We would like to extend our deepest thanks to WeatherTite for excellent customer service and backing up their customer guarantee!  We love our new windows but we were still having leak issues that we hoped would be fixed with these new windows.  Weather Tite and their company partner American Leak Detection helped us identify and fix the leaks on the back side of our home!
We truly appreciated Steven (from American Leak Detection) and Jeff (from Weather Tite) coming to our home  to evaluate the leak issues we continued to have after our window install.
As per Steven's recommendation, we painted the areas with elastomeric paint and have had NO leaks to date!
To say we were ecstatic would be an understatement!
We also greatly appreciated Steven's willingness to waive his traditional fee for his visit.
We are thankful to Weather Tite for standing by their service promises and to American Leak Detection for helping solve our leak issue when no one else could!

Travis was awesome and quick to respond.  I called on a Saturday afternoon.  I was told the tech would call me within 20 minutes.  But Travis actually arrived before that timeframe.  He fixed a broken outside faucet, which required going behind the cement (I didn't realize that was a thing), and he made all repairs including the cementing faster than expected.  
The cost was much less than expected for a weekend service call.  

I was also given a receipt and told repairs were guaranteed.  If anything should require service they would come out at no charge within the time frame of the guarantee.  Shocker.

Very impressed! Very polite and knowledgeable. Allso, respectful of the house by cleaning up when finished. This company was not the cheapest but my first impression told they this was the crew to use. I will always call this Bay 2 Bay when we are in need of plumber. We have used Clearwater Plumbing several times, all with good results.  Last night at 2 a.m. a water alarm went off.  Our hot water heater decided to spring a leak.  We turned off the water for the entire apartment.  The next morning we called and explained the problem.  At first we were told it would be 2 days before someone could come out due to employee illness.  We explained we would have to go to a hotel as we had to turn the water off.  Within a half hour we received a call back saying someone would be out in an hour so we wouldn't have to go to a hotel.  
The plumber, Alan, arrived.  He was beyond good and efficient and did a professional, clean and great job.  
We are grateful for the quick response to our problem.

Had a clogged toilet and called my go to plumbers at Clog Kings. Fixed in 15 mins.  Came right on time and left no mess behind.  Highly recommend!

Experienced plumber been in this area over 30 years that i know of.had a main line stoppage and one of his workers came out and assessed the problem .due to fecal matter that my tenants put there by opening the sewage cap and digging a hole for it to fall into he could not access it (could but not easily) he ran a line thru roof access and cleared it out..this was a messy job and they were very  professional anf checked all sinks snd toilets inside to make sure the stoppage was gone.the statement of cause and bill were delivered to me that same day.i was happy with the charge as well.very reasonable.they were recommended by the septic tank people and i can see why.. i will be using this company again..i would refer them as well..they give excellent service..

I had a pretty bad leak in a pipe leading to my house.  I called John Kayiales,the owner of Adelphi Plumbing. He arrived at my house in less than an hour.  He was very professional and went right to work.  Although there was a lot of physical labor,he replaced some pipes and had the problem fixed in an hour.  I will call him again if there is a problem with the plumbing in my house.  His prices are very reasonable.

We have had sewage backing up multiple times the past few weeks. These guys were great, they came out and worked to get everything fixed on our side for us. Devon was really friendly. After having more backup problems, jerry, jake, and Steve came out more than once to try and help us understand what the problem was -- the backup was on the city side. Our city wastewater department  was, unfortunately, kind of a pain to work with. Your Home Services was amazing because they came out free of charge and showed me with a camera what was going on. I was able to prove to the city it was their issue. Thanks so much!! I won't call anyone else from now on.

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
