Ramon was great.  Showed up on time and did a great job.  Removed an old shower door, removed old caulking, and applied new caulking.  It was well done.

What can I say? James was awesome! From the moment I first reached out to him, he was prompt, clear and to the point. I appreciate his 10 out of 10 customer service and dedication to his job. Every time I text, yelped or called him he would answer within minutes!
He was kind and respectful to our tenants and didn't leave out any details to the repair!
We have a toilet which in the past has clogged up. He snaked it right through and was all clear! He recommended the use of muriatic acid for the future. He also stood by his work and guaranteed it!

We just recently replaced our furnace, Hvac compressor, hot water heater and put on a brand new deck in our back yard.  Everything went amazingly smooth.  Carlos was the upmost professional and very responsive to our questions and requests.  We ended up adding on additional work at the end because he did such a great job with the initial contract.  Without hesitation- I would recommend C&S to anyone looking to do any home improvement.  He does it all and does it all very well!

We have been having sewer drainage issues for a while and it kept backing up. Originally I called Sean to come in with a camera as we thought there was more of a serious issue. After having other  plumbers come snake it out but not completely and the problem reoccurring, Sean was able to solve the problem for good. He used multiple types of snakes and techniques to figure out and solve the issue. We have a row house in DC and the systems are old. He cleaned out the traps and everything finally started moving. And we don't need to spend the money on a camera! He was courteous, professional, honest and reasonably priced. Thank you.

I called 703 plumbers on Monday re: leaky faucet. Jerry stopped by the house the next day - we texted and set up time  etc, very flexible and responsive. He tried to make a minor repair but was unable to find the needed replacement part after traveling all the way to Manassas (I'm in arlington)  and even trying local hardware stores. Faucet was at least 37 years old. On Wednesday he was back at the house and installed new unit and everything looks brand new. Cant tell he took entire sink apart. Jerry was wonderful; clear; went above and beyond, and observed Covid protocols. Recommend highly.

Jed is great! He took care of some electrical work and an oddly-shaped wall build/drywall for me - high quality work done on the expected timeline, great communication, honest and responsive all around. I felt very comfortable and him, everything you want from a contractor.

FINALLY, a plumber that doesn't suck! It was even a home warranty call (on which they make less money) and we were still treated like we were their best client. They sent a guy named, Jack, who couldn't have been more polite and respectful. SUCH a breath of fresh air. Their magnet is DEFINITELY going on our fridge!

The last time they were an hour later than the scheduled 2 hour window. This time, it's 25 minutes past the 2 hour window and I'm told it will be at least another 45 minutes. While they do a great job, their lack of consideration for one's time is greatly concerning.

I really enjoyed working with Luis, Beto and their team to renovate my master bedroom suite in my home on Capitol Hill.  We completely reconfigured the bedroom and the bathroom, and Luis was able to find a way to make space for everything I wanted.  Other contractors had told me that it would be impossible to find space for a separate tub, separate shower and a large vanity in such a small area, but Luis was able to find space for all of that AND an extra vanity without making the room feel cramped.  He sat down with me several times to help me decide on the floor plan and was honest with me about how much something would cost and whether it would add real value to the home. He also focused on making decisions that were practical and would add storage space and make the room more functional.

Throughout the process, Luis and Beto always kept me informed on the status of the project.  When decisions had to be made, no matter how small, they reached out to ask how I would like to proceed or to make sure I was ok with their recommendation.  I really appreciated their frequent communication and advice as we worked through minor unexpected issues.  They were exceptional at managing my expectations.  Luis handled all of the permitting, inspections, and even material deliveries, which minimized the time I had to take off of work for the project.  They also immediately fixed anything that I thought looked off or needed to be redone.

Even though the renovation was delayed because of some custom cabinetry work, Luis and his team kept the work site clean and as minimally invasive as a renovation can be.  I plan to use Luis and his team for any other projects I have in the future and recommend him to all of my friends.  If you are looking for a contractor who will execute your project with integrity and creativity, Luis is your person!

They are a small family owned plumbing business and very knowledgeable. Their price and estimates are very honest and usually lower then their competition. Work was completed in a timely manner and area was cleaned afterwards. However, we did have a major sewer line problem and we were under the impression that were in queue to have the line replaced. After waiting 2 months with no call backs and playing phone tag afterwards we decided to go with a larger company. They seem to be a small company that is simply growing too quickly for its owners to handle.

I would recommend them in the future for small jobs, but for more complex jobs I am going to leave it to larger companies.

I found Hector on Next Door and thought I'd give him a try as I needed several things done quickly before my house goes on the market. He responded within minutes to my email and came by to see what needed to be done.  After nearly 2 full days at my house, I can tell you that I am so incredibly pleased with the top quality work that he and his co-worker, Alex, performed at my home.  My house is nearly 70 years old and the ceiling in the living room was a giant mess with joint tape cracks, etc.  When Alex was finished, it looked like a brand new ceiling.  And plaster work is definitely an art, not easy to do. They did a number of jobs around my home and all were done beyond my expectations.  Hector and Alex are truly talented and care about doing great work. Hector's prices are more than fair but, most importantly, you are getting top quality work with a friendly and hard working team of 2 very talented guys.  I highly recommend Vicente Construction and will definitely be using them again when I move to my new home!

I had a plumbing emergency with my sink, which suddenly started heavily leaking one night. Abe was prompt, knowledgeable and honest when addressing the issue. He is now my go-to whenever a plumbing issue occurs in the house

Marines Plumbing is straightforward and reasonably priced. I will use the again for future plumbing needs.

Whatever the plumbing issue, Kirk is quick to respond -- knowledgeable -- and gets the job done: promptly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Plus he's a nice guy to boot. A friend and neighbor recommended him to us several years ago and I'm happy to second that recommendation.

Our toilet got flooded due to the refrigerator. He agreed to fix our bathroom ceiling with paint and living room ceiling for $600 total. Once he started working he started complaining and started saying its too much work i and I am just helping you we paid him $300 to get the supplies. He messed up our walls and said he never said he will be painting the whole ceiling. This guy was trying to find ways to get more money out. He simply refused him and asked him to leave. We were not going to pay more for the job which is still unfinished and very poor job. Now he started to post my pictures my kid's pictures my house pictures on social media and he has started to harass me and my wife. I would not recommend this person at all. If anything happens to me or my family this guy Edward would be responsible

We engaged Precision to remodel our guest bath.  Nick, the job manager, arrived on time to inspect the bathroom and take measurements, and provided an estimate by email within a few days. The cost was quite reasonable, less than we expected.  Changes were made promptly and effortlessly.  We were given a six- to eight-week estimate of job commencement and work started in seven weeks. The installers, Mario and Carlos, were friendly and polite, and kept us informed of progress every step of the way.  Nick also monitored the job and checked in with us regularly. The installers were careful to close off the work area from the rest of the house to limit dust and noise, and finished the job in about ten working days, as promised.  There were a couple of finishing issues that were promptly resolved, no questions asked.  We are thrilled with our new bathroom and recommend Precision without reservation. We will certainly call upon them for any other work we need.  Before and after pics below.

Do not use this company!  I had them install a backup sump pump.  I didn't realize it for many months that it was NEVER working until the recent power outages.  I called them to come fix it (I was willing to pay) and the owner insisted that the same technician come out to fix the problem.  The technician was not able to make the appointment and wanted to reschedule for more than 7 days later - the owner would not even send anyone else in the place of the technician.  BEWARE!!!

While they did a great job on the first repair, we asked them to come back to fix our dishwasher and they ended up breaking it worse. They need to stick with what they're good at.
