Worst experience I've had in Tampa. Do not use this company. Thought we had a leak, called them to detect it.. they found nothing after 35mins and still charged us the $350 flat rate (which was not stated in the first place). So we are basically where we were yesterday not knowing why the floor boards are buckling but donated 350$ to a company for shooting an expensive leak gun at my wall. Going to report to better business bureau.

Great company! Very fast, honest and did a great job fixing our leaky water heater. Will use again!

Very impressed! Very polite and knowledgeable. Allso, respectful of the house by cleaning up when finished. This company was not the cheapest but my first impression told they this was the crew to use. I will always call this Bay 2 Bay when we are in need of plumber. After a year long struggle with a plumbing issue we originally thought we had under control, my wife and I reached out to a local plumbing company to get to the bottom of the issue.

We contacted Alex with Calello Plumbing and we could not be happier! The last time our issue reappeared, Alex more than happily snaked every pipe in our house to find the issue. I should also mention that even though the sun had already gone down at this point, Alex worked hard and did everything he could in the limited light.

After a couple hours of exhaustive work, he informed us that he could not find the issue, and would not charge us because of that. He told us he would be back the next morning with more equipment to find the source of the problem.

Early the very next morning, Alex showed up ready to get to the bottom of things. After a few more extensive hours of work with more equipment, he regrettably informed us that we had tree roots in our pipes somewhere along the line. He got us in touch with a sister company they work with which ran a camera cable through our pipes to find the source of the issue.

After that the roots were found, Alex was back out to our house again to fix the problem. I should also mention that this all took place over the holidays, and Alex still treated all of this as an emergency, focusing all of his attention on the matter.

I cannot commend enough how professional, courteous, expedient and meticulous Alex's work was - he, along with Calello Plumbing, are a true class act. With fast and thorough service, at an amazing price, I cannot recommend Calello Plumbing enough! I will certainly be reaching out to them the next time we have an emergency plumbing issue!

I bought their gold plan where they graciously come out every 6 months to do a free inspection.  Both times they recommended more than a thousand dollars in maintenance-- which I did not take them up on.  Their prices are outrageous.  I get the feeling that their purchase plans are just meant to fleece suckers.  I am definitely through with them.  (One of the items I actually did fix with another plumber for $200 when Red Cap wanted $700).  Stay away.

Had a bathroom flood at 3 pm in the afternoon and they had Sent someone out by 4:30. Sean came and he was pleasant, well dressed and didn't stand around and chit chat but rather got right to work. Will definitely use them next time.

Called a few plumbing businesses, each with an higher and higher price. They also couldn't replace my sink for weeks! I called Slaughter on Friday and they were here on time, Monday! Great price and awesome job! Thanks Jeff and Kevin

Called on Wednesday and Rob was out on Thursday morning.  He unclogged the drain quickly and the problem was taken care of.  In addition, Rob provided great information on how to prevent issue in the future.  Rob was neat, courteous and professional!

Very poor work. I had to do some of the work for them because they refused to. They threatened legal action after i complained about them using damaged old materials. I could write a novel on the issues I had.

we had purchased our Water Heater from Fox Plumbing in Lakeland Fl 3 years ago.. We had NO Hot Water so we called Fox actually left 3 messages never received a call back! So my husband finally got a hold of the owner Rick Fox told him our problem and he went on to tell us well the fastest we can get by you would be in 7 DAYS from now? We said seriously we are to be without HOT Water for a WEEK? We purchased from you and that's the service we get?? He said yep I have other customers so that's it!! Then he had the nerve to tell us to see if someone comes in sooner go for it!!
Well we did call another reputable company who said we will be there in 1-3 hours!!
It turns out when FOX PLUMBING put our water heater in they NEVER put a Valve on it to turn water off and on.. AND they did not hook it up to the correct Wattage needed for the heater to run correctly so as it turns out the heater was running constantly causing the problem and costing us a lot of extra $$ ...
We had it fixed in an hours time!! CORRECTLY!!
We called FOX Plumbing to inform him how disappointed we were with him and his company..
As of now he never even bothered to call us back!
A company that treats their customers like this should NOT be in Business!!

Arrived same day to my office to fix our fridge. Quoted us on the spot instead of waiting 24 hours was a great addition. Pricing is very affordable. I thought the parts and labor would have cost us over $1k at least.

Three years ago I had a water heater installed for the total cost of approximately $1300 by Dunedin Plumbing.  I just discovered it's leaking and had them out today - and although the water heater itself is covered by warranty, they want to charge me another $600 plus to replace it!! What a rip off! No discount given that they were the ones who installed it only 3 years ago.

In addition to that idiots who installed it 3 years try to put in a drip pan that was twice the size that should've been and they had it folded going up the sides of the walls which would've contained no water whatsoever. I had to send them back to get the correct size drip pan and they probably crack the water heater along the way! So unhappy with this company - buyer beware!
