Best Plumbing Inspection in Buffalo NY

Gerry McNamara at Aardvark has done electrical and plumbing work at my house on 4 different occasions and everytime is fair and honest.  I call Gerry anytime I have an issue.  Prices are in line with the market and he is very trust worthy!

Mike has good communication, is very personable and easy to work with.  He came out of his way on a Sunday to inspect the necessary work and gave me a free estimate and very reasonable quote.  He returned to do work as promised  and repaired a fitting between my downspout and bubbler. I am pleased with his work and the whole transaction.

I was really happy with overall service. The installer was very polite and professional. They installed new lines for my gas range and barbecue and while on site also cleaned and repaired my gas fireplace. We moved into a new house which had faulty plumbing. The technician quickly noticed the problem and repaired it properly to code. I highly recommend them and they will be returning in the summer to install our new gas pool heater. Great Job Metro West. Our Hot Water Tank started leaking from the bottom and I just did a search for replacement in my area and found Longs Plumbing.  I send a message, received a response immediately with a quote and Ali was able to install a new Tank the same day.  He brought everything he needed to get the job done. My only issue was only payment accepted is cash or check.  Ali is a wonderful young man, we will definitely contact him again.

VERY disappointed with Aslan. My elderly mother has called multiple times for service and has been either ignored or put off.  The tech actually told her that he's not very good at returning calls.  How do you stay in business with such awful customer service?!

Absolutely terrible, untrustworthy company.  The fact that they use two different business names should be a cue that maybe they are hiding the negativity that surrounds their business.

I was set up with them through my warranty company.  They canceled my first appointment 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive (I had taken off work) claiming a plumbing emergency.  Rather than reschedule asap due to the inconvenience they caused, they scheduled me out another couple weeks.

Yet again, morning of the appointment (took off work again!) they called claiming a death in the family and canceled.  Without further regard to my inconvenience, they scheduled another couple weeks out.

SHOCKINGLY, three days before the appointment they canceled claiming they were ending their relationship with the warranty company.  I called the warranty company, they denied this.

Needless to say, this is not a company that conducts itself with any sense of professionalism.  I'm glad they did not end up doing any work in my house; clearly they cannot be trusted.

Very professional. Gave me the price to install a hot water heater up front. Even though there were some surprises in getting the old and new one out, and connecting left vs. right, it cost no more than quoted. The surprises were related to our house. Also completely cleaned up and answered all our questions. Would recommend them.

During the storm we just had my utility tub in my basement started backing up with sewage.  They were the first people I called. As soon as they were able to get here after streets were plowed they showed up and took care of my plugged up pipe for a very reasonable price. They have done a few jobs at my house and I've been happy with service and price every time. A plus rating.

I  am very pleased with the service I received.  The plumber who came to my home, Jeff was extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly.  His workmanship was superb.  He fixed the immediate concern and made some great recommdations to prevent trouble in the future.  I will definitely use them again.

My water heater began leaking Monday night. I contacted Jim at 730 am on Tuesday. Jim said he would stop by to give me an estimate after he got back from Angola. I expected to see him within a few hours. Jim never showed up or contacted me.  Neither of us can walk due to medical reasons and we really counted on Jim. If Jim can't do what he said he would do, he should have the decency to treat people right.
