Best Septic System Maintenance in Seattle WA

Luckily I've only had to call a plumber three times since owning homes. The first two were the big corporate plumbers. Both times they came in with ridiculous bids. We learned our lesson with the past plumbers. We reached out to,  Joe's 2 son's plumbing company through Yelp. They had great communication! We didn't have standing water, but I had a hair catcher, a large soft plastic one, go down the drain. I bought a video scoop on Amazon. I couldn't see anything. I assumed it was just out of my reach that we should have a plumber come to look. Steve and I believe Robert from Joe's 2 son's plumbing. Friendly guys! We ran the shower for a few mins. Steve wasn't concerned it was stuck. He told us all the reasons why he wasn't worried. Steve said; if you have any problems with it not draining call me. I'm the only Steve! That was that. I now have a trustworthy plumber to call and know that they will not just do something to charge me! SUPER impressed with Steve and this company! I needed to share my experience!

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

We were SO pleased with Joe and his crew!!! It was hard finding someone with experience with older homes (1900's) and plumbing and Joe knew exactly how to handle all the issues. They completely remodeled our bathroom and replaced all our old piping. He was very helpful and informative in regards to the plumbing and the design of our bathroom. He explained everything in great detail and was amazingly fair when unexpected issues and additional work arose once the demo started. Joe and his crew were prompt and took the utmost care in making sure everything was done to perfection. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and will recommend him to all our family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I just wanted to thank these guys for everything! They took my call after hours and helped us when I thought I had an emergency which turned out to be a neighbor's broken pipe.

Their technician came out and serviced my system with complete and total professionalism. Not to mention the best price in town!

We've had 2 prior experiences with A Advanced that were very positive.  Our 3rd visit was not so.  It was on the heels of having our lines jetted to take care of a toilet and downstairs shower backing up.  At the time, it seemed to have taken care of the issue...for almost 4 days, that is.  The technician arrived as scheduled, but couldn't really tell me why he was going to use a camera to check the line that had been taken care of 4 days prior...he said he hadn't read the report to know much about it.  His inspection of the line using the camera showed there was a separation in the line...again he couldn't tell me why this wasn't done on the first visit ,except to say that technician was focused on getting us up and running...for 4 days?!  The total cost of these 2 visits was almost $1,000.00 and now we were being told an estimator was on his way out to give us that estimate.
  Although I received a text saying Bob was on his way, after waiting 3+ hours, he never arrived and after a call to the office, I was told he wasn't coming and Travis would be coming by the end of the day.  Travis never showed up either.  The next morning I called the office again and was told Travis had sent me an email with the estimate...never had it been mentioned that was the way the estimates were given.  I checked my email several times and never received the estimate.  I finally asked them to send it to my son in law.  The estimate was $3000.00 plus what we had already been charged.
  Long story short, we decided not to go with A Advanced for a variety of reasons.  A lot had to do with the nonchalant attitude of the second technician who used the camera.  To not read a report on a call that had just taken place and now you're coming out on a call for the very same problem just didn't set well with us.  That, and the cost after checking around were our determining  factors.  We would use A Advanced for routine septic tank pumpings, but would look at other companies for septic system repairs.  Our final cost was significantly less than what our A Advanced estimate was.  Some say you get what you pay for and that is very true.  But we paid a lot less and have a line that is no longer separated AND it is clear.

Paid $365 for septic cleaning.  LESS THAN SIX MONTHS the same problem started happening again.  I looked up how long a clean septic tank should last.  THREE TO FIVE YEARS it should last.  Called and spoke with Caleb and he told me it was my fault.  He said if he comes out again it will cost me $425.      $60 more than I paid LESS THAN SIX MONTHS AGO.  What's wrong with this picture???????????  Very disrespectful.  This is how they treat senior citizens?  SHAME on you Caleb.  Some day you  will be a senior citizen.  SHAME ON DRAIN DOCTOR in  (Ocean View) Tuckahoe, NJ

I have to dispute Tom's statements.  I called at 12:15 stating that I was already there and inquired about when to expect them.  I was not given a time but was told that it would be ok to go home since I live 15 minutes away.  My time slot was afternoon .  I didn't realize exactly what that meant I guess.  I went back at 3:30 to make sure that I was there.  At 4:30 we called again since we had not heard anything and were told that the truck was still at a job that he had started at 2:00.  I finally gave up and left at 5:30 and at 5:45 got the call the the driver was on his way.  That isn't afternoon anymore, that is evening.  I get that things happen and jobs go long sometimes.  Call me let me know what is going on.  I should t have to chase anyone down to give them my business.  I called AAA septic and was given a 2 hour window.  I can live with that.  I should have asked for referrals in the first place.
