Reviews
We have used Airco for the fall/spring maintenance on our air and heating unit. for several years. The technicians have always been on time, professional, and competent. This year our fall check-up was performed by Scyler Pierce. He earned our 5 star rating. Scyler truly enjoys his job and it shows. He explained what he was doing and why. He even vacuumed our intake vents!!! Who would think having your heating unit checked could be such a joyous occasion, but with Scyler on the job, that is exactly what it was !!! Thank you Airco....
I have never done a scorchingly bad review before but this company richly deserves it. They were hired for a simple home water heater replacement. Turned into a $3500 fiasco. From not connecting the drainage for the water heater to replacing a valve on the bathroom faucet backwards to the messiest caulking of a toilet I have ever seen in my life. Now, I have discovered they disconnected the condensation line from the air conditioner. Apparently it's been dripping for months behind the water heater rotting the 100+ year old flooring. Their level of incompetence is only five star rating they earn.
And they've never scheduled the inspection, it's been 9 months. I can truly say this is the worst service from any company doing work on my home in my life. Simply put, the only competent thing they accomplished was taking my money.

This is the company you will encounter if you go to Costco, Home Depot, Lowes or anywhere else that allows salespeople from other companies to setup in their stores. Ran into this company at Costco and the guy seemed like a genuine human being who was being incredibly helpful and sincere... Only everything he was saying was a lie designed to rip me off. His unofficial estimate for an air conditioner install went from $4,000 to $8,700 when the guy came out to do the paper estimate. My special 10% off deal for going through Costco (factored into the $4,000 estimate) only applied to a small portion of the install AND disqualified me for a $1,900 rebate coupon they claimed they would have offered anyone else calling them (see their website for coupon). The salesman at Costco even told me that his more expensive unit would use less electricity over a cheaper brand and that would pay for itself over time but the guy that came out even laughed that off as totally not true. I ended up going with a different company that gave me the $4,000 price the Costco guy offered PLUS the company I used also included a heat pump (included in the $4,000) to save electricity which Airco never even offered. I had always trusted Costco and anyone affiliated with them but after Airco tried to burn me I am eyeing Costco with a lot more skepticism.

Spent $30,000 one year ago on a complete new HVAC system for our house. Bought the annual maintenance agreement for several hundred dollars and we haven't heard from them since. We finally got a call from them wanting us to renew our annual maintenance contract. Yep, that's right. They wanted me to by another year of maintenance that they never honored. If they spent as much money on quality service as they so on TV advertising, they might make customers happy. I'll never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

We have used Airco Service to service AC units, install a new hot water tank, fix drippy faucets in places, and install new faucets in other areas. I am so impressed with the customer service. They are on time, communication couldn't be better. We have found a service company we will always call. When we called this morning to report a backup and needed service as soon as possible, they were here within the hour. We love these guys! Special thanks to Rick, Charles and Clint!

I had Airco replace all of my central air 2 years ago. I've had nothing but problems with my air conditioning ever since. I am disappointed with the installation and the performance of the high-priced Lennox units. Airco is not the company it used to be. I sustained property damage from one unit that continually has problems.
I asked Airco to come out to check out water leak. They cancelled the on the first day due to emergencies. They came the following morning. The plumber was polite however he did not come equipped to locate the problem. Since the leak was underground he said he could dig up what might be causing the leak starting at $1600.00 with no guarantees that would fix the problem. He recommended I call Mullin Plumbing because they could locate the exact location of the leak. Since there was no guarantee of success and the price was extremely high, I opted to call Mullin. I was then charged $179 and nothing was fixed. Really??? Needless to say I will not ever use Airco again
Estimate for work was very high. Estimator was knowledgeable and nice. Someone was supposed to call me back to talk about their preferred customer plans... it's been 3 days and no call.
I had to replace the entire HVAC system this year. I bought a Lenox system via Lowe's and Airco was the contractor for installation. I went with these guys (even though they were not the cheapest quote) because they came up with the best solution for my house. (Long story...but TL:DR my HVAC was poorly done during a remodel sometime before I bought the house) Airco took the time to really assess the best way to fix the installation, which included relocating both the inside unit and rerouting/replacing quite a bit of ductwork. The end result is solid.. even after this years 106f day.
The biggest reason for writing a review was the installation crew. These guys did an incredible job. The crew was super professional with everything. I was most impressed with the level of workmanship and the real effort to keep things clean. Really-- if you have to have a crew working in your house for a week... you couldn't ask for better.
When the old system died I had plenty of people with a guy that can do it cheaper... All I can say is I have been through this twice in my life (second house with total system installation)... Airco's install service and the end product (quality of installation) is very much worth the extra cost.
I would've given it 5 stars but because the tech told us all doors upstairs were closed & lights were off & they weren't, it gets 3. We asked before he left if we needed to go upstairs & turn any lights off. He said no. What about doors? He said no. So 2 days later I had to put away something upstairs & I found our closet doors are open with light on, attic door is open with light on, & it's the closet in the grandchildren's room. Who knows how many critters we now have in the house thanks to AirCo. Not happy.
We have been having trouble with our ac for, we'll now the 4th day. Once our new unit is out fron warranty, we'll be going somewhere else for service.

