SCAMMERS!
A couple years ago, we had them over to take a look at a leak in our bathroom going to the basement, and right away, the guy says, hi! I notice you have toilet paper on your lawn, there's something wrong with your sewer line!! Which there was, we just didn't see it right away- so we said, well let's take a look at the bathroom.. He didn't try to solve the problem, more just said, the basement floor isn't level, so someday u need to gut and renovate someday.. Anyways, then we headed outside to the pipe coming up on our lawn with some toilet paper next to it- he sent a camera down and showed me all these tree roots! So he charged me to grind and get it running smoothly.. Then he told me that the tree roots will be back, and I need a new sewer line- 4,000 bucks, OR 8,000 if they can't get to the line in the street, and we won't know until we get to digging what it will cost- I was so devastated!! I even expressed how it's one thing after another- we were new homeowners, and you know how that goes- we were up to our ears in credit card debt and loans for things going wrong, that I knew we probably couldn't get a loan for this new 8,000 dollar sewer line, he said its a 50/50 chance they could get it through.. Luckily, my brain started working- I'll call other plumbers and see what they will charge- I called 3, YES 3, guess what they ALL SAID??? - mr plumber is scamming you, lots of people have tree roots, and they all took cameras down there, and one place even got a wider grinder down there and said that mr plumber didn't even do a good enough job- that since our pipe was in good shape there's no reason to dig up, just maintenance- so for the past 2+ years, we get it cleaned out, and dump some kind of material down it to inhibit the root growth somewhat- and guess what? My cousin had mr plumber put in a new sewer line for other needed reasons, and her basement JUST flooded... The cause? TREE ROOTS! So why would I get a new sewer line unless they're going to kill and cut down all the trees in our neighborhood? I was ready to beg family for money since we couldn't afford another loan, when this whole time, we pay a great company $150 a year to come out and clean it out. Thanks mr plumber, didn't even bat an eyelash trying to make a buck off of me! Nice try! Glad I called around, always always get other quotes!
Another note- one of the other companies said- if you had needed to get your sewer line dug up, it would have been $3700, period! They said if they aren't skilled enough to slip on a new sewer line onto the part in the street- RUN FROM THEM! They expressed that they're not skilled in the sewer line department

I requested an estimate to demolish our old garage and build a new one. Hub came to our house and did a thorough evaluation. He even came back (the next day) with his concrete guy to look at the existing and crumbling concrete floor. Finally, he provided an written estimate for the total project cost. We haven't decided yet to do this project but I was impressed with Hub Chan. Professional and responsive.

Mike has good communication, is very personable and easy to work with. He came out of his way on a Sunday to inspect the necessary work and gave me a free estimate and very reasonable quote. He returned to do work as promised and repaired a fitting between my downspout and bubbler. I am pleased with his work and the whole transaction.

I reached out to Metro West Gas over Yelp. They have been very responsive and they were able to send someone to my mom's place to give an accurate quote for the work required to replace a very old fireplace. Fortunately, they were also able to locate a new unit that can fit the small-ish space and they came to perform the installation perfectly. Could not be happier with the whole process!

Great, fast, and honest service. A down to earth group of guys that really pay attention to the details. They were right on time and pretty reasonably in their pricing.

I was contacted immediately, and given an estimate for the cat enclosure I had been trying to get built for two months.
The price quoted was extremely fair and much thought was put into the execution of the project. The job was completed two days later, and it turned out perfectly. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly, and plan to hire them again.

I was in a real jam with frozen pipes at my old house that I rent out. I spoke with Gino Zirpoli on Saturday and he was at the house the next day ( a Sunday night). He was responsive and showed up on time.
He knew exactly what to do to solve the situation, as well as ideas to permanently solve the problem (including inexpensive fixes that he would not benefit from).
Gino seems very trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends. He was fair and reasonably priced. It's hard to find a good, reliable contractor, so was relieved to work with Gino.

Quality plumbing always exceeds our expectations whenever we need to call on them. Be it an emergency or planned work, they are always courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and leave things clean and complete, and their prices are always more than fair. they are our go to plumbers and we highly recommend them.

