Shaun and his trainee Tyler just completed their install at my home in W. Sea.
Not only was the work done on time, as quoted, but with a professional as positive attitude.
It's always good to have knowledgeable people come into your home to do work, and it's always s big bonus when you can tell they really take pride in what they
are doing. Both Shaun and Tyler exuded those qualities in spades. They genuinely want you to be happy with their work.

Dean just installed a new water heater for me. He completed the process within 24 hrs from the Yelp message which I sent on Sunday evening. This just showed how he cares about his customers and how much he is serious about getting the job done. He is not the cheapest but he provides the service worth every penny of your money and his punctuality is excellent. Thank you, Dean.

I am reporting this review as the original version had a reference to an outside web site which Yelp considered second hand. If your interested, search the internet for flat rate vs. hourly plumbing
We will see if Yelp allows this review to remain this time. However I can assure you, this is all first hand:
Ok, Lets start with the fact the fact I am an idiot for paying what I did. The work SW Plumbing did was generally good and they did not charge me more than I knew they would when they quoted the work to me. However, the amount they charged was ridiculous for the amount of time and work expended. However, I was in a bind and needed the leaky faucet fixed NOW! I travel over 250 days/year. So having a day off in Seattle at my home, during the week is a novelty.
I live in a 1940s home so its difficult to run to Home Depot and pick up supplies which seamlessly fit into the home. It's a challenge, if not an impossibly to find items at the big box stores (which are typically the only ones open on the weekend). In short, Southwest had me between a rock and hard spot. If I had done a little more research (including reading some reviews on yelp) I would have been far better prepared and would have never called them.
Their hourly rate was in excess of $550/hour - which is stupid (maybe I am as I paid it). In short, the work was fine, but the flat rate pricing they practice is usurious. I believe in businesses making money, but there is a point at which it borders on ripping people off. In my opinion Southwest Plumbing definitely fits into this category. I will NEVER use this company again. That said, their pricing was upfront- so i have toguvr them credit for that. It goes to prove that Caveat Emptor is always good advice.

I have used Hunts Services for multiple plumbing jobs and HVAC updates. I am impressed by their customer service from the first minute...answering calls quickly and scheduling services ASAP. I am also very appreciative of their reminders and check ins for appointments. They are extremely reliable and very fair.
I had some unexpected challenges at my house with my second bath addition and Hunt's couldn't have been more understanding and accommodating. I consider this company my go-to and and will use them for all my home maintenance needs going forward.
Thank you to the outstanding team. I am grateful for your expertise and professionalism,

Our hot water tank died on Fri evening. I called Beacon first thing in the morning on Sat and had Brom & Mick out within a few hours. I was informed of the service charge on a weekend, and didn't want to go without hot water for several more days so that was fine.
They did everything they can to revive the tank but the only option was wait until Mon for a part that MIGHT fix it or install a new tank. We discussed tankless and determined that it can be installed easily in my home.
Brom made some calls to secure a Navien unit and was able to grab one for install.
The workmanship was superb and they left my garage area cleaner than it was before they arrived!
Unless you are willing to get your license and spend hundreds of hours on experience, people shouldn't be complaining about pricing.
I'm in new construction home sales and have seen all kinds of work and this was at the top of the list in terms of quality.
I would highly recommend Beacon for their service and speed of response!
Thank you Brom & Mick!!!

Called them and told them exactly what we needed and where the issue was and they came out and told us they couldn't help. Still charged us $229. I don't care if they can't help or even have to charge a fee, but that fee is ridiculous!

I called while we were selling our house. All our outbuildings had no power all of a sudden. The technician sent was prompt and friendly. Our power was back on within an hour. Prices were very reasonable and I am very pleased with the service. With other electricians I have used I felt like they would find more problems than necessary to charge more money. That was not the case with Resicon. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