Two different techs misdiagnosed problem with heater, one just left without any notice...their estimate to replace system was way overpriced, got a new system for about half of what they quoted!

Fantastic experience with Airco from start to finish! Jamie our salesman was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and helped me understand what was needed.
There ended up being A LOT more work needed than expected. Ben Goodwin was absolutely amazing!!!!! He is such a hard worker, professional and just a happy guy. He is truly the face of the company. He educated us and answered every single question we had. He spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect and he is truly the sweetest guy ever! I probably will only want to work with Ben in the future. He just went above and beyond and I can't thank him enough. He did an outstanding job. Honestly, Ben needs to be promoted!! Don't lose this man, Airco! That'd would be a HUGE mess up on your part. #justsayin
Anyways, everything so far is perfect.
Horrible customer service! Do NOT use this company for anything. They take your money do awful install that won't pass city inspection then lie about warranty. Still have issues with my system and no reply to phone calls or emails for several weeks now!
My heat went out and I was caregiver for my mom & brother at the time. They came out and convinced me it was dangerous to use the old unit, as it would not stay on. Since this was an emergency, I felt I had to replace the unit as soon as possible. They told me that the a/c was attached and had to be replaced at the same time. They also told me that I would have to have a maintenance contract through them for twice a year (winter/summer) check-up in order for my warranty to be good. Later was told by Lennox that that was not true.
The thermostat that they installed with the unit is a piece of junk and has now gone out after 5 years and they want $1000 to replace it with the same junk.

John was fantastic. Came over late past 7 pm and was at our home until 9:30. Fixed both our AC units for a very reasonable price and all is working. Can't recommend him enough!
Airco Service came out here twice this month and said that they couldn't figure out the problem with my non-functioning toilet. I had all the new parts to help repair the toilet. But instead they chose to use old worn parts and that affected the flushing strength of the toilet. They charged me a total of $363 for both visits and the toilet still wasn't fixed. So I hired a 3rd plumber, Tomco Plumbing, to fix what the other plumbers couldn't fix. My toilet had to be completely re-assembled with the new parts. And that cost me another $165. I could have had a brand new toilet for all the money that I spent. I've called that first company 4 times because they claim to have a 30 day guarantee of their work. Anyway, I'm tired of everything they've put me through. So I wrote to the BBB to help get a total refund. I also sent them the invoices that detail what was done by each plumber. I hate being screwed over by these so-called professionals! A tip to the wise, don't use Airco Service Plumbing...

Wow! Brian was professional, courteous, very technically knowledgeable, and explained what was going on with my heating system in layman's terms. He was exceptional and was thorough! I will continue to do business with
Airco service because of him. Honest, knowledgeable, customer service oriented. I'm highly impressed!

