Best Plumbing Installation Or Replacement in Seattle WA

Would have given them 5 had they came the day I originally scheduled.  Totally understand things happen.  David did a great job in fixing my washer closet.  He also gave me a 10% first time customer discount which was very much appreciated since the call was over $1k job.

They are breaking my tub every time they come out to get new business.
Do not go with them if you do not want to spend $ 1,000 on an issue that could of been fixed for way less

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

Always 5 stars. Selection, service, advice, they are always willing to go the extra step to make the project a success. Been a customer for years and always thankful they are in the neighborhood. Don't drive yourself crazy in the plumbing isle at the box store, go to Aurora Plumbing.

Cut a water line by accident on a Saturday night.  They came fast and helped us out!  When you lose water, you're in trouble, so we were grateful! Santos and Jason were awesome.

Came out and provided an outrageous repair quote.  Said parts are really expensive, turns out parts in question have a lifetime warranty.  

According to the woman in their office they don't honor warranties on equipment purchased from another company.  Sure seems like an outrageous money grab to me.  I won't be using them again.

I can accept if a mfg won't cover warranty work from an inferior company and that sure seems like the case here.
