We just had a new water softener installed. The service tech was great! He was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He hooked it up and explained everything we need to know about it. Could not have been better! They are now in my book as our plumbing company to call when we have a plumbing problem. Call them, you won't regret it!!

I decided to do a Yelp search to see if i can find a plumber to retrieve a piece of jewelry that fell down the drain ASAP. They advised they would come when i need them to (scheduled appointment) and wouldn't charge me till they accessed the situation.

They were prompt and showed up right on time. We discussed my options and was able to resolve and retrieve the jewelry.

Just got cussed out by a plumber. The actual owner, I think of the plumbing company. Chuck's Plumbing The Plumbers Arrived on time. When I took them to the under the house access to where the clean out was and tried to explain the situation, he started yelling at me telling me he wasn't going to take his equipment under the house. He would pull the toilet. Before I could say anything he said,Listen Motherf*$%ker I'm the professional and you're not telling me how to do my job. I said, I'm not telling you how to do your job, I'm just trying... He cut me off. I was still willing to work with him or talk to him, but he called me the same name again. I told him to leave. I said he was being ridiculous. I asked his name and he said I'm Chuck Motherfker.

This literally happened in the first 3 minutes he was there.

When I called I said the cleanup was under the house. I warned them that this would have to be under the house.
I know people are high stress right now, but I have never had aprofessional talk to me like that.

I'm actually proud of myself for keeping my cool. I wouldn't trust him around kids or my wife with rage issues like this.

I recently had my water heater replaced. The price isn't cheap but shopping around only saves you a little and who knows why they skimped. Clearwater Plumbing is an established, reputable company so I went with them. Rob was my installer and knew exactly what to do. I had no worries because he demonstrated his expertise and knowledge right away. And he was determined to do a good job and make sure I was comfortable with this once-every-15-years-or -so event. Rob pleasantly answered all my questions and even gave me free advice on the remodeling plans I shared with him. I would definitely hire them and him again.

My toilet was overflowing from bottom and shower was back flowing, which was the issue not resolved by my home warranty company, so I called Clog Kings and they came on the same day.

They called and actually came on time (which never happens for most so definitely plus!). They listened to all my issues and questions, were knowledgeable  and professional. They fixed the issue quickly and let me know what I need to do to prevent further problems. I would definitely hire them again!

We had a nasty kitchen sink leak inside the wall (old house problem). We saw a truck in front of us and called the number. They sent Bill to Ozona who fixed the problem in two hours. Huge relief. Huge!

Plumber came out quickly for our clogged kitchen sink. He was fast, professional, friendly, and thorough! Services were very reasonably priced. I'm very satisfied and will be using them again in the future!

I had a pretty bad leak in a pipe leading to my house.  I called John Kayiales,the owner of Adelphi Plumbing. He arrived at my house in less than an hour.  He was very professional and went right to work.  Although there was a lot of physical labor,he replaced some pipes and had the problem fixed in an hour.  I will call him again if there is a problem with the plumbing in my house.  His prices are very reasonable.

You think giving someone a $20 gift card is going to make up for the everything? Get serious.
They cracked my newly installed staircase. Incorrectly cut through two by fours leaving me with an expensive repair for the carpenter. Their water filtration system burst in my garage - water everywhere.
I called 'Your Plumber' for two faucet leak repairs. The plumber shows up - goes through my house and checks out all four bathrooms. He told me that I needed to replace three toilets and needed a water filtration system. Close to $5000 later the guy leaves and my tubs are still not fixed. 'Making his money on toilets and a water filtration system was way more important than fixing the issues that I called in about.' Following day a manager came. He had to break down the bill because the other plumber had trouble. He also had to finish one of the tubs and then gave me a quote to fix the other tub. Question: How was that not included in my total when thats the first thing we went over? I CALLED FOR TWO TUBS TO BE REPAIRED. I NOW HAVE 3 NEW TOILETS AND WATER SYSTEM AND I CALLED ABOUT TWO TUBS. You want to weasel more money out of me!?  All of my new neighbors said they still had their original toilets and that I got scammed. Apparently these plumbers walked into a house with four bathrooms and a tired new mom and thought jackpot. They managed to damage my brand new floors and stairs when they were running up and down with the toilets. Following day we had to call them to come back out because the water system they installed burst and there was water all over my garage. Manager comes out and leaves without fixing the other issues we called about. I call and the owner puts me on speaker while he's talking to his employees like a kid.
My husband and I googled the toilets they installed because we never heard of the name brand and found Walmart as the distributor selling for way less. I left a google review and it was deleted. I reported them to BBB.

One of the most important qualities I look for in the trades these days is honesty and integrity.  I had an emergency at the house yesterday and very little time available to be there and available for the plumber to get the job done.  They told me they would arrive at 10 am and sure enough, they were right on time!  The service technician was considerate and very efficient clearing the back up in my plumbing lines and the price was reasonable.  It's hard to find service companies that live up to their promises.  These guys are honest and do what they say they will do.  Highly recommended!

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