Poor workmanship on the job - had to send others back out to finish job(after I spoke with mgmt). Tech just left exposed, slack wire from AC into house. Charged a generic amount for a job that is different on most homes. Tech wrapped job in less than an hour at my place and labor was nearly $400. Tech was friendly and helpful and the company was quick to act, but overall not very happy with the job. Will find a new AC/heat company.
Pros: been an airco customer for years. Never disappointed. They always say they're not available when we have emergencies, but then call us when they have cancellations that day.
Cons: we used to have a bi annual Maintenance contract with them. But then they stopped coming? I'll have to follow up with them.
We had put off replacing our a/c unit for a few years. We finally had enough money in savings to pay for most of it, and figured since we're not going on vacation this year we may as well take the plunge. So glad we did! We had an estimate on a Tuesday, the unit replaced the next day, and two inspections a few days later (one for the rebates, one for safety). Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional, and wore masks when inside our house. The price point we chose included the a/c unit replacement, furnace replacement, a touchscreen thermostat, and a 10% discount on maintenance for the first year. Install took 8 hours but my husband and I are both working from home so not a big deal. The rebates helped on the price, including a tax credit. They offer a payment plan, but I think the rebates do not apply if you do the payment plan (might double check with them before proceeding). We went ahead and paid in full. Very thankful to have replaced everything before it got super hot, and we have already saved money on our energy bill!
I only have good things to say bout airco !! I did alot of research before finally settling on them ( like few weeks worth of research ) calling countless companies in the area getting dozens upon dozens of quotes n estimates ( but oh boy all the info I learned I at this point csn be a tech myself ) we had just bought our home few months ago we weren't ready for a big expense like AC going out , that was my biggest fear so this was bad news for us , ( !! Nobody could beat airco n my opinion, got a brand new 2.5 ton lennox ( which we love, best brand in the business along w trane ) 3032$ what it cost us with 4.9% financing which is lowest I'd come across most were 7.5% I had offers from other companies no name brand low on totem pole AC units for almost 1000 bucks more , decided to not go with a little back alley company ( originally was worried bout cost of a new unit ) and happy we went w airco they did weekend install and put in a gorgeous new unit , came back next day to check if all was well , they really work w you on all the details . Definitely would recommend, )

I hired Airco to install a exhaust fan in my bathroom and quite certainly it has been the worst choice I have ever made . I should have seen the red flags when I call to schedule the service and the woman on the phone told me a tech would be by sometime in the afternoon instead of giving me an actual time block.
The fan looked fine and I gave them payment only to realize when walking out of the bathroom that the tech had taken a chunk out of my wall while installing the new switch. He only admitted to the damage once confronted. He then told me that since I already paid for the job that if I wanted him to fix it that it would be an extra cost. I obviously called airco and was told I would have to wait for a manager to call me back.
Never in my life have I had a company tell me that I needed to pay them to repair something they damaged.
The next morning the tech who damaged my property called me saying he was headed to my house to provide a quick fix that just the day before was going to cost me over $100. I told him no as that is incredibly unprofessional for anyone to come to my house without scheduling it with me first. I called airco again and they let me know that no one had been scheduled to come to my house. So this tech was doing this on his own to try to save face from his mistake.
I spoke with 3 separate people before the manager finally called
me. The resolutions they offered have not been satisfactory and I am still working with them to find a solution.
Overall this whole process have been a nightmare with the cherry on top being that the fan they installed doesn't actually provide much ventilation.

After reading the positive reviews, I was hopeful that hiring Airco to repair my Navien instant hot water heater was a good decision.
I was very wrong.
They were very prompt in assigning the job to a technician - I agreed to the $100 service charge so they could send someone to diagnose the problem.
My water heater was leaking through the condensation pipe and running up my water bill. The technician who arrived was very polite, but also was not familiar with the Navien unit, and unable to diagnose the problem. I was still charged the $100.
I called Airco and talked to the Service Manager, who fed me a line that 'these systems are designed by Engineers, not plumbers', and 'the best bet is to replace the entire unit', and 'they probably will not honor the warranty because there is no record of annual maintenance'. This is the kind of fear, uncertainty, and derision (FUD) that I would expect from crooked plumbers.
In any case, I hired a different company who's technician was very polite and professional, knew exactly what to look for, worked with Navien to get the part replaced under warranty, and gave the entire system a tuneup. They communicated clearly, gave me up-front pricing for the repair, and did a quick and professional job at fixing the problem.
Sorry, Airco - that is the kind of service I expected out of you. Keep the $100. It will be a reminder next time I need plumbing service, NOT TO CONTACT YOU.

