Will just finished a 3rd plumbing job for us. Each job has been done exactly as needed and for a reasonable price. Will goes above and beyond great service to give fantastic service. It's hard to find reasonably priced plumbing services that are done so well. Actually, on the 2nd job, he fixed a problem that a previous, very expensive plumber had messed up. We'd hire Will again.

I found Fixer thru Yelp. They were extremely responsive and I was able to schedule my appointment right away. I received Yelp quotes from other companies and some were outrageously high. Fixer was responsible and had good reviews, so that's why I selected them.

I liked how they had various options for scheduling. If you're flexible, there's that option, or you can select a time. I selected my time and then had a schedule conflict. I was able to easily text their concierge and able to push out my appointment to later in the day.

I received a text message with the ETA of my fixer, Nick. He was on-time to the nickel. He was professional and able to complete what I needed. He was able to fix something more efficiently than I thought (I'm not handy whatsoever) and I truly appreciated that.

Payment is simple - you get a text and you pay online. You can include a tip when you pay.

We had an urgent need for installation of additional electrical outlets to accommodate a retrofit for the garage door for our condominium building.  Zach was already scheduled to come give an estimate to one of our residents for a personal job in her unit and he gladly came down to give a second estimate for us when he was finished.  He was very professional and did a couple of checks with meters and reviewed the general area so that he was able to give us an accurate (read: no surprises), estimate, which was quite reasonable and we accepted it.  He arrived exactly on time on the appointed day, and did an excellent job on our installation.  We will definitely keep Seatown as a preferred reference for future electrical work - whether needed by any individual residents in our building, or for the common areas of our condominium building.

I can't say enough good things about Dean. He responded immediately. He fixed an electrical problem I have been dealing with since 2012. If I could give ten stars I would. So easy to deal with. Great!!

Stay away from this company. They told us they are coming in the morning, made us wait all day, then told us they messed up scheduling and maybe would be there in the afternoon. Then, when they finally showed up at the 11th hour, when we couldn't get any other plumber that day, they presented us with an outrageous flat fee. What are you supposed to do--go another day without working plumbing. They charged us over $400 to snake a drain, which took 15 minutes. That is an hourly rate equivalent to $1,600!

I had Hunts come to my home in November when it really started getting cold because my old furnace went out. They responded quickly and came out that week (2 kids my wife and I am freezing space heaters weren't cutting it) the guy that came started off well he wore booties dressed in work clothes seemed professional then he diagnosed my furnace that's a bit over 20 years old. He said the part that went out isn't made anymore so unless I can find it used they need to replace the whole unit. (Can't confirm this because they took the old one but talking to other professionals not very likely old furnaces are often able to be repaired) then the only furnace they had available was almost $10,000 but very efficient (no A/C with this unit gas unit) has a fancy 2 stage fan and things we weren't really concerned with. Luckily they had a finance plan usually would of shopped around but we were all freezing so we got the unit.

Once the unit was installed the house was nice cozy and warm again.... On the bottom floor due to the fancy fan it wasn't pushing enough air upstairs like our old furnace did. So we paid almost 3x what we could of and got a furnace that didn't work as well. Obviously the technicians get a cut for the more expensive equipment they sell and make the customer fell like they need it. I did give them a chance to try and fix it and the guy came and made it so the fan is always on basically making it less efficient than my old one. Only positive thing I have to say is the lady on the phone seems really nice and they were able to respond quicker than others although I wish I would of waited for someone else.

Mike killed it today. He came in was quick, efficient, honest, and most of all was able to resolve my issue relatively quickly (considering the amount of work involved). Although I had a rather expensive issue, I am very satisfied and happy with the work that was done.

If you live in King County, dont call these people. They claim they can do it, they showed up, collect your money, said cant do that and double report you. RIP OFF.

I m very angry with them. $300 for 15 mins and they didnt even touch a thing.

They advertise Terra lift on their website so we called them. We just got our tank pumped couple days ago from a different company and we want Terra lift and they knew what we want and said they can do it.

They came really quick, 10 mins they look around, my husband performed the drain test and gave them all the info. They didnt do NOTHING, didnt touch anything, didnt perform no test, and told us they CANNOT DO Terra lift because King County prohibits it. Oh Hi Hello? Then why advertise? Why came over for the Terra lift quote? They want to charge us $500 for their 15 mins of doing NOTHING?

My husband was so nice to give them $300. But me? I want a refund. They didnt do nothing. They know they cant do what we need but still come out to get our money. I M FURIOUS. SERIOUSLY. The guy name Thomas who likes red is a joke.

Yes. I will take me back the refund. My husband was too nice.

Take your chance and deal with them next, I have more than enough.

OHHH wait, and THEY REPORT US to the sh*t police AGAIN. So we have 2 reports within couple weeks. Yay! Thank you Thomas. I hope you have a better day than mine.

We bought our house and didn't see how it handled heavy rain until this weekend. Our downspouts started to overflow and couldn't handle it, leading us to believe we had a clog. My one regret working with Beacon Plumbing is not calling them as SOON as the problem started instead of being out in the pouring rain thinking we could solve it ourselves. If you're about to go out in the pouring rain right now and disperse buckets of water around your yard from your overflowing downspout - please, just call Beacon.

We called up around 12:30pm and had Gato & Esther at our house within an hour. We thought it would be days or weeks until we could get our problem solved, but they were coming THAT day. They were friendly, efficient, communicative, and helped us understand what exactly the problem was and how they solved it. We had a massive root growing - which they showed us, super cool but annoying, and also a ton of sand and materials we suspect from previous work on the house. The root probably stopped the materials and created the build-up. BOOM! Everything solved just like that. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. THANK YOU GATO & ESTHER, SO MUCH! We are excited about the rain again! Next time we have an issue you can fix - we're calling you!

As expected, our furnace took a siesta and decided it wasn't going to top 67 degrees in our house since we had a little bit of a cold spell outside.  This is by no means freezing outside, but I was a little concerned since this is just the beginning of the cold weather.  I called Black Hills Thursday afternoon and they came right out Friday morning on time and was able to repair the problem quickly and reasonably priced.  The service tech was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of what needed to be done.
