Travis was awesome and quick to respond.  I called on a Saturday afternoon.  I was told the tech would call me within 20 minutes.  But Travis actually arrived before that timeframe.  He fixed a broken outside faucet, which required going behind the cement (I didn't realize that was a thing), and he made all repairs including the cementing faster than expected.  
The cost was much less than expected for a weekend service call.  

I was also given a receipt and told repairs were guaranteed.  If anything should require service they would come out at no charge within the time frame of the guarantee.  Shocker.

Superman Bobby came to my house to fix my hot water heater within one hour of my call. He was polite, professional, fast, efficient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and really amazing at fixing things.He fixed my hot water heater within one hour, and he saved the day!!! I asked him to look at another small issue I was having with my kitchen sink for a few years and he fixed it right away!!!! He carries all kind of parts in his truck so I didn't have to wait for any parts!! Bobby is amazing!!!!!! He can literally fix anything and he's FAST!!! Bobby went above and beyond for me because I was a repeat customer- he is my HERO!!! Call Chuck's plumbing and ask for Bobby for all of your plumbing needs- he genuinely cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work, and he will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied!!!!!

I want to start off by saying this company or my experience with the company was not pleasant. The HVAC technician was not thorough with checking sources for the problem I was having with the ac unit. He would go in circles trying to explain what the problem was. Finally he told me it was the disconnect switch that was having problems but come to find out all that was needed to be complete was a little fluid that needed to be vacuumed out. The company tried to charge me $1100 in items that needed fixing and a disconnect switch that was 400 dollars in cost. Save yourselves the heartache from this company trying to break your pockets. Richard the owner was not nice and did not reimburse some of the cost at all. Had another tech out here who was straight up with me. Hire an experienced tech is my lesson learned from here on out. None of this information was relayed to me about my coils being frozen or anything? All he said was a cleaning nothing about coils are frozen plus I had another tech out there and he said the coils were fine. Not even frozen or anything. Total scam. Please anyone who thinks this company is saving you they are doing the opposite. Money hungry thieves

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

I purchased a faucet replacement for my bathroom sink online and needed someone to install it. I was told that a diagnostic visit would cost $100 and then if I accepted the job the $100 would be applied to the cost of the job. We set an appointment for later in the week but I received a call that there was room in the schedule to come out this afternoon.  I estimated the job would take 20-30 minutes tops as the faucet was only a year old and part of a bathroom remodel. So I was shocked when  the plumber arrived and I was told the the price was going to be over $300. But if I refused the job I would still need to pay $100 for the visit. Wow. I asked them to reconsider and the plumber called the office in Safety Harbor. I asked to speak to the manager and negotiated a price of $225. The work took 27 minutes (I timed it) not including processing my credit card etc. The company told me they have been purchased by a larger company so they are no longer a local Safety Harbor company. The tech was great and the end product was great. I wish I had asked for the cost of the project before the visit... I would have cone elsewhere.  I share this information so that others can learn from my experience. I should have requested, or the office manager should have offered, a price quote. I did speak to the office manager before posting this so this should not come as a surprise.

Wow - what a difference compared to (unfortunately) most of other service companies here in the area. This is how things should work. I'm simply blown away. They now fixed my wiring issues and plumbing perfectly at reasonable price and documented everything for re-inspection. Staff (Devin and Chris) have been very friendly and helpful and made great suggestions. Also got nice 30 min head-up with great information about the tech guys, who will do the job.  If they continue like this, this will be the only business card on my fridge in the future.

Had a bathroom flood at 3 pm in the afternoon and they had Sent someone out by 4:30. Sean came and he was pleasant, well dressed and didn't stand around and chit chat but rather got right to work. Will definitely use them next time.

Hi, I would trust Redcap Plumbling with my house keys. Adrian and John came out today ready to work and solve my sewage backup problem. John checked for drainage by turning all faucets, dishwasher, washing machine and flushed all toilets. He was satisfied that the drainage was ok with all draining at basic Lu the same time and didn't overload drain and cause a backup.  Adrian arrived a short time after to locate clean out with camera and found bad hose on washer leaking. He also noticed a code violation on the stand the water heater was on very dangerous would like to replace as he digested for safety. He also removed downstairs toilet and used camera to determine that pipes were old and effecting drainage and should be replaced. Adrian did a lot work and used tools and devices I had never seen. John and Adrian cleaned up when they finished and were very polite and professional. Thx for the safety tips. I think my sewage drainage problems will finally be addressed. Thx Redhat plumbers

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