came out 2 weeks ago because fan was functional but heater wouldn't kick on so paid approx $650 to replace a 'switch' ( a part he had on the truck and installed in less than an hour). same thing happening again yet the technician states now i need a new blower motor and capacitor ( both parts he has on the truck) with another price of $765 ( $100 off if i sign up for maintenance program) Both times technicians would not give me prices for parts and labor, just that they are allowed 2 hours to install and the parts come stock with the truck so they cannot give me an itemized receipt. first technician was rude and annoyed by the question, 2nd one professional. unfortunately it's cold outside so getting second opinions isn't an option. when compared to national average prices, both repairs were WAYYYY overpriced. good luck

Jerald provided another example of the impeccable service and assistance I received from Airco. Every contact I had with this company was outstanding.
Jerad was especially professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to help me in every way. I could not have been more pleased. I honestly did not know this type of service and attention to every detail still existed. It was a pleasure to meet him!

I will NEVER use this company again. They are very dishonest and will overcharge you! I had them out to do a repair on my furnace and after they did the repair I checked around and could have gotten the repair done cheaper. Then the furnace stopped working again and to me it sounded like the same part that they replaced, so I called to have them come out and check to make sure it was not the same part. before I did that I asked several times if it was going to cost anything for them to come check and I was assured that there would not be a service fee unless the had to replace a different part, so I assumed that if I didn't get the part replaced it would be no charge. That is not the case!!! This is a shady business practice!!! I would recommend finding a different company and will never recommend them again!!
Worse experience I've ever had. We had a New AC unit put in July 2016, used it about six weeks the first year, 2017 it quit working they charged me a fortune to fix it, 2018 started it up for summer, it stopped working again another outrageous amount to fix. 2018 again it quit working they said it was a coil gone bad but later found out it leaked the coolant. 2019 again coolant leaked and yes we had to pay more. As if 2020 wasn't bad enough, yes it stopped working again, coil went out, the coil was under warranty but the labor to fix it is $1043.00.
SHAME on YOU

Airco charged 580.00 to repair a leak in my A/C that wasn't working. The unit didn't last one week and then they say I needed a new unit. Then I get it replaced for almost half of what they quoted.

Part replaced and tech left, heater still not working. Tech also wanted to sell me another part for $480. I called another company, they replaced a part after diagnosing the exact same issue. Problem fixed! Airco would have cost me almost $1,000. None of that was needed.

Called them about 3 pm on Jan 2 to check our heater that wasn't working correctly. They said they couldn't come out until tomorrow afternoon for emergency call for 100 bucks, but if we could wait until Thurs they had a regular call opening for 75 bucks. We called Blue Hill Heat & Air and they came out in 20 minutes. We're getting a new Trane heater tomorrow for 2300 bucks installed. Snooze ya' lose.
We've used this company for years, usually without a problem.
When they installed a new water heater they should have put a shut off valve to the water supply line to the refrigerator, but didn't.
Had their plumber came out & he told me that should have been done with the water heater install, & then charged me $500.00 for two hours work.
The work was satisfactory, but $250.00 per hour was terrible for something that they should have already done.
Absolutely horrible service. We had a lazy tech come out twice, say he couldn't find the leak. For a new tech to come out, find the leak in less than 20 minutes and fix it. Wasted money. Recently our unit blower and motherboard went out. The tech gave us the run around to fix it on a Friday saying that someone delivered the wrong board and we would have to pay 300 extra dollars for THEIR MISTAKE. So we agreed to have them come Monday. Come Monday our tech went home sick, no call, no notification. I have missed 6 hours of work dealing with this. Called and they said they would send a tech when they could. I finally got them to agree to send a tech out Monday night. The tech was there messing around for 45 minutes to then tell me that he brought the wrong motherboard as well. We reached out to the managers. No one is in a rush to get our unit fixed, as we have already paid them the money. Horrible service. Use someone else!!!!
Horrible came out fixed ac and it went down exactly 2 weeks later same problem. Salesperson tried to tell my wife we needed a new unit. Had another company come out fixed it for a third of what it cost through Airco and still working and in good condition according to service tech. Don't ise

