I cant speak for everyone at this company, but I met Alex today and he was amazing! He came by today for a quote (I literally called them late this morning and someone was out 30 minutes into the time window) and spent time diligently inspecting all aspects of my electrical problem. He explained to me what the problem was, which was simple a fix, and didn't even charge me. Any other electrician would have told me they needed to fix it and could have easily fleeced me for several hundred dollars. After this experience I now have my go-to electrician saved in my phone!

I decided to install a new under sink water filter. Only, I ended up not being able to get the old one out, and split the line in the process. This meant our kitchen sink no longer had cold water.

I called Ehrhardt Bros and told them I bought one of those easy to install water filters. Laughing ensured. It made be feel a bit better to know I'm not alone in my home improvement ineptness. He told me he would check the tickets that came in, and triage my request, since not having a functional kitchen sink isn't fun.

It turns out they were available at noon and in the area. (sorry Wayne if I cost you your lunch break). He was gone before 1 and had the new filter installed, and while he was here he also bent a cut off valve that was getting caught on the garbage disposal, loosened another stuck valve and have me pointers on maintaining my hot water heater. Really nice guy!

A+. David was quick coming over and repaired my bathroom sink and several interior door hinges. The pricing was reasonable, and when he needed to get a part he quickly got one and charged me $6 for it, came back and completed the job. A+!

Quick, friendly and efficient!  Our electrician, Belvin, was even early and was able to complete our job the same day!!

Andrew installed a new chandelier in our foyer.  He was fast, efficient and did what seemingly 3 other contractors couldn't for a very fair and reasonable price.  I would highly recommend and we will definitely plan to call Andrew in the future.

Jeremy was awesome installing my tankless water heater. Ryan said it would take all day and Jeremy painstakingly worked on this installation, making sure before he left that the water was hot and my heat worked. Another plumber told me in an estimate (which was higher) that it would be difficult if not possible to install a tankless system because my heat is water supported.  Ryan said no problem. The price at the end was just as given in the estimate, no hidden or extra charges.  I have a top of the line tankless water heater and am very happy with the results of the install. They are coming back in a week to double check the system to make sure it's working properly. I don't know of any other plumber that does a follow up like this. Came home from vacation on a Saturday to find that lightning struck a tree near our house and it zapped our refrigerator, and a GFIC outlet.  After making several calls and getting voice nails Pablo from Zappatas answered immediately.  He came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and fixed the problem the next morning.

Excellent service, courteous workers. Came right on time, repainted our deck rails, fixed a soffit and repaired and repainted two back doors that we're rotting a little.
We thought the price was reasonable and he even left us with  little cans of the leftover paint they used.
We'd definitely use them again.

I discovered a leaking kitchen cold water shutoff valve after returning from a trip and turned the water back on. I called the company I used before but they can only come late next week. Found several highly rated companies on Yelp and luckily one of Tim's trucks came over in the same afternoon and replaced the valve very quickly. The serviceman is polite, knowledgeable, work neatly, and followed Covid safety guideline. The charge is not the lowest but reasonable. I would certainly put them on the top of my list for my next plumbing job.

I had Michael and Son come out to look at my AC unit in July because it didn't seem to be keeping the house cool. The technician told me that the coolant was low and that adding more would fix the problem. $300 plus later, he left and I hoped that I hadn't been ripped off. Flash forward to the end of September, and now my AC unit is icing up. I have another company come out, who found that the coolant was again low, and that the system has a leak. As it turns out, coolant levels only drop significantly if there is a leak, and adding coolant is a small temporary band-aid. In fact, reputable contractors should not add coolant without investigating the underlying cause. Thanks for nothing Michael and Son.
