Ramon is professional, courteous, honest, and does a thorough job! To top things off, his pricing is also fair. I've used many handyman services in the past, but this is the first handyman I've met who handles communication, appointments, and payments digitally.

Ramon truly lives up to his company's name! He's a one man band that is capable of repairing most issues around the house. So far, I've used his services to install ceiling light fixtures and repair my  front and storm doors, but I've had such a positive experience that I'll definitely be contacting him again for more home repairs. If he is unable to fix something, he'll be honest and let you know upfront and connect you to other companies that could handle the job.

Man this guy works hard...James came and installed a new hot water heater at my Germantown townhouse. It was a model that was a very complex install. He worked his a** off to make sure everything was in proper working order. I'll recommend him to anyone and have already passed his info to others. You can't go wrong here and stands by his work with a one year guarantee on his work! Fair prices for the care and time he put into things!

We just recently replaced our furnace, Hvac compressor, hot water heater and put on a brand new deck in our back yard.  Everything went amazingly smooth.  Carlos was the upmost professional and very responsive to our questions and requests.  We ended up adding on additional work at the end because he did such a great job with the initial contract.  Without hesitation- I would recommend C&S to anyone looking to do any home improvement.  He does it all and does it all very well!

Not impressed... I called explained what was going on.  I was told ( without even coming out to diagnose the problem) that it wound be better for me to get a new how water heater since it cost 1300 abs it repair the heater it would be 500...he must of had telepathic hot water diagnosis skills

Tony redid my bathroom and installed an incredible steam shower!  It was a complex project but thanks to his expertise in electrical, design and plumbing it went very smoothly.  Tony and the Ruach team are always on time, work very efficiently and most importantly honest.  They will be my first call for any of my future home projects.

I've continued to call Mr. Bennett when I have a plumbing issue and I'm still thrilled.

Had my hot water unit go bad. Ash, at Heidler, is great. He came out the same day I called. He gave me a quote at that time. I think the quote was a little high but, I had to get it fixed. With Ash's support I felt I was in good hands. It is because of him, I will continue with this company. I would highly recommend him. You can ask for him when you call in.

Luis and his team were fantastic! We wanted to rip up existing flooring to expose and then clean/polish the concrete underneath. We thought it was risky, and Luis walked us through it and explained how they would handle the job. They did wonderful work and we love our new floors!

Wonderful experience, arrived quickly, approached the problem persistently and proactively. Cost was hundreds less than other estimates we received. Will definitely use them in the future!

We had an exterior frost proof hose bib fail and Hector made it work.  We scheduled him out, and though he arrived two hours after he said he would, he performed the work efficientlly and reliably

Pros: competitive pricing and good with text messaging

Cons:  just be clear what you want and manage your own expectations- meaning he will fix the hose bib but not the Sheetrock to get to it.

I plan on using Hector again, when I need to plan out a job.

Abe fully deserves his 5-star rating.  He responded ASAP to our need to have a leak repaired, offering to come on a weekend to fix it.  Bravo!

Had a garbage disposal that had been making a lot of noise and was worried it had finally died. Big Dan and little Dan came out and took a look, it wasn't dead but the engine was starting to go and there was some rust. So rather than wait for a inconvenient time when it conks out of us, we went ahead and replaced it. Also got an inspection on the rest of our plumbing and signed up for a yearly contract for a very reasonable fee which includes discounts for future work. As my house is older, future work is probably sooner rather than later. Highly recommend Marines Plumbing.

Shortly after posting the previous review, the owner reached out to apologize and offered to send someone else out to scope the job again to give me an estimate. I explained again that I already had the work done. He then said he wanted me to remove my review. Several months later, the owner has now reached out on social media name calling and telling me I better think before sharing any more of my experiences with local merchants.

Second time I've had Master Plumbing to my home. They are one of the only area companies that is licensed on my specific type of hot water heater. They fixed that a year or so ago, and I've had no problems since.

Today, they came to repair a polar vortex-burst pipe and fix a leaky toilet. Chris arrived on time was very quick at diagnosing the issues and was clear about the costs up front. I find their prices to be very reasonable. Chris was also patient with me and helpful in giving me further suggestions and answering questions.

It's safe to say I will continue using Master here on out. I recommend this company.

While they did a great job on the first repair, we asked them to come back to fix our dishwasher and they ended up breaking it worse. They need to stick with what they're good at.