I needed HVAC service on a Saturday morning when my system quit cooling suddenly. I called Airco and the dispatcher made sure I'd checked a few common issues like circuit breaker open, etc. and didn't treat me like I was some how technically impaired. Assured I was certain I needed service, he carefully explained the fee policy. Once he was sure I was OK with the extra it would cost me for after hours service he sent the tech who quickly identified the problem as a burned power wire in the low voltage circuitry. He repaired the problem and gave me the burned wires and fastener to inspect. I've never had any service tech do that before. The repair time was less than an hour. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs HVAC service any time of day. It is nice to sleep in a house that is cooler than the outside air temp!
Have used them for HVAC, Electric and Plumbing. On every occasion they are professional and explain the work they are going to do and go the extra mile to make sure my family in not inconvenienced. When the work is complete they go over what was done and answer any questions I have had. I also signed up for their annual service agreement a couple of years ago and it saves you money and keeps your HVAC system working efficiently.
My AC was out and I had Airco come out at tell me my entire condenser was bad and it needed to be replaced. Decided to get a 2nd opinion. Within 5 minutes they said everything looked good it just need some freon. Filled it up with freon and now its working great. Very disappointed in the service companies like Airco that try to sell you more than what you need to make an extra buck.
I hired Airco to come out and install two sinks. They only hooked them up to the cold water not the hot and didn't mount them. They charged me over $400 for two hours. Complete rip off. I called to complain and was told they would come back out buy it was going to cost me more. Never use them!
I had Airco come over for a plumbing problem. Turned out the plugged toilet flushed ok and didn't need service. I also had a dripping kitchen faucet and it leaked at the base. The repairman said he could fix the drip but he would have to charge me. He than said I would either have to purchase a new faucet or get parts for the one I have to fix the leak. So I paid a basic charge and ordered a new faucet. When it got in another repair man came over and told me he could install the new faucet but if he had to turn off the water there would be an extra charge.
I had arranged to have my heating and air put on an annual service. The heat came first. The serviceman came in and told me I was only signed up for one service so I had to pay again to get my second unit serviced. He comes downstairs and told me the thermostat battery was dead and he couldn't service it and if I had batteries he could but I woule have to pay a charge for him to put them in. I said I didn't so he said he had some but he would have to charge me for them. After a he came down and said that a fly wheel on my unit wobbled but since my unit was still under warranty it would only cost me $300 to fix it. I think it only needed to have the bolt tightene and it would be fine. Then he tells me I need to move the downstairs thermostat from the hall to the living room.
Last week they came out to service my air. This time my upstairs unit has no freon in it so there must be a leak in the house. We replaced both air units 4 years ago. He then said they could fix it for around $3,000.

Great customer service and transparency. Had a coil leak. They fixed it and then later that evening it started to leak water out of the vent. They came back immediately to fix it. The next morning they called unsolicited to schedule someone to come out and re paint and drywall the ceiling were there was a little bit of water stain. Very impressed with their honesty and great customer service. Highly recommend.
I'm a longtime client of AirCo and once again I'm giving them 5 stars, just as I did in 2009.
We need more reliable, dependable companies such as AirCo.

They did not do a good job on central heat and air, new install. We had several requests. Do not block the laundry chute, etc. they ignored requests. They installed the units in completely different places, than originally agreed upon. When we complained, they threatened to pull everything and leave holes everywhere in our house. Horrible people/service.
Absolutely awful service and lack of professionalism!
We've been Airco customers for years and have paid for their (twice per year) maintenance plan for three large units at our home for several years. Our upstairs unit malfunctioned yesterday (Saturday morning). They scheduled for a technician to come out Sunday morning. Ipon arriving, Immediately he accused us of not keeping the coils cleaned regularly. I asked him to look at the adjacent larger unit, and he said it seemed pretty clean. Our yard is meticulously landscaped and maintained on a weekly basis and is free of debris around the air conditioner units. I Informed him all units were supposed to be washed and maintained every six months by his company (Airco) to prevent this. He checked his iPad and agreed it is true. He proceeded to wash the coils and replaced the two blown fuses. He then left the premises without even going upstairs to see if the unit is functioning properly. Before he left, I felt something is definitely wrong with this technician due to his baseless accusations, careless demeanor and his performance. So I signed the agreement, but for the first time in history did not pay for the service on premises because I wanted to talk to the manager in the morning.
Sure enough, eight hours later, the upstairs is still hot, and the AC is still malfunctioning. I called back and the very unprofessional and argumentative manager (Austin) refused to do anything unless we paid the current bill. After my wife talked to him and paid him the measly $270. Supposedly he scheduled another technician for tomorrow morning while we are staying in a hotel tonight.
It seems like this company is only interested in making money. Customer service, professionalism and competence is definitely out the window. After 8+ years with this company, we're looking elsewhere with at least half way decent service and professionalism.

