Kyle arrived on time and ahead of schedule and he went over the estimate to replace my sink and was very honest that my valve was leaking for the shut off, and that it needed to be repaired, before even starting the service of my bathroom sink, he estimated me the cost which was rather amazing for what you get especially for plumbing services around Christmas.

The business offers $99 a year subscription which covers 15% off services needed for your home, as well as annual check ups for water, leaking, air conditioning, heating and water heater. If you buy your own faucet, there is a discount versus them supplying a faucet for the bathroom sink just make sure you measure it ahead of time before purchasing the whole install took about two hours, but the technician wanted to make sure everything was situated correctly. I would highly recommend this business for the straightforward pricing, online account creation, and scheduling online.

Eli is the BEST!  We had a full bathroom remodel in an old home that was challenging, to say the least.  Eli gave us a fair contract, was always on time and pleasant to deal with.  He had great suggestions about ways to improve the space and did a wonderful job picking out the finish plumbing items.  He will be our go-to plumber from now on.

I hired George at Zing Plumbing to handle a bathtub issue at a rental property. He coordinated with me and my tenant to get the problem solved. He was fast, courteous, and communicative. I would definitely recommend zing!

Thanks to Brandon and Adam for installing my new dishwasher.  Had been told by a previous installer that they could not replace dishwasher as space too small.  The guys installed the new one with no problem.   They seem confident in what they are doing.  They are now on my list to call if I need help.  They also installed a new garbage disposer at a good price.

Our home warranty company wanted to send some sketchy installer to install a new built-in oven so we asked if we could find one on our own and if they would pay use and they said yes. So, my husband did some research and found MM installations--they have great reviews on Thumbtack, are accredited with the BBB who gave them an  A+, and they have a contractor's license--so far, so good. Plus they don't repair appliances--they just install them, so they're an expert in this area.
The reviews and BBB were spot on. Roberto the owner was very responsive to texts and phone calls, and called us before he came. He and a helper expertly removed our old built-in oven (haul-away is part of the service) and put the new one in so well it looks like it was custom built for our kitchen! We were worried at first because our original oven was so so old and we thought the new one (which was a different brand) woudn't fit but Roberto knows how to do any work or tweaks needed to make the unit fit correctly. We're so pleased with the work and the professionalism and would use him again!

I reached out to Daniel's Plumbing Tucson and he quickly responded to my service request. We were experiencing super low water pressure even after the city water provider said all was working correctly on their end. Daniel came out and within minutes found the issue, corrected it and had us back up and running. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and reasonable rate too! Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. This plumber is a superstar! After putting off for weeks the repair of my badly leaking drip irrigation box, I finally put in a call to Anthony based not only on the many terrific reviews of his work that turned up in my search, but on his thoughtful, brainy replies to each of them.

I called the guy late on a Sunday afternoon, expecting a callback in a few days. He called me that night, walked me thru the  process for estimate and repair, made an appointment for two days later, showed up bright and early and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Based on prior experience with lesser repair folks I expected maybe half of those things!

The employees are always ready and able to help and they are a go-to source for us. You can go to Naughtons and get useful advise or you can go to a big box and talk to a salesman/clerk. And I much prefer to buy from local merchants as opposed to indifferent nation-wide chains who send all their profits out of town. Thanks!

I had a great experience working with Orlando on replacing a garbage disposal. First off, scheduling with Rooter Ranger was simple and quick. Orlando came out the same day to check it out. He wore booties and a mask which was super thoughtful for the customer. After looking at the garbage disposal he leveled with me on the options and what they would cost. He was honest about being able to fix my garbage disposal but letting me know that the size of the disposal meant it would clog up more frequently. I ended up getting a replacement and a day later Orlando came by to install it. He finished the job in less than an hour and even was nice enough to take all the boxes from the new garbage disposal out. It was a good experience and I would certainly call on Orlando again.

Mike and Jimmy came to our house to replace a portion of a sewer line that had root issues. As this was the result of a home inspection as we had sold the house, we were not overly pleased to have them there. Secondly, in doing the sewer line replacement, they discovered a septic tank (that the sewer line ran into) that was not on the county records and had not records of ever being inspected. Needless-to-say, this was a very stressful event. That said, Mike and Jimmy from Southern Arizona Plumbing were fantastic. They were very professional during the day and one-half they spent in our back yard.  They were very careful in digging up our landscaped yard, used tarps to store the dirt on, and restored everything when the job was done. Most importantly, they went beyond call of duty to carefully explain what (and why) they were doing what they did.

So what could have been a fairly traumatic day and one-half experience turned out to be almost a learning experience for my wife and I. We really appreciated have Mike and Jimmy do this work.

I prefer to give NO stars.  I thought I made my peace with this company when I finally replaced the unit they installed  in 5 years prior but when the smaller 5-year old unit failed to  work properly and the repairman from another company told me it was wired wrong, I just had to write a review. Not only were the machines only 5 years old but I paid each year for a warranty contract and diligently scheduled the company workers to inspect my units twice a year.  From the installation to the final days, Cool Breeze irked me. I could write five pages on this, and I have to the company owner, but I'll spare you.  Spare yourself, avoid them.

Ron is a sham and crook in my opinion.  He will rip you off every chance he gets.
