Eric from Half Moon Plumbing came out to my house to fix my toilet and he did a great job. He arrived on time, already had his booties on, and was extremely thorough!!
I highly recommend them to anyone because they are knowledgeable, hard working, honest, and efficient people!

The shower wouldn't fully shut off. It was more than just a drip and we needed it fixed fast. I had spent good time and money tiling the shower and didn't want to have to do a major repair job after the plumber finished.
Horizon sent Scott the next morning. He had the correct parts with him and had the repair done to perfection within an hour. He didn't damage the tile. He was professional. And the total repair cost was very affordable. I have a new plumber for myself and to refer to the clients of my business, Charlie Jones Farmers Insurance.
Thanks.

They seem like nice folks but I would not recommend them to anyone. It does not make sense to hire a service provider that does not warranty or service their work after the payment is received. There are too many other service providers in and around the Tulsa area that will happily follow up and warranty their services.
I've actually had multiple services done through ECS since June 2021 such as HVAC service on one property and HVAC installation on a different one, new electrical panel installation, light fixtures and outlets installed and replaced, new water heater installation, etc.. I spent well over $17k for those services. There was no follow up on the HVAC installation and I had to reach out to other service providers twice already to troubleshoot issues when either the AC or heater stopped working after only a month or two. I recently paid another service provider $225 in order to get the system back up and running again. I also had about 6 outlets that did not work after they installed them because the GFCI outlet was wired up incorrectly.
In addition, I had to deal with a couple of issues involving integrity and professionalism. The integrity issue was tied to an estimate that I requested. I was provided an estimate for electrical services which included moving an outlet that they previously installed on the wrong wall by them which they assured me that they would move at no additional cost after I completed the other bathroom demo and renovations that I already had scheduled. The new estimate that I reached out to them for was provided with an additional charge for that outlet and the work was actually started without my approval of the invoice. Someone kept trying calling my wife and I repeated after I was sent the invoice to have us now approve of the invoice. They claimed that I had approved of the invoice over the phone and that the work was already started. They stopped midway though the installation but I ended up paying about half of the original cost of the invoice at a later date to try to be civil and resolve this although I never approved of the work in the first place. The mess left behind by them of wood boards, old concrete, cables & wires, old panel parts, drywall, etc. is an example of what I considered to be unprofessional.

We just moved into a 30 year old home on Friday. It had been sitting for a month + and so by the 48 hour mark, there was water in our bathroom floor and water overflowing in the garage drain. We called Roto Rooter at 9:30pm and we had a technician out at 11pm to help. The following day, we had 2 more technicians out to help further. The technicians on the second day were tremendous, one of which was named Blake. They were knowledgeable and professional - even patient while I provided my severely limited knowledge of plumbing and my take on what was wrong. The anxiety of buying a new home mixed with the potential of major underlying utility problems was enough stress for a year. Because of these gentlemen, they provided a peace of mind to know this issue is taken care of, and if it's not, they will be back to help. For this, my family is grateful. 4 star review instead of 5 because we were told someone would be out at 8:30am and did not get a tech out until 2:10pm. Aside from that, the service was great.

Crooks. All they care about is money. They have ZERO customer service. If you call them about fixing a problem they created, they will yell at you and call you names. They were hired to replace a tub. They did, very poorly. They cut a hole in the floor (going to under the house) and left the hole open. When asked to fix it, they refused and called me an idiot. They clearly stated (at least 40 times) that they don't do Sheetrock. Last time I checked, floors are made of wood. The REFUSED to come fix the hole and told me to call their lawyer. Both father and son yelled at me when I tried to explain the problem. Don't use them unless you like throwing money away and being treated like crap. What a horrible company and sad excuse for humans.

I called Dale & Leesto come out and see why my AC was not cooling. The tech came out and charged the system and put a dye in to help locate the leak. The tech charged me $ 369.94 Dollars, and told me it would last until spring. And to call them in spring and they would come out and locate the leak. To make a long story short it only lasted 6 days.
I called and another tech came out and charged me $ 44,00 dollars to locate the leak in the coil.
The coil was under warranty so a week later (1) tech came out and in less than 2 hours had the coil replaced. and charged me $681,00 Dollars for less than 2 hours labor. And another $ 507.78 Dollars for Freon. I asked the tech why I was being charged for Freon again and he told me he was told to charge me, Long story short I was charges over $400,00 dollars just to tell me my coil was leaking. and another $1,118.78 to fix a job that took less than 2 hours. For a total cost of $ 1,532.72
I will not be using Dale & Lees Heat and air in the future

this business is a cheating company. we signed a big contract with this company, they did these to us:
1. they promised one week but end up with five weeks to finish their plumbing works, which was delayed the whole project, therefore made us paid a lot more money on rent
2. they did a gas pipe work and asked about $1000 more than other 3-4 companies estimates
3. they cheated us on giving cheap brand of water heater tank instead of the top brand water heater tank , which was what we paid for and signed on the contract. They did not tell us when they installed it. we trusted them and did not even thought about the water heater was not the one we paid for. six months later today, this brand new water heater tank failed working and needed to be replaced. until this time, we just knew the water heater was not the one we paid for. This company even has not felt sorry for doing this ugly thing to us, then even said that is a you accepted it and paid the final payment. That is right, we paid the full amount on the contract to them, but they cheated on our trust.
what kind of company is it! I wouldn't use this company again which costed us thousands of dollars