I had forgotten that these guys put heat and air in two of my prior houses. Today, they put in a hot water tank. I had it done through Lowe's, I recommend going straight to AirCo if you need a hot water tank. The technicians were very nice and knowledgeable, they did a good job. They removed the old hot water heater.
They were super! The service person on the phone was courtesy and all about getting us a technician out to the house and repair our AC.
The Tec was awesome knew his stuff. He was very willing to discuss the process of analysis and assessment of the problem and then repair..
Will use them from now on.

We scheduled Airco to perform a tune-up on our air conditioning system. During the tune-up the blew out the condensate drain line and must have also cleaned out the pan a little, because when they blew the line out it flooded my floor drain with debris and clogged it. I didn't realize this until I started to get water seeping under my new flooring in our living room. In the 1-1/2' drain there was probably about 1-2 inches of debris/silt in the bottom of the drain, clogging it. I called Williams Plumbing to look into the back up and explained to me that the drain was clogged and they snaked the drain and pushed the snake to its full 75'. The Williams technician told me that it drained as soon as he made it through the p-trap, but kept going just in case. I contacted Airco HVAC Manager, Amy, and she was insistent that there was something else clogging my drain. So after spending thousands on my new flooring (LVP), I get to spend another few thousand on pulling up the flooring, drying the slab and reinstalling the flooring but replacing pieces that break because the connecting teeth sometimes break (I've been told by the manufacturer). Luckily we installed LVP and not wood.
Please make sure that the technician checks and cleans the drain if you have them clean out your condensate drip pan/line.
It was time to replace our HVAC system and Airco Service took great care to make sure that we understood the whole process. TJ and two of his coworkers were very professional and courteous throughout the three day installation. They cleaned up after each day before leaving showing superior customer service, and on the last day, made sure that there were not any unanswered questions. Great Job!
During the recent wind storm in Tulsa, our electrical system was ripped from the outside wall. Airco said they would be out two days later. When they got there the worker stated we needed a new meter and those were in short supply. He was ordering it for us, and instructed us to call every day to check on the order. 3 days later I was told that it was in and Management would call to schedule installation. I cried when I heard that because we (and most of Tulsa) had been without electricity for almost a week by that point. I waited all day (Friday) and got no call. I called back at 4 and was told that they were on the phone with another customer and would call me right back, which they didn't. The next morning I called back and was told that it would probably be the next Wednesday due to the 7/4 holiday. I said I was just waiting on a call from mgmt to install it and was told that Management doesn't work on the weekends. GRRRR Then my neighbor told me that PSO gives out FOR FREE meters when there is a natural disaster like what we had. Airco was going to charge us $600 for it! NEVER will I call Airco again. We were without electricity for 11 days and STILL no call from Airco to follow up.
Airco Service was awesome! They did a great job on our new AC unit. They were very kind and patient and professional. Mr. Harley answered all of my question and explained how to use our new thermostat. If we ever need help with cooling or heating issues we will definitely go back to them for their service.
Alex L and Jordan D just completed my new A.C. install. Both guys were extremely polite and professional. They arrived first thing this morning and other then a short lunch break they worked until the job was complete. Since I was expecting a 2 day install, the early completion was a nice bonus. I appreciate that I was given updates throughout day! Nice work guys!

We had a leaky toilet flush and we called airco plumbing service to replace the Mansfield toilet flush valve . My husband already have the parts but we don't have the proper tools to use in order for us to install it ourselves that's why we called airco plumbing service. And we need it fix before thanksgiving. The guy that came in was very rude and seems to be in a hurry. He told us that he will not be able to fix it because the parts we have is not compatible with our roller and the toilet and tank we have is not available anymore and the whole toilet and tank should be replaced. And when we called their office he changed his statement and said that he will be able to replace but needs to get the parts in 12th in Harvard but will charge us with $260. We were so upset that we declined. So the guy that came in charged us $80 of diagnostic only which we already know what's the problem already. He only wants the money but don't wanna do the hard work! To make the matter worst my husband just went to ace hardware and bought the tools he needs to replace the valve . And tell you what! We were able to install the parts we got and it worked! The parts that the guy said it's not compatible with our toilet worked! He lied out of his laziness ! What a reap off!! We will never use this company again!

