Very happy and satisfied with the quick response and service from Robert with Drain Wizard. We are a local business that ran into a clogged issue early on a Saturday morning right when we opened. They were the second call I made but the first one to respond and arrive within a reasonable time. Got the problem fixed quickly and got us back in business. Thank you for a job well done !!!

Excellent customer service. Had the parts to repair a leaking faucet in my hands before I even explained the problem. Was even provided some helpful tips for the repair.

Jason's an awesome guy and offers a fair price. Had him come and diagnose a leak in my house. Come to find out it was an HVAC issues. But he explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand what was going on and also recommended an HVAC guy who came and resolved the issues. Jason was responsive and communicated with my the time he was available. Will definitely be contacting him again it I have any other issues.

Neil performed a toilet installation and installed some spacers between the back of the tank and the wall upon my request.  My appointment was on short notice since the old toilet was leaking, so he had to return a few days later for the spacers.  Mr. Neil was punctual and communicative about his ETA for both appointments, removed the old toilet (and schlepped the new one up a flight of stairs), and cleaned up the work area. I do plan to hire him again for future projects.  His rates were very reasonable and this is a great way to support a local, BIPOC-owned business.  I will follow up with photos of future projects as appropriate.

I have a real dilemma. My downstairs bathrm, which is a very small add on Was leaking due to the wax ring being worn. Micheal and Sons put on a wax ring. However, the tile has water under it, the grout is chipping. Needless to say our subfloor is taking a hit. We are in a fix having already spent over $3,000.00.(a long story) we can't afford another penny. Came within an hour of me calling on a Sunday. Answered all my questions. Highlt recommend.

I had A-1 come out my house near Smithfield to clear a clogged house gutter drain.  I paid $435 for the plumber to run the hydro blaster and he assured me the clog was clear, quote, I'm 95% sure the clog is cleared.  Well, not only did he leave a huge mess for ME to clean up, he got his money and left.  The line was still very much clogged   I called the company twice, being kind and respectful, and asked for at least half the money back.  I thought that was fair.  The receptionist told me the owner of the company was in the office and she contacted him about the issue.  Never heard anything back.  So beware everyone- make sure you test whatever this company does for you.  Once they get your money, for a failed job, you never hear back from them.

I see many bad reviews from other military on A-1.  Do not let them get away with this in our military town.  Spread the word

James was exceptional, he provided outstanding service and for a fair price! I am so glad I went with this company, I was quoted a much higher price for the job James did today by another company and I'm so happy I chose to get a 2nd opinion! I will call American Mechanical 1st from now on! Highly recommended!!

After walking around Home Depot without any help, we tried this location. Service was immediate and the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. Recommended as a one stop shop.

I found them to be very expensive.  I made the mistake of not having a clear understanding up front of what they were to charge.  They then attempted to charge interest not supported by any agreement.

I called this company at least 5 days before my appointment was booked to have our water pressure in our kitchen checked.  I was told a plumber from this company would be at my home on a specific date and time and the fee policy was explained. I agreed and rushed home on that date so that I would be here to let the plumber in.  He/she was a no-show and there was no call explaining why.  It is not my responsibility to follow up on contractors but I can only imagine this company's customer service or lack there of speaks volumes about its professionalism.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.
