I woke up with a big hole in my exhaust pipe connecting to my furnace and was pretty worried. I called a number on a sticker on my furnace and they said someone will call me back ( no one ever did) in fact I called 6 different companies and Seatown answered the phone and came out right away. Our technician was Sean and he was fantastic!  He diagnosed the problem quickly and even checked our crawl space to ensure there was no more damage. He replaced the pipe same day and left me at peace with what had happened. From start to finish, Seatown took great care of us!

My hot tub just stopped working.  Tested the wiring and found one of the leads was only giving me 93 volts (they other was just fine at 120v).  I did some tracing and found voltage was low all the way back to the panel.  I'll install an outlet, but messing with the panel is something I just don't do.  Called Dean because of all his great reviews.  He's very upfront and straightforward -- all business.  Rates are way cheaper than the electricians I called.  He said if he couldn't fix it, I wouldn't pay a dime and he's recommend somebody trustworthy to do it, but he was confident that he could get it done.  He was booked out a week, but called me when something opened up due to a cancellation.  I needed about 20mins to figure out if I could make it to the last minute call.  When I called back in 17minutes, he said another job came in and now he had to juggle, but he was still going to try to make it work.  As I described what troubleshooting  I had done, all of a sudden he said, Ya know, I'm just going tell you this to keep some money in your pocket.  He then described what was the most common cause of my voltage situation and told me how to test and solve it.  He turned what would have been a $160 visit (would have been $200+ for any of the electricians I called), into a $11 trip to Home Depot and 5 mins on Youtube.  Too bad he only does break-fix repairs because if he would do it, I'd use him for a bunch of plumbing and electrical work I need done.  Thanks, Dean.  You're a straight shooter.

I called this company the night my water heater went out and chose to not use their 'emergency service' since it was going to be a pricey service fee at the after hour rate. The next morning they gave me a time frame and showed up early on. My water heater was replaced and Troy H, their plumber was very professional and friendly to deal with. It is frustrating to be out of hot water for any length of time especially when you have to get up and go to work, but knowing they did my water heater installation 15 years ago and came back with newer technology built in makes me happy to give them a call again in the future should anything happen. Troy made it a lot of fun while he was repairing the water heater. Thanks again you guys. I would recommend these guys to anyone that has issues with their tanks!

Thomas was SUPER nice and spoke to us like people. We felt he was working for us and had our best interest in mind.

I had a same problem as the other people. Had them out to a house I was selling to draw up an as build for the country, and sign off on it . He knew I had put a new tank in. But all of a sudden after paying the bill he would not sign off on it because he hadn't installed it. So he want more money to dig it up and reinstall it. LOL So I had to pay twice for the same work. This is a greedy company, stay away from them.

Had another company do the drawing and sign off on it, all in a week. They could actually go look at the tank and see that it was installed correctly.

We got our flood light installed and had also want to put outlet outside our house. Sam Adams did a great job doing what we asked to do! We are going to use their service again!

Our old furnace was not blowing heat, we had a friend use Black Hills Inc and had only good things to say. We ended up using them and had our furnace replaced. The service tech (Evan)  showed up on time, was very polite, and did his job quietly. He vacuumed up any dust, wore shoe protectors, and showed me how to use all the new equipment. The work was quality and priced fairly. I would highly recommend them.