What a ripoff . $900 to install a Kitchen and bathroom faucet and we had the faucets. Should be ashamed to take advantage of elderly people.

Scott came and gave a free water test.He was polite professional and courteous. He really has a passion for what he does.He and Chris came and installed a water softener system and though pricewise was a little on the high side I was confident in the expertise experiance and quality of the system installed and Cellino water in doing the work.Had an issue with water pressure in cold water after the install and they were helpful and attentive to helping to solve the issue.Scott did not hesitate to come look at it after the problem hadnt cleared up and within a half hour it was fixed.Overall great job and highly recommend these guys.

I have been a loyal Reliance customer for several years.
When I needed your service's the most was on Sunday March 22 2020, at 1853 (6:53PM) when my water heater broke and started spewing hot water into my basement, building up to 2 inches in depth and damaging many items.
I called the Reliance 24/7/365 Emergency service number and was engaged with a very belittling female customer service person! As I was panicking and begging for help, this person kept saying things like: Michelle like I told you... Michelle there is nothing I can do to help... Michelle our system is down... Michelle you have to wait until tomorrow morning... Do you want me to schedule you in?... Michelle I can't do anything else to help you... Michelle you must know what is happening in the world, there is nothing I can do.
As you can imagine, this is very frustrating behavior. I am begging for help. I have a broken rental water heater, and the leak is not stopping. My basement is filling with water and I recalled the Reliance ads keep stating: Call on Reliance, we are here to help, 24/7, for you, for your peace of mind... -- well that is not true! --
I am very aggravated, and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, with how this was handled! An emergency call is put off.
I work in Emergency Response, and I tell you, If I were to not show up, I will lose my customer! And have my reputation destroyed!
What are you going to do about this?
AND this is what they had to say:

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your email and feedback. We appreciate this information and apologize for any difficulty you have had.
We will be reviewing your account and concerns below. Coaching and enhancement will be provided to those involved to ensure this is not happening in the future.
To provide some insight, our systems have been down. All service agents have been manually booking service orders to the earliest availability. No heat, no hot water and leaking units are priority calls. Unfortunately, we are not always able to guarantee same day availability. We strive to provide service as quickly as possible and our call centers are open everyday including weekends and holidays to ensure customers are booked to the earliest time frames.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding this.

Last year they put my Generator in. I paid more than should of. I was close to 65th birthday and was not explained about the Discount. There more fees not explained to me about the additional fees. I should went some one for another estimate. Plus They did ask me what I wanted on the new generator and they put pool lights on. Plus when I complained suddenly I got a problem. Some one reported I had Rats in my Basement. Well they were the only ones down there. They do subtractors . I told 3 people so far not to got with them.

Stay far far away! Hired him to remodel our bathroom. He has no idea what he is doing. We took out our tub and turned it into a stand-up shower. Now, when we take a shower our kitchen ceiling leaks. Turns out he installed our shower doors incorrectly. We also cannot open or close the glass doors without them scraping and falling off the tracks. I emailed Delta (who are amazing) they sent me all new parts and here is what they said
It appears that the glass panels are not sitting completely straight and need to be adjusted using the roller brackets. What i'll be doing is shipping a new set that the installer will need to use.
Also, the inner panel appears to be lower than it should be. It looks as if the glass is dragging on the bottom track or extremely close to doing so.
I'm going to send a new full track as well. The installer will need to use both new wall jambs, top and bottom tracks along with the new rollers.
After it all gets reinstalled, things should operate properly. Advise him not to trim the side pieces down but only the top and bottom should be trimmed for length. I also decided to go ahead and send new glass because it could be damaged since it was so close to scraping the bottom track.
He also took a chunk out of my brand new shower base, walked all over my carpet with boots on, caused dust ALL OVER(they didn't cover anything up), scraped my new floor while installing the vanity, and made my hallway their personal workshop for almost two weeks. It took them several tries of putting up my tile and taking it down because they couldn't figure out how to do
Save yourself the money and aggravation and get someone who knows what they are doing. This guy does not!!!
