Fixer responded to my request for bid through Yelp. They were so easy to work with, and were able to come to my property and fix my broken outlet the same day. The price was better than other bidders and I really appreciate how easy it was to work with them.

I had Brandon come out and update some electrical outlets.  He was AMAZING.  Super friendly, easy to work with, broke down the cost, signed my name, and then he was done in maybe an hour or two.  I will definitely be using this service again. The pricing was reasonable as well.  I highly recommend!

Dean showed up with like an hour's notice to fix an outage in our house before our house guest arrived. He fixed the problem right away! Amazing!

Called for service to remove pumice stone from toilet. Aaron quoted it would be 500.00 to remove toilet to access but would probably not work to get stone out and that I would most likely need a new toilet for around 1500.00. He was immediately  asked to leave my residence. I will not put up with Price gouging. I will also file a complaint with the attorney general to get this business closed and fined. Southwest plumbing is NOT the one to call.

Shut off valve replace & drain snaked without a footprint or speck of evidence! These guys show up in very nice clean company vehicles and uniforms. Entering your house & immediately putting on shoe covers without even being asked!  It is so reassuring to know when in need of these services there is a team of professionals you can count on for excellent value for price and prompt response.
Office staff is also knowledge of time frames for expected service and extremely lovely to interact with at each junction of service

avoid these crooks at ALL COSTS. I had them come out to swap a garbage disposal, hook up a kitchen faucet and reconnect the waste line (going from a dual sink drain to a single. Everything was there and I estimated no more than an hour's worth of work. They took over 8 hours to get there and then gave me an estimate of nearly $600!!!!!!!!!!!! When I laughed and said no thanks they charged me $80 for coming out and wasting my time.

I did all of it myself and I timed it it. it came in at a grand total of 37 minutes of work and $5.32 in PVC parts. What a joke. the only Freakin you be doing is at their ridiculous rates.

It is unclear to me why one of your septic people needed to put their hands on my trash can to move it while I was out of town. Do you not understand that most people put their trash can at the curb for a reason?!
Your company was doing work at a neighbor's property and your septic person moved my trash can?! There was no reason for them to even step foot on my property, let alone, move my belongings. Don't worry, that will be the last time your company steps foot on my property, as this is unacceptable and I won't ever hire you.

Our technician Will was super awesome, he had great customer service and explained what all our options were and showed us where the damage was to our drain pipe. He really was a help, did not pressure us at all, and we felt more educated about our house too. I highly suggest requesting Will, he is very friendly and honest, but also worked efficiently after we decided which repair option made sense for us.  Will also tested everything twice before leaving.

The most ridiculous , high priced quotes l have ever seen. $16,000.00 to run 20 feet of gas line in the crawl space of our home. Half day of work. That is not a typo.
