete under kitchen sink pipeline replacement, and water lines replaced in the bathroom. All jobs were completed in about 6 hours and completed skillfully without any problems. Thank you very much for a great  job!  Extremely well done and professional !!!!!  I would highly recommend them for anyone needing quick efficient professional service.

We needed our bathtub drain replaced as the corroded drain pipe began to leak down into the basement.  I gave Cellino Plumbing a try as I go by their place all the time.  They sent a plumber the next morning and he was fast and professional.  The job was done very well, very quickly.  He replaced the tub drain, two short sections of drain pipe to the tub, the elbow, and the fittings needed to connect it all to the main drain.  All in all it's about three feet of two-inch copper drain pipe and a plastic elbow we're talking about.  He arrived at 9 and was gone by 11.  The bill came to $768, about twice what I expected.  That works out to about $300/hour plus materials.  No wonder they only charge $30 for a house call.  They do it by the book but that book sure is expensive!

they really suck all around, worst experience ever. They're electrical crew was a joke, guy's are on crack or something. The owner is a f**king idiot, hope they loose their asses.

I don't appreciate the way you used pics of my home without asking and then attached my wife's name. But you can clearly see (in pictures you posted without permission) where you left the tub uncovered (although you claimed you had it covered the whole time). If anyone is interested in seeing my pictures of his mess, I will be happy to share.
