Fantastic service and customer service ! Honest , dependable , friendly and professional are all words I would use to describe the owner and this company. They have the old school values and customer service that is lacking in so many businesses today. Very refreshing and would highly recommend them !

Gerry McNamara at Aardvark has done electrical and plumbing work at my house on 4 different occasions and everytime is fair and honest.  I call Gerry anytime I have an issue.  Prices are in line with the market and he is very trust worthy!

Great, fast, and honest service.  A down to earth group of guys that really pay attention to the details.  They were right on time and pretty reasonably in their pricing.

I was contacted immediately, and given an estimate for the cat enclosure I had been trying to get built for two months.
The price quoted was extremely fair and much thought was put into the execution of the project. The job was completed two days later, and it turned out perfectly. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly, and plan to hire them again.

Just had a new hot water heater installed and a clog cleared. Not very happy with the service. The short version is that I felt kind of railroaded and possibly taken advantage of. The long version to follow:

I had a leaky hot water tank and this company came recommended. When the guy showed up I took him to it and left him to do his work. When I next looked in, I see him already carrying a new hot water tank in to install. No consultation. No Yeah, it's beyond repair, it has to be replaced. No discussion of brand, size, performance, etc. They installed an AO Smith--I have no idea how this brand compares but I'd read a lot of complaints about them on another site so I'm a little dubious. But what if I wanted to take the opportunity to invest and upgrade to tankless or something? What if I had stronger opinions about what brand should be installed? Some discussion would have been nice before I'm handed the $950 bill for the heater and installation (plus more for the clog situation). It seems that other brands with comparable specs go for $400 to $500 uninstalled, so I feel like I could have saved money (and maybe gotten a better product if the negative reviews about AO Smith are correct) if I had gone somewhere else. At least I might have felt more consulted and less taken advantage of. I'm extremely non-confrontational, so some of this may be my fault--I should have called a halt to things when I saw the new hot water heater coming in.

Oh, and he left it pretty filthy down there. Lots of dirty water on the floor all around the new install that I had to clean up.

Aslan replaced a kitchen sink & shut off valves. We bought the sink & faucet set and they did the installation.
Dan was very neat and did a fine job. Got here a bit late and probably should have called but the job was completed within 11/2 hours.

Our system got backed up where feces and toilet paper started coming up through our bath tube drain and basement sink. Morgan(tech #673) came out with in a hour of calling them. He identified and solved the problem in about a hour. He double checked everything and unclogged everything for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable with answering any questions. Thank you Roto-Rooter.

Had a plumbing emergency, gave these guys a call and within a few hours I was back up and running.  I will use this company again in the future

We used Grand Jude a few months back for water in the basement when no other plumber would even answer our calls or told us it would be 48+ hours. I called them late at night after the scheduled company called at 10pm to tell us they weren't coming as promised and that it would be at least 5pm the next day until they could reschedule us. Grand Jude came the next morning by 8am, did the job, and the price was very reasonable. I called them today due to flooding in the basement. It took them two hours to get here because of flooded roads, however, once here they explained how the issue wasn't with our line. Even though there wasn't anything they could do and they weren't charging me, they took the time to tell me who to call and took me outside to show/explain the issue. I truly appreciate the time they took...they are our only plumber from now on.

The absolute worst. Took 5 visits to try and fix a shower handle. After 5 visits I fired him and hired a competent contractor to fix his mistakes. He says he's going to be there and then no show, or call (twice). Brought his 7 year old son to the job for my wife to babysit while he worked. Black grime all over my drywall and shower enclosure. Solder drippings all over the carpet in the closet. He borrowed my flashlight and broke my drill bits and never replaced them.  I wouldn't even hire this guy to change the washer on my garden hose. Proceed very cautiously with this company and hire at your own risk. No professionalism at all.

We appreciate everyone's opinion but will always stand behind our pricing. We explain exactly what you can expect during your initial phone call to our office, which all incoming calls are recorded. The technician provides a quote in writing prior to starting any work, if you did not agree with the quoted pricing you were not obligated to have the work performed, and would have just been required to pay the $89 charge for our technician to come out to your home, which we inform you of prior to our arrival.

AND HERE IS MY EXPERIANCE YESTERDAY! RUN, DONT WALK TO  ANOTHER REPUTABLE PLUMBING SERVICE!!!!
Well this response from a business manager at AP Plumbing pretty much sums it up! I paid $89 for some rude, incompetent tech to come and quote me $750 (parts only) to replace a faulty kitchen faucet. Same faucet at Home Depot is $59, plus installation, Ive used AP several times in the past and always felt secure in their pricing and knowledge. Time to move on!
