great work, bought a new house that needed a lot of work.  he did a great job replacing electrical panel and did vanities in the bathrooms.  excellent work, worked at night to work around my schedule

Jim replaced our basement lights and ceiling tiles.  He works well and quickly and pays attention to details.  I would not hesitate to hire him again.

He never showed up. He stood me up twice. Did not appreciate that considering I had to miss work to wait for him to show up.  No communication to let me know if he was coming or not. I had to message him to follow up.  Bad way of doing business. Bad communication normally leads to bad work. I did not get a good impression at all. I would recommend finding someone else.

My water heater began leaking Monday night. I contacted Jim at 730 am on Tuesday. Jim said he would stop by to give me an estimate after he got back from Angola. I expected to see him within a few hours. Jim never showed up or contacted me.  Neither of us can walk due to medical reasons and we really counted on Jim. If Jim can't do what he said he would do, he should have the decency to treat people right.