After posting my original review of Airco about how rude their worker was when he came for an estimate I got an unapologetic email response from them stating that they checked up on me with the city and saw that I didn't have any permits. This continued petty behavior from multiple workers from Airco is shocking. They may have lost a bid, but they have now lost my family as ongoing customers. Everyone from Robison Air have been great and they took care of the permits and inspection for me!
They came out today (they came out this summer and replaced our AC/heat blower) and said that their was a safety switch engaged. Heat worked just fine until the blower was installed. The service guy was beyond rude, refused to answer pointed questions, and then refused to give us an estimate until next week. Their advertising states it differently. Very unhappy customers. $200 to flick a switch that was most likely engaged when their tech installed the new AC/heating blower. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!

With warm weather coming on, an old a/c unit dying is never good. The whole team got us fixed promptly and as promised. Justin S. was our follow up technician and did a great job fine tuning and answering any questions I had. The price may have been slightly more than other places, but I truly believe it was done right and the crew was professional and courteous. Thanks Airco!
So I'll be upfront first that this company is not the cheapest, in fact they were a bit more expensive. They use in house electricians and plumbers which is a good thing as a customer because there is a lot less risk of finger pointing and resolutions IF any problems arise.
We have an old farm house that we needed an entirely new HVAC system. I got three other quote from companies that wanted to put a massive gas heat pump with air handler outside and run an insulated square duct up my exterior wall into my attic. I felt like their prices were a bit too high and these were for I believe a 15 seer or something like that. I called Airco after seeing one of their vans and the tech that came out was extremely thorough. He gave me four total pricing options but he said they wouldn't even consider putting an entire system outside. The lowest cost option quoted was about $2k more than my other quotes and $10k less than the most expensive option. Well, I ended up going with the most expensive option because of overall energy savings. And likely it will take a LONG time to pay off. However, this option also came with 12 years of parts and labor warranty. My furnace is 99% efficient and my AC is a whopping 28 seer.
Now for the crew. The crew showed up the following Monday. EXTREMELY professional and clean. They removed my archaic furnace and air handler, they took all my floor registers and sealed them up to eliminate draft, and worked quickly to get the job done in a week. All work done was an entire reduct in my attic, new furnace in the attic, new AC outside, put a T in my natural gas line and ran a new gas line into my attic for my furnace, ran electrical from my breaker panel to my ac and to my furnace, and ran a line set from ac to furnace. All new ceiling registers throughout the house. Nick, Travis, and Tim were great, called me with me with a couple problems they encountered but offered smart solutions. Overall I'd recommend them for a quality product and service. I Cant dock them a star for price because are using top of the line products and parts.
Awesome company! Always takes care of me, techs are fabulous!
I use Airco to take care of all of my needs. Recently renovated my house, Weylin rewired all of my electric, a few different plumbers came and redid both of my bathrooms, all fixtures, and I replaced my full HVAC system. Everything was done in a timely fashion and a reasonable price. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
We scheduled a service call with Airco last Thursday to do considerable work on a furnace and an air conditioner at the house our son just moved in to. We sent them a detailed inspection report with several color pictures. They said they would arrive between lunch and end of day so my husband went over in the early afternoon and waited. At around 5:00 when my son and his girlfriend came home from work, my husband left. The Airco technician finally arrived and said the air conditioner was low on refrigerant, but he did not top it off. He said he couldn't do the work on the furnace because there was not enough time remaining in the day and he left after being paid for the service call. Our son's girlfriend said the technician was also arrogant and a bit demeaning toward our son; they didn't respect him. On Friday Airco didn't call to try and reschedule to do the work. On Monday we called another place and their technicians showed up on Tuesday, assessed the situation and gave an estimate, then completed all the work in a few hours. Now it's Wednesday and we have yet to hear from Airco wanting to schedule a time to do the work. Guess they just don't need the business or money, and we are happier to have paid technicians who are respectful and came ready to work.
