I was blown away by my follow up visit by Dan today.  He said something that you rarely hear with small local businesses in FL.  We want to make sure your concerns are taken care of. After fixing a  few leaks 3 months ago I noticed my water level dipping - even though I was passed the warranty period I agreed to have them come back out, even though it may cost me $$$ again.  Dan evaluated everything and determined the issue was just normal evaporation and didn't charge me for the visit.  He went as far as to set up a bucket test so I could see if there really is a leak.  I felt horrible for having someone come back out but Dan was more so concerned that the problem was taken care of.   I am thrilled with this company from Jenny and Jesse who answer the phones with a smile to Dan who wanted to make sure I was happy.

Second time used this business.  $79.00 Disclaimer for a service call was a come on for a expensive bill.  Second request for a service was no show-no call (Waited 10 hours at home).  DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very impressed! Very polite and knowledgeable. Allso, respectful of the house by cleaning up when finished. This company was not the cheapest but my first impression told they this was the crew to use. I will always call this Bay 2 Bay when we are in need of plumber. Thank you Bay 2 Bay for a job well done.

I will definitely use Chucks's Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. Chase was very swift and courteous. He took the time to explain everything that needed to take place. Even when he discovered he had to go searching for the part needed.

Be careful of this A/C company, they continual find ways to charge unsuspecting homeowners numerous ways charges and still 1 1/2 years my A/C unit will not work properly! The latest they are claiming that all my froeon had been stolen from my HVAC unit and charged me $770 dollars to refill it with no proof of a theft. My homeoners association is now conducting  a survey of how this ever could have happened. Legal authorities are predicting this was an inside job, waiting to hear!!!

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

We have used Clearwater Plumbing several times, all with good results.  Last night at 2 a.m. a water alarm went off.  Our hot water heater decided to spring a leak.  We turned off the water for the entire apartment.  The next morning we called and explained the problem.  At first we were told it would be 2 days before someone could come out due to employee illness.  We explained we would have to go to a hotel as we had to turn the water off.  Within a half hour we received a call back saying someone would be out in an hour so we wouldn't have to go to a hotel.  
The plumber, Alan, arrived.  He was beyond good and efficient and did a professional, clean and great job.  
We are grateful for the quick response to our problem.

For the second time since July I had an emergency plumbing issue and called Clog Kings. Once again Andrew came out quickly and fixed the issue as effectively as possible while communicating with me the whole time. Plumbing issues suck, especially when you are on a tight budget, but these guys are worth every penny and if you have a problem I wouldn't bother trying anyone else. Thank you Andrew and thanks again Clog Kings! Now if only you could help me out with the forthcoming water bill

Showed up with mask. Very knowledgeable and did a great job. More expensive than I was expecting, but the installer Bill worked very hard and the dishwasher and space he had to work in were difficult. Over all happy with the install.

Absolutely don't hesitate. Sonny answered the phone and was the guy that came out. Very polite and reasonable in price. Many other companies were more costly when I spoke with them on the phone. Sonny not only found where the leak was, but dug it out on a muddy and rainy day. He also reached out to a friend to try and interpret what the heck the prior plumber. Worth every penny and will be recommending to anyone who has misfortune to need their services.

Had a slow drip on a water heater and contacted John (owner) to setup an appointment. My water heater's slow leak turned into a much larger leak (my own procrastination), but was able to use some of the advice John had given me prior to mitigate the issue. I unfortunately was not able to use Adelphi plumbing due to the issue arising during off hours and had to go with another company. John was extremely personable and freely gave up information that after talking with close to a dozen other plumbers withheld on such information. His rates were very reasonable and he did not push for unnecessary parts or services, and happily explained his opinion about why or why not. He came across as trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuine. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

I waited for several days after I was to receive a call from them. They said they would follow up with us after providing an 'estimate.' They never called, hence the 2 stars.

They charged $29 for a 'trip charge.' But the estimate was free beyond that. You get the $29 back if you choose to let them do their repairs.

Two people showed up. We told them the issue and they walked through. The one doing all of the talking said several times how this is 'bad, horrible.' And that was 'not up to Code' and 'who would do something like this!?' His tone was very negative and being a person who tries to be respectful of everyone I found it very hard to let him continue berating our home.

When he was done our estimate was anywhere from $1500 to $9000 depending on the items they repaired. There was no measuring other than guesstimating. There were a lot of numbers being thrown out and we have no idea how he even came up with them.

So, no follow up, a guessing game of numbers as to the total $ and an over all negative attitude really left me with a bad feeling about them.

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
