Jeff was prompt with the initial quote via Yelp. He asked questions to find out more about the type of water heater I had. He sent a text message about 20 minutes early to let me know he was on his way. Once here, he had his mask and gloves on. He was able to assess the situation and within 45 minutes was able to complete the job. He also made recommendations on what to expect based on the age of the water heater and did recommend looking into getting another one soon. The payment was easy and affordable.

Our toilets and showers were backing up one Saturday morning so we gave LM a call. He came to the house within a few hours. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and talked through the problem, solutions, and what we could expect in terms of maintenance. He even took the time to walk down the street with me so I can see what an exposed sewer access line looked like. I would highly recommend this business.

Older homes have beautiful craftsmanship and appeal beautiful but need work from time to time. Excellent work from Les and his team. Made use of that membership! Repaired: flange for toilets, cleared out pipes/drains, and replaced new garbage disposal.

Called Superdrain out to do some plumbing repairs on my sons house. We were selling it and the home inspections had some recommendations for repairs. They came out. did the job right and was very reasonable. Will call them out again if needed.

Had a 50 gallon tank in his van and was ready to go for replacement.  He replaced the outdated valves and installed a new water heater and brought all plumbing up to new standards. Finished installation by noon.

We called Roto Rooter out because our washing machine wasn't draining the water from it's wash cycle. We told them that from day one. Over the course of two weeks we had several different members of their team come out and do various work to try to fix it. They snaked our drains, scoped them, replaced pipes underneath our deck and our house, work totaling almost 5k and they told us the problem was fixed. Not even a week later we started having the same issue again. So we called them back out because their work has a year guarantee on it. Well they came back out, snaked the line behind the washing machine (which poked holes in the return u-bend which I am currently fixing) and they lied to our faces by telling us we never told them the washing machine was a problem. I will not be using them in the future and would caution folks against them. One star.

I was in a tight spot and needed a handyman ASAP. Carlos was friendly and responded very fast. I was so appreciative that he was able to service so quickly. He did an excellent job and offered some solutions to other issues he had seen. Highly recommended!
