Best Wiring Installation in Seattle WA
Super efficient! Will did a great job responding quickly to our query on Yelp and made himself available the next day. Sent him a picture (via text - couldn't make that work on Yelp) to help him scope out the small project. Very fair pricing and did a great job fixing the issue! Thanks, Will!

I stumbled across Fixer when searching for a handyman service on Yelp and decided to give them a try to manage a few projects in my bedroom that required immediate attention. I'm now sold on Fixer handyman services. From the online scheduling process, recurring communications following and leading up to my appointment, and the professionalism and quality of work of my handyman, Zach, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with my experience. I will not hesitate to use Fixer for any further home maintenance/repair needs!!

I'm editing and updating this review. Though I am still encountering things in my house that melted during the 99 degree fiasco, like my ibuprofen liquicaps, Seatown has fixed the damage that was done. The thermostat that they destroyed the first day has been fixed. The cooling and heating works as it should. It took many visits and a lot of hard work on their part, and I really appreciated their desire to get it all fixed. In the end, all is well.
I thought for a long time about this next step-- but I decided to give them another chance and have them do the HVAC maintenance for my office. They did that yesterday, and were on time, informative and helpful. The cost is about what I would have expected. I can't bring myself to make it a 5-star review, but I am still doing business with them, which is a remarkable turn-around after the initial disaster.

The circuits in our garage were not working properly, the GFCI kept tripping. I called Dean and he was able to come out that afternoon. He was here for around an hour, diagnosed the issue and fixed it.
The old GFCI was on its last legs, but had been cross-wired so he fixed a safety issue at the same time. I'd recommend Dean to anyone.

Not recommended. I was charged a lot of money for minor service. Further, the old faucet and components went missing. Just like other reviewers said they try to sell you a whole bunch of other stuff....check the water pressure coming into your place and recommend fixing that.

Excellent service, awesome work. We just bought a big old house and finding a good plumber really brings me peace of mind. The price was great. They were quick to respond and set up an appointment. Aaron came out yesterday and ran a gas line to the range and installed a new water heater. He's really knowledgable and answered all my questions about future projects I need done. I learned so much from him!

Holy cow, has this company gone down hill. I previously wrote a great review, as they did some work on one of our rentals, so I didn't hesitate to call them when the water company detected a constant flow of water to one of our rental properties. This coincided with the renters telling me that there was a loss of water pressure isolated to the master bathroom shower. They told me up front about the $75 service charge to come out, on top of any work that needed to be done. I made arrangements with the tenants to be there from 1 - 4pm, and they showed up between those times. I got a call for the technician telling me that the problem was a toilet running and since the dual flush (fluid vs solid waste) was too complicated for us to change out, we can install a new toilet for $1093. YES, ONE THOUSAND NINTY THREE DOLLARS!!!!!!! I was shocked and asked if they were sure a running toilet would be the cause. The said yes. I then asked how it would only cause loss of water pressure to one shower in the house and all other water would have full pressure. He said Well, it could be a faulty valve in the shower, but that is going to be just as expensive to replace. I told him that I would need some time to figure out which way to go, as this didn't sound correct at all, switching from saying it was a toilet valve or a shower valve and not having a strong argument for either one, OH, AND THE COST!!!!!!!! I paid him over the phone and an hour later, got a call from the tenant that was there with the technician. He said he was confused, because the technician never went into the bathroom that had the water flow problem. He only went into the other smaller bathroom and said that the running toilet there was the cause of the low pressure to the shower in the other bathroom across the house. He also said that the toilet would run intermittently, but that was infrequent and they just jiggled the handle and it stopped. When the tenant asked the technician to look at the shower in the other bathroom, he replied Your landlord doesn't want me to do anything today, so I can't go in there. The renter was very confused and said he understood that was the reason that I had them come out. Technician told him, that wasn't what I told him and left. So many issues here.
First is, as a plumbing expert, a running toilet is beyond your expertise level to fix without replacing the entire toilet (which is less than 1year old by the way).
Second, you refuse to go into the bathroom that has the water flow problem to check it out? I paid for you to come out and do exactly that!!!!!!
Third, $1093 for a toilet to be replaced, by an expert??? I totally get profit margins and mark up and all of that, but I just replaced another toilet myself for less than $200 and less than 30 minutes time. I would pay more than that to have it done, but my God!!!!!
Forth, telling my tenant something completely different than what actually went down, thanks man! Luckily, I know the tenants well and they know me well enough to know what he said was wrong. Why would I make arrangements for them to be there and pay someone to come out to check a leak issue and water flow problem to a single shower and then tell the technician to not go in the bathroom where the problem was?
Finally, I did not do my due diligence and I assumed that they were the same ethical company I did busIness with recently. I did not check them on Yelp and if I had, would have seen the issues several others are having with them as well. Business 101, it is easier and cheaper to keep the customers you have happy than to go out and find more. Not sure how much you guys pay Bobby Wagner, but it would be less expensive to meet basic expectations of your customers. I informed them of all of the above during their follow up call. They said I will pass this on to the management team. No word yet...

We had only been in our new home for a month when our septic alarm went off and we started having back up in our drains. We called A Advance to come check it out. I was a little worried because although most reviews were good, there were a few bad ones that concerned me. However, Jerry the tech that came out was wonderful. Made it out within a few hours of calling, and was very knowledgeable and even explained things about our system we didn't know. Turned out to be just a bad float, an easy and inexpensive fix.
Later that night our alarm went off again! We called Jerry the tech directly since he had called us prior to his arrival and he said he would call his company and let them know of the problem and would take care of it tomorrow. He arrived early the next morning and it ended up being a float getting tangled up with another. He was very apologetic and took care of it free of charge.
Septic problems often are expensive fixes and very stressful. Jerry and A Advance Septic made it so much better. We will definitely be using them in the future and are recommending them to friends and family

It was Thanksgiving day and my plumbing to my septic backed up. I was afraid no one would be working that day but Beacon was. Gato and helper came out within an hour. They correctly diagnosed the problem by scoping my line and found out that it was crushed and showed me the pictures. They scheduled a time good for me to repair and showed up as early as possible to complete the work. They did an amazing job. Gato showed he had knowledge and skill in solving the issues with my plumbing and they got the job done well and efficiently. I could not have asked for a better experience. They were knowledgeable and courteous.

Awesome guy named Miguel that came to bid my basement bathroom...his bid was half the price of five other electrical bids that came previous with much more services suggested. He gave me awesome ideas and suggestions on switches, vents, lights, etc. and was willing to work to make the customer happy.
Promised to knock it out in 3-4 hours, but did it in just over 2 hours...very happy and pleased with his work! Love my new lighting and bath! Would highly recommend this company and will use them for a new panel and wiring in the near future!

We have had thr worst experience with Black Hills. Our new heat pump and furnace were installed the last day of March. Here we are coming up in the end of May and our very expensive unit is still not working properly. We have had SEVERAL technicians out to fix the issue and each time they have left with saying we still need to use emergency heat and default to our furnace. After having the service manager out the conclusion was to just replace the entire unit installed and that would be completed after he returned from being out of office. Lack of communication on Black Hills part is really making this experience miserable.
